L'hôtel est très bien. Chaud et grand. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine et d'un sauna. Déjeuner très délicieux au restaurant. Le personnel est très poli. Je tiens à remercier Élise, Elena et Or, les filles de l'accueil. Sont mega-gentilles. Ils m'ont aidé à résoudre tous les problèmes. Nous avons eu une très grande chambre avec une vue magnifique et une grande terrasse. La chambre dispose d'une bouilloire, de thé et de café. Peignoirs et pantoufles. Je suis très satisfait de mes vacances. J'espère revenir bientôt dans cet hôtel. Merci à tout le personnel.

Très bon séjour. La chambre est très bonne et les installations sont parfaites. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. En même temps, le magasin a également envoyé un billet de voiture tout le jour, ce qui est nécessaire pour acheter lui-même, 70 raisins.

Les œufs du petit déjeuner sont délicieux.
J'ai aidé ma famille à réserver une chambre triple pour quatre personnes. Il y avait trois adultes et un enfant de cinq ans au moment de l'enregistrement. J'ai donc facturé un supplément de 35 francs suisses pour le petit-déjeuner de l'enfant (deux nuits) sans lit supplémentaire. Les lits ne sont pas grands.
Il est nécessaire de voir la dernière heure d'enregistrement de l'hôtel, car nous n'avons pas remarqué que nous sommes arrivés après dix heures du soir et avons été informés par la réception. Et a dit ”Ce n'est pas en Chine.” Ce genre de langage nous met très mal à l'aise. Même si nous exprimons nos excuses pour être en retard plusieurs fois.

It was a pleasant stay overall with a nice view, quiet room, and clean facility, except for the broken shower head.
We informed them immediately, but the hotel told us that it would be fixed on the next day.

Le lit et la matraque étaient aussi bons.

Le parking était bon et le parking extérieur mais du parking à l'hôtel
La ligne de déplacement est très bonne
Le design est très bien situé à l'entrée de l'hôtel jusqu'au reste du lobby.
Tout est bon Le désavantage est que l'espace de l'ascenseur est un peu petit
Cet hôtel est magnifique, mais il a été très impressionnant pendant mon voyage en Suisse.
Le personnel du bureau et le personnel de la chambre à petit déjeuner étaient amicaux et la nourriture était délicieuse
Malheureusement, c'est un hôtel qui sera rappelé pendant longtemps parce qu'il est triste de quitter le bébé.

Excellent service, chambres confortables et bien décorées, le spa vu sur les montagnes est très joli, le restaurant sert de très bons plats avec produits de qualité, le petit déjeuner est bon et varié, il y a même du jus d'orange pressé. Très bonne expérience!

IInvitéLe paysage de la chambre est très beau. Vous pouvez voir le pic de Matthung, vous pouvez également voir dans le restaurant, très bon hôtel paysage et la nourriture en général. Nous avons beaucoup de chance de voir le pic de Matthung inégal. L'hôtel est situé dans une montagne haute de plus de 27700 mètres de la tsunami et a une sélection de réactions de plateau. Après avoir pris le train de bus et arriver à la gare, vous pouvez contacter l'hôtel pour aider à prendre vos bagages à l'avance, car il y a une colline, si vous avez plus de bagages, vous n'êtes pas convenable de prendre, surtout quand il y a beaucoup de neige.

CChiaoThe hotel was in 5 minutes walking from Zermatt train station and it offered free shuttle for check in and out as there was a steep path to the hotel entrance, not good to walk with luggages. I booked 2 bedrooms family suite but only with one bathroom which was the downside. However, the total space of 60 meter sq with a decent living room and a small balcony facing Matterhorn were a plus to the overall stay. There were some minor defects and the staff fixed efficiently. They had an indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna room. I had to mention that the jacuzzi was of high standard and you must go after a day of hiking. So bring your swimming suit. However, please note that in there culture, no clothes are allowed to enter the sauna room and it is in mixed genders. The breakfast buffet was lack of choices. But I had to specially name Mr Fernando, he always welcome us with very good coffee and of course his warm greetings in the morning.
Suggestion to the hotel:
1. Stated clearly the number of bathroom/ toilet in the booking details regarding my booking is a 2 bedrooms suite.
2. More choices for breakfast, my family stays 4 nights there. Everyday, the menu is same.
3. The pool was closed at 8pm, will be better if it closes at 9pm as it was rather rush for the guests to use after dinner.
Overall, I recommend this hotel to family. I will come back again.

SStellakwansyStaying at this hotel in Zermatt was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect—just 500 meters from the train station, making it incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the warm hospitality from the owners, Thor and Michele. They personally served the buffet breakfast every morning, which was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. On my first day, I unfortunately missed breakfast, but as I was heading out around 10:45 am, they surprised me by reserving some food for me to enjoy before leaving. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly made me feel cared for.
The room itself was immaculate and had everything I needed. The balcony offered a stunning mountain view, which was a perfect way to start and end each day. Thor and Michele went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. They remembered my name, attended to every need, and even took the time to explain the local attractions and recommend food options based on my preferences.
I feel incredibly lucky to have secured two nights at this gem of a hotel, especially since it’s almost always fully booked. This was one of the most personal and heartwarming stays I’ve ever had. If you’re visiting Zermatt, staying here is an absolute must. Thank you, Thor and Michele, for making my trip so memorable!

IIzzaPizzaThoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

IInvitéLe Matterhornlodge est situé à environ 5-10 min à pied de la gare Zermatt.
Nous sommes arrivés à environ 1 h et nous avons été informés que le check-in était seulement à 2 h, donc nous sommes allés au déjeuner et nous sommes retournés à environ 2.30pm. Ruth était très chaleureuse, amicale et charmante; elle était très invitée et était heureuse de découvrir plus sur où nous venions et ce que nous avions prévu de faire.
La chambre est très confortable et la chambre est très confortable. Les serviettes et robes étaient épaisses, chaudes et fluffy.
Le petit déjeuner offert au matin était également très bon avec une sélection décente de pains, de coupes froides, de fromage et d'œufs.
Au checkout, Ruth nous a également donné un voyage complimentaire à la gare dans son véhicule électrique.
En général, nous avons eu un très agréable séjour à l'hôtel Matterhornlodge et nous avons été très impressionnés par l'hospitalité de Ruth.

HHarmonickFor a truly memorable stay in Zermatt, look no further than the Traditional Julen Hotel. We travelled throughout Switzerland, and the view from our Matterhorn room was hands down the best we experienced. Waking up to that iconic peak every morning was simply breathtaking.
The service at the Julen is impeccable. The staff is incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to meet every need we had, making us feel truly welcome. Speaking of needs, be sure to grab a bite at their downstairs restaurant. The food is excellent, though the space is a little on the cozy (some might say claustrophobic) side. Don't let that deter you, though - the culinary experience is well worth it.
Overall, the Traditional Julen Hotel is a fantastic choice. Splurge on the Matterhorn room for an unforgettable view, and rest assured knowing you'll be taken care of by a truly exceptional team. Highly recommended!

However, need to take note that their reception will only be there till 10pm. It’s actually stated but I didn’t read it so when I arrived Zermatt train station at 11pm, I panicked a little. We flag down the taxi at my own cost, 18chf for 3 people and luggages, they dont provide free taxi after 10pm. Also, the entrance door will be closed/locked after 10pm, we rang the bell and the door opened and they left the key with a letter on the counter for the check in.
The breakfast place is also overlooking the Matterhorn and it’s so pretty. Stayed for only 1 night but really enjoyed my stay there!

NNYTravelsWe love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre .
We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive.
Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in.
The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints.
Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.

DDesiKHotel is clean and comfortable but my swimsuit got stolen. I forgot it in the room upon checkout. 2 hours later I remembered i left it hanging on the door - went back to hotel to retrieve it and staff said they couldn’t find it. 2 days later I called and they still couldn’t find it - so it’s clear it was stolen. I am rather disappointed. Definitely not coming back.
