Hôtels avec Spa à Bicol, Philippines

All Staff was accommodating, helpful and friendly. I booked a room with mayon view but according to them the room they received that I booked was just a de luxe room without mayon view. I received a great customer service tho with the polite reception staff. She gave me some options and with a minimal fee I got the room that I wanted. Thank you Miss receptionist sorry I have difficulty with names but I really appreciate your service and to the waiter too who served us pork pinangat at the restaurant. Kudos to you all!

We stayed before here, and they are so accommodating so we decided to book again. The room is spacious and clean as well. We will definitely go back again.

Service and amenities is excellent! Kaso may foul odor lang yung room namin and my leak sa CR pero Okay nman masarap din ang food nila kahit malayo ang location sa downtown basta may Grab app ka carry na din.

We had a good stay and the discounted price was an amazing value for money. The room was very spacious and with few sharp corners it was great to let our 1-year old baby run around the room. Breakfast and general helpfulness of the staff was excellent. The swimming pool area could be improved slightly, the paving around the pool was very slippery when wet.

the staffs are very accomodating. they will greet you once they see you walking around the hotel. the amenities are good they even give you what you requested. i really love the smell of their shampoo and body wash ☺️. the breakfast buffet is soo good! and it is included in the hotel fee. the pool is very clean and they allow us to get a mango from the tree beside the pool. my husband and i really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. we’ll sure be back soon! thank you from guards to hotel staff ❤️

Excellent rooms and bathroom, although the bar bathrooms were ok I guess... Amazing view from the 2 infinity pools and the location near the beach was perfect. Our Butler, Ate Georgina was very kind and helpful. She even gave us a hike to her hometown and the food there was awesome! The only downside was that we came a few days after a hurricane so some services were closed, though we were advised about the situation prior and we were okay with it. I recommend coming here on your holidays to the Philippines!

Durant notre séjour à Villa Caceres, depuis notre première fois, les gens du Front Office sont très utiles pour fournir des emplacements et une assistance, ainsi que le personnel de la maison (le groupe de hauts hommes nous a aidé à régler la température de l'air, Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que l'heure de l'arrivée mais ils nous ont accueillis (réceptionniste nommé Jen/Jean, je crois). Je viens de noter au buffet de matin que les serveurs ne sont pas si attentifs à leurs clients, même si cela n'était pas occupé, certaines tables sont laissées inattendues, bien que la sélection de leur nourriture était jolie. J'espère qu'ils attirent l'attention sur ce retour d'information, puis l'emplacement était accessible à la ville, aux marchés et au transport.

This place is best for nearby gala. It is just around the corner. And easy to locate and access to terminal. The place is nice and quite. You can relax and enjoy while resting and watching television. I will recommend this place and I suggest to have more options for breakfast. But overall the place is welcoming.
