A small square near the cathedral, several streets merged together. There is a large sculpture of an artist named Tomato Bell in the square. In the 1970s, the palace was unique, with an earthquake-resistant structure, modularized by steel and large windows.

Although the structure of the building is still classical in order to maintain consistency with the church style behind it, it is rather strange to have modern glass curtain walls attached. Arc-shaped natural from the road to the small garden in front of the intersection, the bottom directly retains the support of the steel frame, making the building rich in industrial atmosphere.
