La chambre est spacieuse et confortable, Installations : pratiquement complètes, Hygiène : propre et bien rangé Environnement : Animé aux alentours Service : Bon service Leurs steaks sont délicieux et ils se trouvent juste à l'extérieur du centre-ville. Les sites pittoresques sont accessibles à pied. Vous pouvez également prendre la ligne ferroviaire gratuite 35 autour de la ligne centrale pour rejoindre les sites pittoresques, les centres commerciaux centraux et les gares. Très pratique.

We stayed there one night as we have booked the hot air balloon flight. Thus, didnt have much opportunity to use any facility except the restaurant. We had dinner there and food and wine were great. However, we noticed that some staff werent paying much attention to asian guests. While serving the food up to western guest, the staff was introducing the food in details but not to us. Furthermore, it took a long while to get our desserts.

It was more like a well-managed, very clean hostel, which left a great impression. The breakfast was excellent, and although I didn’t use the kitchen facilities, everything I might have needed was there. The view from the breakfast area was also beautiful.

Je suis arrivé à la fin de l'heure de check-in 2/11 dimanche et le personnel de Mildua Inlander était après l'heure de bureau, donc j'ai contacté le personnel pour la check-in de la chambre par téléphone, le personnel sont si utiles pour m'aider à collecter la clé de la chambre et le travail administratif requis. Cependant, en raison de la disposition du resort et de la position de ma chambre(la chambre est ROM 90), la circulation de l'hôtel n'est pas mauvaise, mauvaise commande de la chambre(il n'est pas de 101 pour sur 1/F comme l'hôtel typique, il utilise 1-50 pour G/F, 51-100 pour niveau 1; si 101-110 pour bloc 1, 121-129 pour le bloc 2, 131-139 pour le bloc 3, 141-150 pour le bloc 4 serait mieux), pas de corridor cohérent à la fin, pas beaucoup de signage et de carte/facile à manquer, pas de lève-pièce ou de rampe facile pour le niveau 1. Alors il est difficile de trouver ma chambre et mauvaise expérience avant d'entrer dans la chambre. La chambre est bonne pour moi. Une chose est : peut envisager d'avoir une fenêtre ouverte après le filet de mosquito sur la porte glissante de la balconie si je ne veux pas tourner le climatiseur.

Le personnel est super utile et amiable. Mais la salle de bains et les toilettes sont un peu obsolètes. Le tapis sur le lavabo continue à gonfler l'eau et il fait son gonflement fort qui perturbe notre sommeil. Le service de l'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très facile de se déplacer. J'espère que quelques rénovations seront en ligne bientôt quand nous reviendrons l'année prochaine pour y rester ...

Cet hôtel est situé à proximité du terminal 4 de l'aéroport de Melbourne et est accessible à pied. L'enregistrement est rapide et se fait en remplissant un formulaire en ligne. Une fois validé, vous recevrez automatiquement un reçu et la clé de votre chambre. Le restaurant est charmant et propose une cuisine délicieuse. Les chambres sont très confortables. Seul bémol : l'eau n'est pas fournie en chambre. C'est un excellent choix en cas d'escale d'une nuit ou de retard de vol.

Pros: The room was much more spacious than I expected, very clean, modern, and well-maintained. I also loved having a Smart TV in the room. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Cons: One thing I found disappointing was that there were no women's sanitary products or basic pain relief available, which meant I had to go out early in the morning to purchase them myself. The shower pressure was also quite low, and the water temperature was often colder than expected. Overall: Despite these minor issues, I really enjoyed my stay and felt it offered great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Avoir un moment merveilleux à De'Vine Escape! La chambre était propre, le lieu était seren, le personnel et le check-in étaient faciles. Il y a aussi un bain de jacuzzi dans la chambre. Pour le démontrer, la vue dans la proximité était spectaculaire! Bien-value voyager la distance supplémentaire des magasins. Absolument aimé !

The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

The room is clean and location is very convenient within walking distance to many attractions in the city. The buffet breakfast is good value for money and delicious with choices of hot and cold breakfasts. The downside is that the bed is too soft for us. Also unpleasant experience with communication of hotel staff about the offer for a breakfast box in place of paid buffet breakfast which we can decide any time we were back for the day, was denied later saying this should be confirmed before 10pm. There was no follow up call or email despite the documented “unconfirmed” request. Also our request to grab something simple quickly was also rejected saying that it was a sit down breakfast and not supposed for take away. Not being helpful at all.
