Hôtels avec Spa à Bicol, Philippines

Nous avons réservé à la dernière minute et je suis heureux de choisir l'hôtel Marison situé dans la capitale de Legazpi . Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres et je suis vraiment amoureuse du lit....il est très propre, douce et grande, se sentait comme dormir à la maison. Le personnel était accueillant et hébergé dès le moment où nous avons check-in. La nourriture était superbe et le service du restaurant était excellent. L'hôtel avait une atmosphère agréable et nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour, nous recommanderons très fortement The Marison Hotel aux autres.

this is our second stay in this hotel, the staff are more nicer this time in front desk, I ask extra key so that I can leave the room while my companion is sleeping and she give me extra no argument, the parking lot is safe although its limited, they renovated the the hotel so kind of a mess but they tried to make everyone safe and provided they need. the bed is firm and pillow is soft, the safe didn't work but they fix it quickly, the bathroom need improvement. strong wifi, strong water pressure and hit water somehow a funny smell in the bathroom just need to continue exhaust on. its quite we both sleep well. this location is perfect in center legaspi walking distance to ayala mall. the food seems very limited this time but good enough few variety to get it full, had a soup, fruits, and omelet station.

We stayed here with our friends. We used the pool to hang out which is fun but a heads up, their pool is 5ft and above. There is a kiddie pool but It would be nice if the adult pool starts at least 4ft. Considering Filipinos average height isn’t above 5ft 🙂

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

This place is best for nearby gala. It is just around the corner. And easy to locate and access to terminal. The place is nice and quite. You can relax and enjoy while resting and watching television. I will recommend this place and I suggest to have more options for breakfast. But overall the place is welcoming.

the staffs are very accomodating and they will welcome you with a warm smiles and greetings from morning to evening. the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are so good that my family enjoyed so much! the view and the ameneties are very good for the price! thank u for allowing my family of 4 to stay in your double bed without adding any fee! ❤️ we’ll sure be back again soon!

Les installations ne se réjouissent pas de la fibre et ne permettent pas de réduire au minimum les attentes. Il n'y a rien dans la chambre, sauf savon, une petite baignoire, deux toiles, pas de téléphone, rien ne va descendre à la réception pour trouver quelqu'un. La réception est fermée à 10 heures. Pour ne pas vous faire plaisir, j'ai toujours réservé la meilleure chambre, la chambre est très grande, avec balcon, climatisation chaude (c'est très chaud) réfrigérateur, car de nombreuses chambres sont équipées d'eau froide et de ventilateurs électriques. Toutes les chambres n'ont pas de Wi-Fi. Le bébé est venu pour voir le bébé. 100 mètres de la main droite est le centre touristique. Il est pratique de faire des enregistrements pour tous les types de plongées, de voir les feux de bébés la nuit. Le service est toujours bon, l'attitude est très bonne et très enthousiaste. Il est très général que les choses du restaurant sont, les jus sont très frais, les poissons sont aussi aspirés, il est recommandé de sortir pour manger ou de prendre une vie sece pendant 2 heures.

The building and the amenities are good. The receptionist and security guards were helpful. My biggest problem is the noise of cleaning crew at midnight. I’m not sure if they know that the rooms are not sound proof. I reported an issue with the power turning off then on again. Took a long time to resolve it by having me transfer to another room. The room did not have a chair, so I opted to dine in for breakfast. The breakfast is in another hotel.
