The staff are all very helpful, friendly and cheerful. The lobby area is well staffed with plenty of seating whilst you wait for taxi or trike.
The gym is small, the pool is small, the restaurant and bar area are a good size serving nice food. Sadly the breakfast was a little disappointing if you arrive to eat later than 0930. ..You can get some breakfast cooked to order.
The room was large with some good extras. Iron, ironing board, safe, slippers and gown. Tea coffee and water, kitchen area with fridge and hotplate.
Bathroom good size with complementary toiletries. Shower had good supply hot water.
I would stay here again..

A great hotel in the tranquil Clark zone, notable for greenery and clean air. The staff are unfailingly professional, courteous and dedicated to wowing the guests at every turn. The Swiss-style Markt resto does a good breakfast, and a la carte items form much of the day and evening. A relaxing pool with a bar on the 5th floor is another good feature. And of course the casino. But even if you don’t gamble, you can still enjoy this place.

Room is spacious, they serve good food, very nice hotel, very high end, perfect for tourist and business travellers. It is a little expensive though. What I love about this hotel is the gym. It is good. Staff are very nice also.

Nous avons eu un grand temps à chercher l' ascenseur pour monter sur le toit une fois que nous sommes montés là était bien la recherche si beaucoup de monter là et le bureau frontal était très utile et la chambre était sans spot !

Perfect stay in Clark. Very Clean and Amenities are Plentiful. The Problem is the Playground Area, it needs appointment.
Overall would stay again in Clark Hilton. Best Hotel in Clark ! Big Rooms, Clean Pool, Good Breakfast and Good Service

Couldn't believe the standard of this hotel in Clark. A modern, spacious and well maintained Marriott that you would expect from any other location in the world. The room had an expansive view of the golf course. The design and comfort was definitely at Marriott standards. The breakfast had a large variety though the restaurant was quite dim. The Chinese restaurant was solid and I was surprised by the noodles I had there. It was a plus that this was connected to the casino as it meant there were more late-night dining options to choose from. Overall very good value for money and highly recommended.

Cons: No exhaust in our bathroom so the whole room smells when use.

The worst part of the day is having to wait to get your breakfast. I understand there was a wait. Maybe offer a coffee or a glass of water for the people waiting outside.
We got there at 9:07, and saw bunch of guests waiting. So I asked if they can text us once the tables are available (it’s hot outside) Declined. Lady said that we have wait and if we’re not here, then we can’t eat breakfast basically. Finally got in at 9:30. What do you expect? Either cold food for the ones that people don’t like or empty tray for the ones people like to eat.
You know, that’s okay. It can be improved. It’s not the staff’s fault. All of them are functioning. But I guess the space cannot accommodate the number of guests.

The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with modern amenities, including an Alexa-operated system that made everything incredibly convenient. The highlight was definitely the private jacuzzi, offering the perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the serene surroundings. The peaceful and secluded atmosphere of Rancho Bernardo made it an ideal escape, and the exceptional service from the staff added a personal touch to our experience. It was the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility, making it an unforgettable staycation. Definitely worth every penny!
