Crossing the Peace Bridge is a large European square, which is surrounded by virtually no European architecture. Perhaps it is only because of Georgians'attachment to the European Union that it has such a name. The square is located at the foot of the riverside mountain, so besides the riverside scenery, there are various buildings standing on the cliff overlooking the square. Most of these buildings are Hotel bars, where eating and lodging are really minutes and seconds away from the city of Tbilisi. We crossed the European Square and visited Metke Church on the nearby highlands. Then we walked back to the European Square, where we took a cable car up the hill to visit the "Mother of Georgia" sculpture and Fortress Narikala on the top of the Surolak Mountains.

The park near the entrance of the cable station and the Old Town Bridge, Ah Jing, can see the street park performance. But it's not a scenic spot. There aren't many people, especially in winter. It's close to the Peace Bridge.
