The property is absolutely out of pokhara and very close to nature. To reach this place is tough but once you reach it, you will enjoy it. Awesome beautiful property. Nice polite staff and ready to help always. The swimming pool is superb. Over-all very happy

I stayed here for 1 night then left to hike and then came back for another night. One of the most impressive hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. Professionalism is 10/10 from the security guard to the restaurant waiters to the receptionists to the manager Rozeena. Everybody was just going out of their way. Food was great (I had the chicken tandoori), the hotel has a genuinely good aesthetic with the pool and the lake view. The location is great (ATMs right nearby). The rooms are clean and neat. Hot water ran fine. Bed was soft. Live music in the restaurant. Great guard dog (golden retriever). My final day activity ran over time and they even let me check out a little later after notifying them in the morning. Big breakfast buffet that also runs pretty early so was able to get it both days. They have their own airport shuttle too which was cost effective and easily arranged. Pretty much every box ticked. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting the area and I will definitely be back when I visit Pokhara again.

I’ve read other reviews for this hotel and am amazed it has been given 5* rating.  The staff certainly are excellent, and the pool is nice, but the rooms are very basic, quite dismal, and lacking in anything of quality.  Towels were stained and grey from poor laundering, sheets OK but pillowslips stained.  The towel rail was fitted  askew.  The open shower was too close to the toilet so that, even with the curtain drawn, water escaped and I had to dry it before I could use the toilet.  I had breakfast on 2 days: starts at 7am but egg station not ready until 7.15 on both mornings.  Food, again, was very basic with not much choice and certainly not ‘delicious’. Sorry, but I rate this as 3*.

Although my check-in was quite late, I was well received by the hotel staff with no further delay. I enjoyed my stay there with my wife and breakfast was amazing too.

Le balcon vous permet de dormir dans l'air frais. J'ai dormi au début du mois de novembre sans climatisation avec une fenêtre ouverte, il n'y avait pas de moustiques, mais dans ce cas, la chambre fournit un moyen de moustiques. Sur le toit, une petite piscine avec une vue magnifique, il serait certainement bon d'ouvrir la matinée 5-6, afin que vous puissiez y entrer demain (ceci est un souhait). L'hôtel est très bon, à quelques pas de la gare centrale et un grand parc près du lac. J'étais là pour une seule nuit, la chambre était au dessus du sol, spacieux, propre et confortable, la vue de la ville était jolie mais malheureusement il était très noir le matin et pendant le jour et les montagnes hilamaya ne sont pas en vue (mal horaire 🙁). Les services du personnel étaient excellents, très utiles et attentifs (en particulier M.Milan Aryal 👍). Le repas de la restauration (pasta) était également très joli et délicieux. Soyez bon travail et vous resterez certainement à l'hôtel de pointe de neige si vous rentrez à Pokhara! Cheers ...

L'hébergement était assez impressionnant, Le petit déjeuner était abondant, il était très confortable, car il nous a également fourni des services paragliding. recommander définitivement de rester à l'abeille occupée

Très bon hôtel, n'a pas négocié 300 roupies de l'aéroport. Rester au début du lac Fewa. A côté de la rue commerçante, il y a des produits à manger et à vendre. À 5 minutes à pied le long du lac se trouve l'embarcadère des bateaux de croisière, qui met 20 minutes pour atteindre la plus grande surface d'eau du lac Fewa. Le sommet de l'hôtel peut clairement voir les imposantes montagnes enneigées. Il est généralement clair le matin et couvert de nuages après midi. L'hôtel a sa propre voiture et chauffeur à louer, le prix n'est pas comparable, mais il devrait être plus fiable que le taxi dans la rue. Quand nous sommes sortis, nous avons rencontré des orages. Le chauffeur était toujours avec nous, et la situation psychologique était beaucoup plus pratique. Bon environnement, petit déjeuner, livraison gratuite à l'aéroport.

酒店位置絕佳，推開陽台門就能看到三座雪山。在酒店看日出，看雪山，看費瓦爾湖，盡收眼底。 酒店前台非常高效：我請他們安排蹦極，不到半小時就搞定了，而且告訴你價格是多少，不到300元做一次蹦極，就在博卡拉第一觀景台，旁邊就是魚尾峯，簡直太讚了。 我一路吃不了辣辣的中餐，在酒店要了一個雞胸排，非常正宗。餐廳服務員和我説可能要等的時間比較長，結果上來很驚艷，非常正宗的Grilled Chicken Breast. 我對酒店非常滿意。
