Hornets Nest Park

What a nice park!

There is playground equipment, ball fields, a walking trail, a pretty little pond, and lots of green space. What a nice place to hang out with the family on a sunny day! The restrooms were clean.

Surprised by negative reviews

We came here for a BMX race. We felt safe. There seemed to be a lot of people having fun in a lot of different ways. Park was well maintained.

This seems like a mic park, I just stopped in for a short break to relax under a shaded pavilion. There is a small lake here but they are doing work to it right now and there is no water in it(8-15-16...
