외관이나 시설은 최신식이 아니지만 올드하고 클래식한 고급 호텔
시설은 옛날 제품이지만 관리가 잘되어 있고 매우 청결해서 감동 받음
고지대라 좀 추움
다음에 재방문 의사 있음
아 그리고 샴푸, 워시, 로션 모두 향이 우디와 허브 향이 섞인 듯 또 맡고 싶음

My stay at this hotel was exceptional! The level of cleanliness was outstanding—every corner of the room and common areas was spotless, creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel itself is housed in a beautiful, high-class building with elegant design and modern amenities, truly exuding luxury. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was a place that values quality. Highly recommended for those who appreciate upscale accommodations!

Bien qu'il s'agisse d'un Best Western Plus, l'hôtel ressemble à une auberge, à peine plus qu'à un motel. On ne s'y sent pas vraiment comme dans un complexe hôtelier. L'emplacement est un peu isolé et désolé, même si du grès rouge se dresse derrière l'hôtel.
La décoration des chambres est élégante, mais peu pratique. Il n'y a pas d'espace pour accrocher les serviettes (la salle de bain en dispose).
Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas inclus. Le rapport qualité-prix est médiocre.

In Salt Lake City for medical issues. The front staff was wonderful. Helped us with finding places that would deliver food after a long day at the hospital. Food for breakfast was a great variety and very tasty. Would definitely stay here again.

L'arrêt avant Arches Park est dans la petite ville. C'est très pratique d'aller aux Arches le matin, car j'arrive très tard. J'ai dormi et mangé le petit déjeuner puis je suis parti. C'était un hôtel bien réglementé.

Good location, very near to the entrance of the Zion national park. You can see partial of the Zion mountain just behind the hotel and the views are beautiful, especially during the sunset time.

IInvitéWhen we first arrived to the hotel we were amazed at the location, you can’t get any closer to the park entrance than this, literally steps away. The check in process was fast and easy. The room and the property itself beautiful and very well maintained, most importantly it was clean. The room was big and had a kitchen which is always nice when traveling with little ones. And they have laundry on site as well. The pool is small but nice and had an amazing view.
The only negatives I have about the hotel is that there is no gym, no room service, and the hospitality could have been better. I was considering staying another night and there was rooms available but decided to check out after all, I called and asked for a late check out and the receptionist rudely denied our request stating they didn’t have enough housekeepers and therefore could not accommodate late check out, Not even an hour. If they were not sold out and had lots of rooms to clean, why wouldn’t late check out be allowed? When I did check out it was fast and easy but they did not seem to appreciate our business. Only stating you will get an email receipt. No “thank you for staying with us and we hope you return”. None the less, if we return to visit Zion, which I am sure we will, we will definitely stay here again.

Le petit déjeuner était hors de ce monde, le meilleur que j'aie vu depuis longtemps, avec sa grande variété d'articles sur son menu pour s'adapter au goût de quelqu'un. Quand nous avons vérifié, la dame m'a inscrit au programme IGG, et nous a recommandé un parc à proximité pour visiter, et nous avons aimé passer le matin là. J'ai été très heureux de ma visite à cet hôtel et nous envisagerons certainement de rester ici pour une visite à Salt Lake City. Je recommanderais certainement cet hôtel à tout le monde qui visite Salt Lake City pour son emplacement, un prix raisonnable, et un excellent service clientèle jusqu'au plus petit détail !

ZZHISONGJe suis revenu à Vegas de Sion. J'aime beaucoup cet endroit. Les habitants de l'Utah sont très enthousiastes. Il y a un stand de tir à proximité, ce qui est très recommandé. Il s'appelle Rowdys. Si vous voulez venir aux États-Unis pour tirer avec une arme à feu, vous pouvez certainement l'organiser. Il y a plus de choix que la Californie, et moins cher que Vegas. Il y a peu de monde. Après tout, ce n'est pas un endroit avec beaucoup de touristes. Il y a un lave-auto en libre-service en bas et un restaurant japonais teppanyaki est très délicieux.

IInvitéAll the staff we met were very nice and at least tried to help - some newness showed as not everyone was fully trained or new answers to fairly basic questions. We knew the resort was still under construction and that there would be noise from time to time but what we didnt expect was routine dynamite explosions directly across the street from our room. Thankfully that ended early in the day so didnt disrupt sleep. The most important letdown was NO WHERE on the website or any communication we received did they inform us that the pool and hot tub are closed! The sad thing is the only reason we were given was its due to a railing needing repaired - all the pool chairs and everything are set up and ready to go. Publish this on your website so people are aware!!

IInvitéCheck in was a breeze with self service coffee and tea station at their reception. They provide some useful tips around the area and a map for reference.
We stayed on the second floor which I don't recommend if you are carrying big luggages. Try to get first floor for convenience since the view is still great.
Parking is free for hotel guests right at door step and widely available.
Coin machines ain't working during my stay (tho reception lady claimed it was working during check in). Had to make a run all the way back to the counter to get coins changed (laundry room and reception isn't even that exactly near).
Washer didn't even spin dry my clothes during wash mode and I had to wash twice before | throw it into the dryer. Costs about $2-3 each time.

About an hour after leaving, we realized that we had forgotten an expensive spoon from a set in the room and immediately called the hotel. At first, the staff said they would check the room, but later called back saying they had not found anything. In the evening, we came to the hotel in person and were told that items related to food are usually thrown away. This situation significantly affected our overall impression of the stay.
