Même s'il s'agit d'une chambre pour 4 personnes, la plupart des articles, y compris les tasses et les serviettes, sont fournis en 2 ensembles. C'est un nouveau bâtiment, donc c'est très propre et l'emplacement est proche du terminal de Sky Bus et de Coles. Je n'aimais vraiment pas la vue sur le parking et n'avoir qu'une seule chaise n'était pas pratique, mais sur les cinq hébergements que compte l'Australie, c'était le seul hôtel à disposer d'un flexible de douche. Il y a une machine à café dans la chambre et elle semble être réapprovisionnée tous les deux jours. La literie est également changée tous les deux jours. J'espère qu'il restera propre et le même la prochaine fois que vous l'utiliserez.

Personnel sympathique. La chambre était propre. J'aurais aimé voir du shampoing et du revitalisant (fixés au mur dans la douche ?). À seulement 1,2 km de la gare de Spencer Street, vous pouvez donc y aller à pied et en revenir. Bon prix. On s'habitue au bruit de la rue - les tramways, les sirènes et les bavardages tardifs des gens sur le trottoir (j'étais au premier étage juste au-dessus).

L'emplacement était superbe, dans le quartier central des affaires de Mel et à proximité de la gare. Vous pourrez choisir parmi de nombreux restaurants à proximité et mon métro préféré est à quelques pas. Toilettes à l'extérieur de la chambre, mais c'est correct... autant de cabines et 2 cabines de douche exclusivement réservées aux femmes. La porte est sécurisée car chaque personne a un mot de passe.

Tout est en attente, cependant nous avons réservé une chambre standard de la reine mais nous avons été attribués une chambre accessible de la reine. 🤣. Cependant, nous avons toujours aimé le séjour et le petit déjeuner sont assez décents.

Dimanche amateur. J'ai écrit un e-mail la veille de mon arrivée pour demander l'emplacement du parking. Aucune réponse reçue. Arrivé et enregistré. On nous a donné des cartes dans la chambre. Je suis monté, la porte ne s'ouvrait pas, je suis retourné au bureau, je l'ai changé et réparé a été conseillé. Je suis remonté, la porte ne s'ouvrait pas. Je suis revenu et j'ai demandé à ma femme de descendre. J'ai claqué des cartes sur le comptoir et m'ai conseillé de me trouver une pièce où les clés d'accès fonctionnent réellement. Nous nous sommes assis. Au bout de 15 minutes, j'ai dit que la vie était trop courte pour les satisfaire. Nous allions déjeuner et serions de retour dans 30 minutes. S'il n'est pas corrigé d'ici là, l'heure du gestionnaire. De retour, de nouvelles cartes, une nouvelle chambre et nous étions dedans, ensuite, le mot de passe Wi-Fi. C'est à la télé, non, ce n'était pas le cas. De retour au bureau qui l'a écrit, j'ai accepté cela, non. De retour au bureau, ils ont saisi le mot de passe Wi-Fi. C'était dimanche. Lundi. La dame à la réception s'est excusée et nous a donné l'ajout de l'après-midi au parking, ce qui nous a évité de nous précipiter et nous a permis de déjeuner avant de quitter Mel CBD. Excellent emplacement, personnel amateur en service le dimanche.

L'emplacement est bon, à environ 10 minutes de la gare Southern Cross et du Skybus pour l'aéroport de Melbourne. Il y a également des stations de tramway à proximité de certaines attractions touristiques, ainsi que des supermarchés, des restaurants, etc. La chambre est généralement bien, même si certaines chambres du même type semblent plus petites en raison de leur configuration. Nous avons utilisé le parking privé 24h/24 recommandé par l'hôtel, mais nous avons été facturés en double par l'hôtel et le parking lui-même. Au départ, le personnel de l'hôtel voulait rembourser le tarif inférieur, ce que nous avons refusé, et nous avons dû consacrer du temps et des efforts pour que le directeur nous aide à régler le problème du parking. La plupart des employés étaient plus accessibles, alors qu’un ou deux ne semblaient pas intéressés. Heureusement, le problème a finalement été résolu.

Chose Parkroyal given its price and super convenient location: just walk pass the footbridge at 2/F of the terminals and take the hotel lift at the carpark to reach the reception floor. Room is big and clean, water is hot enoguh and with a bath tub, sadly it was too late I haven’t used it.  The service was good too that they have totally no problem at all for me to store the big luggage for 5 days as I will be flying to Tasmania for few days trip with a small luggage.  Just don’t like about the pillow which are too soft. But the rest, perfect!!

Great hostel, lots of activities and social group outings. Located very close to the Markets and Melbourne CBD with the free Tram zone so easy to get around with plenty to do. I had a larger room but my friends had really small rooms that would be the only negative. Great roof top space for evening views and socialising with hot tub. The best hostel kitchen I've stayed in and have travelled the east coast and Western Australia. So many stations, great number of quality equipment and lots of space for food although fridges are always full np matter where you go. Really happy with this stay.

Room was clean, bed comfortable and sheets crispy clean, had a great nights sleep for a layover on my way to Perth. Amenities were basic, appreciated the ironing board and iron, with fresh milk for a coffee. Reasonable price for the nights accommodation. They offer an airport shuttle which I used after the flight from NZ, which was easy to organise and walked back to the airport very easily the following morning.

Excellent location. All branded shoppings & fine dinings are within walking distance. Hotel staff are extremely friendly & helpful. l would rate their service better than those from Park Hyatt Melbourne. Only complaint was the poor sound proof. l can hear noices from neighbouring room clearly. This is a let down that the hotel gotta look into it.

I have put book 2 connecting rooms. One is King size bed the other twin beds. Both rooms are very comfortable. The twin beds are two queen size beds which can accommodate 4 people. Good view of a Yarra river and the old station across the river. Location very convenient as it connected to many different restaurants. I would also recommend using its very nice gym and warm and big swimming pool. Kingpin in the hotel mall (ask the hotel staff) is also recommended for travellers with children and teenagers. Lots of fun as their video games are great, with Laser tag and bowling.

Cette commande faisait suite à la réservation précédente du 9 au 14 octobre (celle-ci commence du 14 au 16). Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas reçu de service quotidien de nettoyage de la chambre le 14 octobre. Normalement, la chambre doit être nettoyée avant la prochaine commande ; avec notre réservation consécutive, nous leur avons épargné l'effort du nettoyage général. Malgré cela, notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyée du tout, étonnamment. C'est ****** de ne pas avoir d'autre choix que d'utiliser des serviettes sales de la veille après une longue journée.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stayed in Oakwood Premier Hotel. The receptionist guy on Friday Morning, 10th Jan, was super nice, friendly and kind. He changed our room facing the city view. We went straight to the hotel after we arrive in Melbourne to put our luggage in their luggage storage because the check in start at 3pm. However, our room were already ready, so we managed to get some sleep and rest. The bed is so comfortable and we got a amazing view! So I really enjoyed our stay there for the whole time! What a great first travel experience in Melbourne! Surely, we will be back!

Great hotel, unfortunately currently though the building next door is being demolished and the drilling of concrete starts at exactly 8am, even on the weekend. It's incredibly loud and the windows shake

Efficient and clean hotel. I appreciate that they are trying to be more environmentally friendly by rewarding their guests if you opt out of room service (switching towels, etc) during your stay. Also one thing I really enjoyed was the water pressure in the shower. The simple pleasures :P

Service fall short of a 5 stars hotel. The booking system has not reflected correctly on our stay with adults breakfast included except for the first day. Hence we have to sign the bill to charge to the hotel room and settled with them during check-out as advised by the restaurant. During check-out, the reception staff mentioned will need to inform the reservation team before she can email the final bill to me. Meantime my deposit of $200 is still being charged fully without releasing. 1 day has passed but still no news on the final bill and my money is still not yet released. Disappointing experience and unnecessary hassle.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We had an issue with Wi-Fi initially but they moved us into a different room straight away and it worked perfectly.

+: La chambre double avec vue sur la ville est magnifique et les équipements/équipements sont fantastiques (les lits étaient très confortables, la vue était magnifique, et le petit-déjeuner buffet a une large sélection de grandes options). - : Le menu de service de la chambre est très limité les dimanches et lundis.

We booked this new hotel out of curiosity and trust of large brand, but quite disappointed The hotel located at an area outside t4, next to the big parking building/bus terminal, but there are no/minimum signage/directions leading to the hotel, while only one arrow at the bus terminal pointing at the big building with the large novotel logo, making everyone thinks that we can access the hotel through the well lighted bus terminal with ease, but sadly there is no crossing facilities between the terminal and hotel, you will need to lift your luggages, jaywalking through two car lane and climbing up the lane islands if you dont want to walk back 200m for the unnoticeable correct route; in fact the only route leading to the hotel from the airport is the side walk OPPOSITE to the big arrow with poor lightings and no signage at all. As a tourist with heavy luggage, thanks for offering the chance to weight lifting. When we arrived and reflect the problem, concierge said they also received similar complains. So nothing has been done to correct the nonsense and good luck to all the up coming visitors. The room is decent to be honest and with a clear view facing the car park building we mentioned earlier, no much to see yet no problem for us too. Bed is soft and comfortable allowing us to have some good rest. However, theres an empty black bottle in the rubbish bin i believed to be the leftover from the last guest, hope the housekeeper can have a closer look in the future. Some facilities have great designs that i would like to greet the designer/procurement and admire their mastermind for installing those equipment and challenge the wisdom of humankind. For instance: the anti-intuitive shower switch for change to top shower or handheld shower head, it is semi cylinder disguised as part of wall mount of the top shower, which is about 1.9m - 2m from the ground, for those who cant find the switch and not tall enough will have to stick with what was preset. Second, the hot water dispenser at the breakfast bar, you can simply press the two buttons on top and nothing would happen, turns out there is an extra sensor you need to block with your thumb and use another finger to press the buttons on top, this can encourage guests to give up on the hot water if no one is around to ask. The breakfast is the most disappointing part, frankly all quality are high standard but the choices are few and basic, simply bacons/ eggs/ veges/ salad/ hams (well the mushrooms are very impressive though), there is also a honey hive (with a rectangular frame) but mostly empty at the middle (at the time of 7am) where the side are hard to spoon out, ppl try very hard but the loose stands make it even harder to spoon out, the frame eventually collapse and guest gave up to take the hive. No staff notice/try to fix the collapsed honey hive/ change to a new one during my whole breakfast ( around half an hour) and remain the same when we left. The pancakes supposed to be eat with the honey are dry and inedible imo too. The price for the hotel is not cheap comparing to the nearing but the standard does not meet up with the price, facilities are new and thats the only advantage on the table. PS: the hotel offer free shuttle to the terminals too, try to mention and book for your shuttle as there are only 3-4 seats if everyone have large luggages, otherwise the concierge will be surprised you did not ask for this hidden service with no mentioning during check in and no timetable ever provided when you check with them in the morning.

L'emplacement était convenable pour mes plans de voyage, et la chambre fournit les éléments essentiels pour un repos de nuit. Si elle a servi son objectif comme un arrêt, il y a de la place pour améliorer l'environnement et les équipements pour rendre l'expérience plus mémorable.

Cet hôtel est à seulement 5 à 10 minutes à pied de l'aéroport (selon le terminal où vous vous rendez). La chambre que j'avais était petite mais très propre et le lit était excellent. Dans l'ensemble, je suis très satisfait. Cela m'a permis de m'en sortir lorsque j'ai raté mon vol de correspondance et cela ne m'a pas coûté cher !
