Laissez-moi d’abord dire quelque chose de bien. Le service est très bon. Ils répondront à toutes les questions qu'ils connaissent lorsque nous les appellerons. Nous avons perdu notre carte d'identité et avons appelé la réception pour demander de l'aide pour la surveiller. Plus tard, ils nous ont vraiment rappelés pour nous dire que ce n'était pas dans la chambre. Ils sont très responsables et font toujours les choses du début à la fin. Pouce levé ! 👍🏻Le transport est également très pratique. Il est situé à côté du lac de l'Ouest et à proximité de la station de métro. Il n'y a pas d'endroits bruyants aux alentours. J'ai très bien dormi. Il est très approprié pour les personnes qui viennent à Hangzhou de prendre le métro ! Le seul problème est probablement que l’hygiène n’est pas très bonne ! Les serviettes sont un peu sales, il y a de la poussière sur la table de chevet, on dirait qu'elle n'a pas été essuyée depuis un moment, il y a aussi de grosses taches sur le mur, l'endroit n'est pas facile à trouver, c'est dans un immeuble, l'emplacement n'est pas très précis, j'espère que vous pourrez me donner quelques conseils

I had the pleasure of staying at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel in Zhoushan, and it was an unforgettable experience. This beachfront gem offers direct access to the beach, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking a relaxing seaside getaway. The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect. Being steps away from the beach allowed me to enjoy picturesque views of the ocean and soothing sounds of the waves throughout my stay. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. A side note, this hotel is connected to the Westin and guest could stroll through the grounds. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions. The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets. The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates. The Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel's on-site facilities were also impressive. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the spa provided a delightful way to relax after a day at the beach. As mentioned earlier, the hotel's connection to the Westin added an extra layer of convenience. Guests could access additional amenities such as fitness centers, upscale dining venues, and more, creating a seamless blend of relaxation and indulgence. Overall, my stay at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel was exceptional. The location has numerous spots for having meals. There were a lot of restaurants all mostly catering seafood dishes. Which I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront escape in Zhoushan.

Hangzhou International Airport and Surrounding Area
The hotel was located close to the airport so it was convenient for me to spend one night there after arriving in Hangzhou at around 11 o'clock. However, the room that was provided to me had a fishy smell coming from the bathroom which was slightly displeasing. But overall everything else seemed to be fine and i was able to sleep well during the entire night as the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is very nice, great location, very comfortable bed, laundry room and pretty much everything we needed was provided. Also we got room upgrade Any questions that we had was quickly solved by administration desk staff, they were super kind and pleasant to interact with. Even cleaning ladies were very nice :) Staff don't speak English but used translation apps so we had zero problems with communication. Would def stay here again!

The location is beautifully secluded up in the mountain with fantastic views. The staff were super helpful and friendly and tried to make our stay as nice as possible. They took us to see a great sunset, showed us a reservoir where we used an inflatable dingy and rigged up a telescope to view the super moon. Our dogs loved playing with their dog DiDi. Unfortunately there were some issues most likely due to being understaffed and covid times. We arrived early and they were kind enough to let us use the room however they might have done a rushed job the rooms were not clean, the fresh bedsheets had not been washed properly and had some dirt stains. We went down to the pool and there was a dead frog and lots of bugs floating in there, my boys spent some time cleaning it out so they could swim, but we did not see anyone cleaning the pool during our visit. The common toilet downstairs was pretty disgusting and was not cleaned throughout our stay. During our stay we needed to ask for daily room cleaning and emptying the rubbish bins which they did sporadically. The hotel is also in big need of repair and maintenance. The main attraction was the pool but many tiles had come off the floor and there were many sharp edges waiting to cut some delicate feet. Our shower flooded the whole bathroom, the staff were aware of the issue and hopefully at some point can be addressed. The door handle to the balcony was almost falling off because you need to pull very hard to close it. The food tasted great and needs to be preordered. You might need to double check that they received the order as there were some confusion, dishes no longer available (we found out at the dinner table) and they ran out of rice. Overall it’s a lovely place they just need to do continued maintenance and get some more staff to help cleaning then it will be a fantastic place.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter le lac de l'Ouest, accès facile en métro depuis/vers la gare, le personnel est très gentil et patient, ils ont fait tout leur possible pour m'aider/m'accueillir - la barrière de la langue n'était pas un problème ! Bien qu'il y ait des signes d'usure et que certaines finitions soient mal exécutées, le design reste esthétiquement agréable, la chambre est calme, l'endroit est propre, le lit est confortable, l'eau est chaude et la pression est bonne. Ils servent du café et du thé le matin et vous pouvez acheter des viennoiseries pour le petit-déjeuner dans les boulangeries à proximité ou dans le grand centre commercial à côté de l'hôtel. En tant que voyageuse seule, je me suis sentie en sécurité et à l'aise ici et je recommande de réserver cet endroit ! Veuillez noter que le nom correct est l'hôtel Color Story, et c'est donc le panneau/l'adresse que vous devez rechercher.

1. La maison est soignée et propre. 2. Le personnel de l'hôtel est chaleureux, généreux et prévenant. J'aime particulièrement la fille de la réception. Elle est jolie, à la langue douce et a une excellente attitude. 3. Le buffet du matin était également très délicieux et il y avait de nombreux étrangers.

Not only do they offer lush mountains and clear waters, but also a stunning series of waterfalls, where you can experience the grandeur of “water flowing down three thousand feet.” Especially after rain, the waterfalls sparkle like crystal under the sunlight, and the spring water is cool and sweet—perfect for bringing back to Guanshan Guesthouse to brew a cup of tea. Walking across the suspension bridge and overlooking Qinglongtan, the misty atmosphere makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a fairytale. This is also a great place for family interaction and relaxation! Children can get up close to raccoons and peacocks, and the daily peacock release at 10:30 and 13:30 is truly breathtaking as the peacocks descend from the sky. You can also interact with the shy yet curious parrots, feeding them by hand and experiencing the wonders of nature. Additionally, the peacock release performance happens at 10:30 and 13:30 daily—don't miss it! There is a coffee and tea shop within the park, and nearby Longmenkan Village offers authentic local cuisine.
