The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and the service, as well as the food is excellent. The rooms however, are very old and small (we were able to change rooms after bringing this up with reception). The location is in Thamel and getting to nearby attractions is convenient

Location is amazing in Thamel, super easy to walk around for food and many things
Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful
And there is a cocktail coupon every day
Only breakfast was too late because my schedule to leave at 9 am but it was ready at 8.30 am and two days in a row. Overall it is very nice hotel to stay when you go to Kathmandu

The rooms were clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a much appreciated/needed balcony for drying the soaking clothes after our rainy hike. The service was quick and friendly, starting with the very nice security guard at the gate and ending with the front desk employees who were efficient and polite. The only real downside was that the hot water wasn't really working well at all in the shower, which was a bit of an issue considering I was in dire need of a good shower after my hike. But overall, a great value for anyone looking to stay in downtown Kathmandu in a convenient location!

Ce séjour a dépassé toutes mes attentes ! La chambre était propre et confortable, la literie très confortable et le petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Le personnel était enthousiaste et professionnel, et a fourni un service attentionné de l'arrivée au départ. L'emplacement est pratique et les attractions environnantes sont accessibles à pied. Je recommande vivement !

Le personnel est poli et réaliste, toujours prêt à aider. À l'entour de l'hôtel il ya beaucoup de cafés et de restaurants, donc il y a toujours un endroit pour manger délicieux. Mais le toit le plus cool –! Le petit déjeuner était très délicieux et satisfaisant, le table suédois était plus que tout. Nous avons été très heureux avec ma femme et nous reviendrons certainement ici.

We had one of the best experienced stay in a hotel here in Mystic mountain. They have really good amenities and all the staff were very accommodating and helpful. They have tried to help us all the time. The food was astonishing including the breakfast to dinner. Thanks a lot for giving us a great stay!!

Front counter staff members are friendly, helpful and cooperative particularly Avishek (if I remember correctly his name) was fantastic and exceptional customer service. I should mention Salim who cleaned our room was very very polite, friendly and helpful.
The room is big but the down size is the shower over bath. Bath tub is tiny and water does not go down to the drainage pipe caused water clogged.
The breakfast items were limited and does not reflect five star standard. However the General Manger should look the breakfast menu by himself and should take appropriate action.

Hotel is good for cleanliness, location and services. Some basic amenities should be more such as towels which generally good qualities hotel have multiple ones. It’s in fact a small deal which can be improved easily.

部屋の広さは2人では充分で、とても清潔で満足でした。
部屋から見えるバクタプルの景色も良かったです。
寝具類も清潔で大変満足でした。
朝晩とても冷える年末に利用しましたが、エアコンもしっかりときいて、寒がりの私も快適に過ごせました。
なんと言っても、朝食が最高です。
内容が充実していて、美味しかったです。
バクタプルにまた行く事があればぜひリピートしたいと思います。

Voici les photos et vidéos réelles que j'ai prises lorsque j'étais à Gardmond au Népal, le jour où j'étais à l'hôtel. Le séjour était dans la chambre 401. Emplacement de l'hôtel: Bocara n'était pas confortable, mais il était possible de marcher. Installations de l'hôtel: regardez vous-même la photo, il a été pris en ce jour. Les articles de lit et les plantes sont à l'aise, les lits sont confortables. Il y a des remorques uniques fournies, des dents à dents et des linge-boîtes (généralement non fournies à l'étranger). Décoration de l'hôtel: regardez la photo. Salle de bains: est séparé par séchage. Petit-déjeuner: regardez la photo elle-même. Personnel de service de l'hôtel: Personne ne pense que très conscient du service, deux jeunes garçons de la réception ont une bonne attitude de travail et sont sympathiques pendant leur séjour. Les photos de l'hôtel correspondent aux photos de la chambre qui habite réellement. Le 7e étage mange le petit déjeuner est très bon

IInvitéWe knew the service would be good as soon as we booked, and within hours we received a welcome email, listing the ways we could contact them if we needed to.
On the pick up at the airport, they were speedy and efficient and the taxi ride only took us 20 minutes with traffic.
As we walked through the door we were blown away by the interior decoration, only then to find that hotel had been a former palace!
Historic artifacts and pictures were strewn through the hallways and the outside only matched the royal feel with perfection.
We stayed in the royal suite, with a big bed and balcony. The staff were great, the breakfast was standard for off peak times and although the location isn't in the depth of Thamel, the area most will go out for eating and drinking, it was within 30 minutes drive of most landmarks and as it was the ambassedy/ office worker area, there was a nice vibe.
There were some things that can't be controlled. The hotel did a good job of providing heat as the weather in February is still chilly.
The pollution was real. Especially as you walk nearer the streets, something to think about if you are sensitive to this. Apart from that, It was all really wonderful. Niraj Yadav the receptionist and the team, we thank you dearly.

IInvité酒店服務非常專業，早餐豐富，前台服務熱情周到。説要水，很快就送來了。而且酒店裡面有電吹風，洗澡熱水非常舒適。
很多中國人到其他地方找中餐吃，結果發現最正宗的中餐在酒店樓上九層。而且這裏的巧克力布朗尼，非常正宗。原本應該是和冰淇淋一起吃，我提出來要吃熱的，酒店立即做了熱呼呼的冰激凌。酒店旁邊有個加德滿都最大的農貿市場，6個大蘋果，衹要不到20元人民幣。這裏什麼蔬菜水果都能買到。
因為加德滿都經常堵車，如果銜接航班，酒店離機場很近，這又是一大優勢。

Hharriet chowThis hotel is inside the country park so you have to hire a car to go in and out. So you need to stock up with snacks and sweets before coming in. So, the only option you have is to take their package to the activities. I see tourists inside this hotel but mostly on tour, having their own packages. As travellers not bound by any travel agency, our choice is limited to: Jeep safari + canoeing. you can have the Tuala tribe dance and bbq snacks if you add more. Before signing up, I thought I could have more like jungle walk, ride on the elephant into the jungle, etc… outside the hotel is the country park so you can hear the animals at night which is good. But since there are trees, you quite can’t see the river from the balcony so it is not like you sit in the balcony and you can see the river and animals right outside. This hotel is first class for the cleanliness and the room. But for travellers, probably staying outside the country park has more options. My bf and I did not take their buffet lunch or dinner (which cost 2500rs / person) but insisted on a-la-cart. The food is not bad. And there are many waiters and waitresses to serve you.

FFliFlaThis is the second time I stayed at Ramada Encore in Thamel. I was not wrong to choose it again. Absolutely everything is good here ... the staff, the room,the breakfast (oh my, sooooo good), the location, the friendliness of every single employee, from the door in. A special recognition to Nikhil in the reception, whose service and support with a sincere smile is as comforting as the sunshine on an early autumn morning. And to the staff and therapists on the spa where I took a couple of massages that were superb.
Kathmandu is a beautiful, yet hectic city. Thamel even more, so to have this oasis to come to after a long day wandering around or trekking is something to treasure. In my case, this is even more meaningful as I left all my stuff to go hiking on the Himalayas for several days, coming back to the hotel with the certainty that I was going to be happily and truly welcome. Again, I was not wrong.
Thank you for making a difference and for understanding what the word service means. I will certainly choose you again and again every time I come back to this unique Kathmandu I learned to love.
