La chambre était assez propre mais l'hôtel est vieux et un peu en bas. La position de l'hôtel, au centre de Waterbury, n'est pas grande. Nous avons entendu des tirs de pistolets pendant la nuit et nous n'avons pas senti la sécurité de marcher à l'extérieur. On a dit de parker notre voiture dans un parking spécifique qui avait ”surveillance”.

As part of our exciting trip to Yale University, our group consisting of students, teachers, and parents stayed at the Quality Inn, and we couldn't have asked for a better location and experience! our trip to Yale University was greatly enhanced by our stay at Quality Inn. The combination of its convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service made it an ideal choice for our group of students, teachers, and parents. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Yale or the surrounding area!

La chambre n' était pas complètement prête. Il n'y avait pas de sofa, un grand espace dans le salon était libre. Ils n'y avait pas de serviettes, papier de toilette, ni les petits produits qu' ils donnent normalement à la chambre. J' ai dû demander le tout à la réception. C' est comme si la chambre n' était pas terminée d'être nettoyée.

Vous avez une voiture, vous achetez un bon goût et un bon vivre à l'avance, vous serez très bien. Convient pour vous sentir chez vous, vous avez une petite cuisine, une salle de bains séparée. La température de l'air conditionnée est contrôlée, les lits sont confortables. Aucun équipement accessoire, comme le salon de l'hôtel, il n'y a un petit déjeuner simple. Environ le petit déjeuner familial américain. Café lait œufs, c'est de la céréale chaude... c'est: vous avez acheté des produits de vie, ainsi que des bagages, vous pouvez vous conforter à vivre ”à la maison”. Donc, aller à un objectif avant d'être logé, il est approprié pour avoir des enfants à lire près, vous allez vivre pendant un certain temps. N'oubliez pas! Ayez besoin d'une voiture.

Il est un très bon hôtel près de l'Université de Yale! La situation est bonne et l'environnement est sûr. Il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, mais il donne de l'eau gratuite. La chambre est assez spacieuse et confortable. Le parking est disponible uniquement pour les valets.

La location était parfaite pour nous avec un accès rapide à l'Université de Yale et à ses restaurants et shoppings voisins.
Seul le bas n'est pas un restaurant, mais compte tenu de la localisation, il n'y a pas de problème - et il y a un lobby pour ces « urgences » quand vous ne voulez pas marcher n'importe où.
Tout le personnel était très gentil et service.

We recently stayed at the Ethan Allen Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. When we walked into the lobby, we were impressed by how welcoming and well-maintained it was. There was a convenient self-serve coffee and tea station with water and all the necessary condiments, which was a nice touch.
Check-in was quick and easy. We were given a room on the first floor. Upon entering, we found the room to be very clean and spacious. Although we didn’t unpack, there was ample space for clothing and storage. A desk and chair were available, which would be useful for anyone needing to get work done. The room also included a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with pods, teabags, and all the condiments, very convenient. The TV was a good size and worked well.
That said, the room itself is definitely in need of some upgrades. The sheers were broken and hanging off the hooks, and the privacy curtains were difficult to close. Both the curtains and sheers appeared worn and could use a good cleaning. The ceiling panels were noticeably yellowed, and while the bathroom was clean, it too showed signs of age. On a positive note, the towels were plentiful and of nice quality, and I appreciated the makeup mirror in the bathroom.
The bed was very clean and comfortable.
In summary, this hotel has many good qualities, especially in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service. However, I would love to see the guest rooms updated to better match the inviting look and feel of the lobby. I would consider staying here again, especially if room renovations were made.

IInvitéI didn't realize there was no surface lots and I'd have to pay $25/day for parking. I might have missed that in the description so that's not really an issue. We were given a room on the top floor, in practically the farthest corner away from the elevator which was quiet, but far away from the rest of my daughter's teammates who were staying on lower floors. We dropped our stuff and went right to the pool. There were only 4 chairs and no towels left so we had to go searching for them and most of our stuff got wet sitting on the floor so that was frustrating. The signs on each floor say ”ice and vending” but the floors I checked had ice machines only and I had to resort to paying $4.00 for a can of orange soda at the bar for my daughter. The store in the hotel was closed, though I'm not sure if it would've been cheaper. After swimming and hanging out in the spacious lobby, we returned to our room to realize it wasn't very clean but it was time for my daughter to shower and go to bed since she had a gymnastics meet at 7:45 am. I took pictures of the hair tie in the sink, the bug on the bathroom floor, the hair on the vanity and floor, the stains on the bed skirt, etc. Kind of disappointed bc I usually stay at Marriott hotels for work and never have these issues. The coffee shop in the lobby was quick the next morning though which was good since we had to get up so early.

Le parking convenable dans un garage était situé en dessous de l'hôtel. Les ascenseurs étaient extrêmement efficaces. Nous étions au 8ème étage et jamais attendu. Le personnel de l'hôtel est difficile à atteindre par téléphone, mais quand nous sommes arrivés, ils nous laissent bien vérifier dans notre chambre un peu tôt. Les lits sont très confortables et très hauts! La télé à distance est bizarre et nous avons dû appeler pour savoir comment l'utiliser. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable.

IInvitéSitué à l'extérieur du quartier de Hartford, vous voyez le paysage rural américain sur la route, le bord de la route est un superbe bâtiment de logement, les prairies sont très propres et très belles. La chambre de l'hôtel est très large, le petit déjeuner est également très bon, l'attitude de service est très amical et poli. La structure du bâtiment en bois, l'isolement sonore est un peu trop faible, le niveau de pied du rez-de-chaussée du premier étage peut affecter le deuxième étage. Globalement, il est toujours très satisfaisant. Le conseil est, le petit déjeuner est riche, le maïs de maïs est conforme aux caractéristiques nationales, le bagel de maïs de bague est très aimable.

IInvitéThe price is great! They are fully staffed and courtesy. They have a pool and the lobby is very clean. However, in all honesty, there needs to be a day of DEEP CLEANING. Spiderwebs and dusty walls and stair case. Stained window curtains and bed sheets. Bathroom vents revealed other room arguing very clearly. And the stained towels I really did not like! Luckily I keep face clothes & towels with me. And even pillows and blankets to throw on top of theirs. Oh and I really disliked the “hot” breakfast thru offer. Only thing hot is one waffle maker for entire hotel. No eggs. Only protein was protein peanut butter bars & that’s not good protein and some ppl allergic to nuts. No dairy free options if I recall for the cereal. And only orange juice no other juice alternatives. Just very basic but overall I would give 3 1/2 stars bc it could be worse. I am more concerned more so with the cleanliness of the everywhere outside the lobby, sheets & towels can be replaced.

IInvitéVisited the area to attend a graduation ceremony at New Haven. This I was told is a brand new hotel so everything was top of the line - both facilities and services… Their breakfast is generous with a reasonable variety of morning meals .. my fav was the waffle and the fresh fruits. The room was very clean spacious and quiet. Staff are friendly and very professional..Because I needed to go to the city center on a daily bases, I was offered free rides via their accommodating clean shuttle van driven by very respectful and highly professional drivers. I stayed 6 nights and very much enjoyed my stay .. Toward the end of my stay I discovered that there are nice venues to explore directly next or near the hotel. i.e. a cinema complex, Olive Garden restaurant, Barnes and Nobles bookstore, Target, Chic Fillet and many more. Will certainly try it again if I ever come back to New Haven. Thanks to all of the Team, I sure did have a great experience!
