An Evening of Irish Folklore and Fairies

Great story telling experience

This was a really fun afternoon activity and way to learn more about Irish history and culture in a fun, easy going environment. The story teller was great and also a good conversationalist, had good tips for other parts of our trips, etc. We did it at the very end of our trip just because of how things worked out and when we were in Dublin. However if you have the flexibility, it would be nice to do at the beginning of your trip as an introduction to Irish culture!

Thank You! I had the pleasure of visiting Dublin with my family and my best friend and his family. The evening of folklore was a must for some of us! I found it delightfully entertaining after a long day exploring the city. what a relaxing way to take in and learn a little of Irish culture.

Delightful Evening! Must do if in Dublin!

This was the second time i attended this evening of storytelling. And I’ll visit again whenever I'm in town. The stories are shared with so much joy. I was smiling from ear to ear the whole time. I heard some of my favorites along with a new story or two. I took my partner and wasn’t sure he was gonna enjoy. And yet, he did, very much. Great time of day as well, just before dinner time.

Unique and memorable event!

Johnny was very engaging and gave great insight into the Irish culture and the art of storytelling. So much of what we learn is about the prolific characters in history. His aim is to introduce us to the regular everyday people. Lovely evening!
