L’hôtel est très bien placé par rapport à la visite de séquoia Park
un souci avec un bruit dans la chambre et une réceptionniste qui n’a pas été du tout à l’écoute le jour de notre arrivée.
Nous avons demandé en fin de journée une nouvelle modification qui a été prise en compte et nous avons pu changer de chambre

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement et permet de se rendre facilement n'importe où. L'autoroute est juste à côté de l'hôtel
Il existe également de nombreux fast-foods et commerces à proximité.
La chambre est propre et l'espace est correct
L'ouverture des deux grands étuis en cuir ne semble pas bloquer l'espace

L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport, idéal pour prendre l'avion le lendemain. Des centres commerciaux comme Macy's sont à seulement 10 minutes en voiture. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas très copieux, mais il est servi en continu, ce qui reste très bon.

La chambre était magnifique, elle était propre et énorme. Nous sommes venus avec un autre couple et nous avons eu l'impression d'avoir tellement de chambre. Nous sommes aussi proches de Disney Land! C'était la place parfaite pour nous.

Nice newer hotel in San Jose area. Hotel has it's own cafe so when you wake up, there's a breakfast and coffee options to start the day. Gym was nice and large with new equipments. Hotel rooms were nicely appointed and would definitely stay here again. Check in was simple and parking includes free 3 hours parking. Overnight parking is $20.

YYC008Here's why we gave the experience 3 stars;
First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review.
The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-)
Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance.
1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process.
2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance.
Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.

IInvitéLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

RRachel KayThe lady at the front desk was not very nice nor helpful. We arrived at 1:30pm, which I know is before the 3pm check in, but it's usually never a problem to check in early. We were informed that our room was not ready yet and that we would have to pay $30 more for another room that was ready. This place has over 300+ rooms, and not a single room was ready unless I paid more?!?! We worked til 5:30 am and just wanted to lay down and sleep, so we agreed. We asked for a quiet room since we needed to sleep and was working the grave yard again. When we got room our room it was right next to the elevator!!!! Not a quiet room at all as you can constantly hear the binging of the elevator, and here it going up and down no stop. We called the front desk, and the lady said we could vacant the room and wait 1 1/2 for our room to be ready. We asked how another room could not be available, especially after you charged us an additional $30. She said we asked to be upgraded to a bay view, and that's why she charged us $30 more, which was a totally lie.. All I cared about was sleeping, so I didn't care what room we were in or what view we had, I just wanted a quiet room to get some sleep. We explained to her that we work graveyard and desperately needed to sleep before our next 12 hour shift, but she refused to move us and said we could vacant the room. I begrudgingly said we would keep the room, but it was hard to sleep with the noise of the elevator. Same with the following morning, we got back from work around 6am and I had to drive back to Sacramento and didn't get much sleep listening to the elevator all morning. Worst customer service I ever had from a Hilton and will never stay again. I'm so disappointed they would not work with us.

DDelainaLe service était excellent et se sentait sûr tout au long. L'hôtel est très confortable, situé le long de la promenade de la fame. Les cocktails étaient excellents. Restera à Roosevelt Hollywood si nous visitons LA à l'avenir!

FffsggrLa position géographique de l'hôtel est très bonne, proche de la mer et pas loin du centre-ville. La qualité du service est bonne, en particulier l'attitude de service de la réception est excellente, il reflète le bon style de service de la maison. La chambre est ouverte à grande vue, le salon de l'hôtel est très chaleureux et la porte.

La réception m'a dit que non on l'a réparé. Changé une autre chambre, les lumières étaient cassées. . . se débrouiller pour une nuit. . . le seul bon, parking gratuit, petit déjeuner

De plus, il y a une piscine fantastique, le personnel est toujours disponible pour toute éventualité et très professionnel (Robert à la réception, et Jay top concierge, ainsi que Cecilia Al Laurel).
De plus, ajoutez 30 dollars par jour en remboursement gratuit des taxes que vous y payez, à dépenser n'importe où dans l'hôtel.
La chambre spacieuse, comprenant deux bouteilles d'eau par jour, une machine Nespresso avec dosettes incluses et un centre de remise en forme bien approvisionné.
À tous les amis italiens et internationaux, je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour découvrir la ville.
Ah, j'oubliais : il est proche d'une station de métro donc vous pourrez vous déplacer dans la ville et ses alentours de manière calme et simple.
Le quartier est sécurisé et vous pouvez sortir à tout moment.
