Les installations et les services de l'hôtel sont très bons, et l'environnement extérieur est également agréable, mais la nourriture au restaurant n'est vraiment pas délicieuse. Il est vraiment incohérent pour un hôtel avec des tarifs aussi élevés de préparer une telle nourriture. La nourriture chinoise qu'ils ont livrée n'était pas délicieuse et le service était très lent. Il a fallu une heure pour attendre que les quatre plats soient servis. Le soir, mon fils a dit que la nourriture chinoise n'était pas bonne, alors il a essayé la nourriture occidentale. Il a commandé un steak pour quatre cents yuans. Le steak n'était pas bien cuit et la portion était très petite. Ce n'était pas suffisant pour une personne et c'était seulement la moitié de la taille d'un steak dans un restaurant de steak normal. Je suis allé dans d'autres hôtels cinq étoiles et j'ai mangé des steaks qui coûtaient plus de 300 yuans et ils étaient délicieux. Les portions étaient plusieurs fois plus grandes que les steaks de cet hôtel et étaient suffisantes pour deux personnes. La seule bonne chose, ce sont les desserts. La chambre coûte plus de 3 000 yuans, mais le chef qui l'accompagne ne coûte que 500 yuans.

The room itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with a layout that worked perfectly for a family stay. Unlike many homestays that feel cramped, this room had plenty of space to relax, unpack, and truly rest. The bedding was clean and soft, and the overall atmosphere was calm and quiet, allowing us to sleep extremely well. Housekeeping standards were excellent — everything felt carefully maintained and spotlessly clean. One of the highlights of our stay was the afternoon tea, which was freely available and not limited or rushed. This wasn’t just a symbolic offering; it was something you could genuinely enjoy at your own pace. Sitting down in such a peaceful environment with tea and snacks after a day of sightseeing was incredibly relaxing. It added a sense of warmth and hospitality that you don’t often find, especially in scenic-area accommodations. Situated near Huacheng Temple, the homestay is in a quiet area that feels removed from crowds, yet it’s still very convenient for visiting key temples and attractions. Evenings were peaceful and silent, which is exactly what you want after a full day at Jiuhua Mountain. The surrounding atmosphere perfectly matches the calm and reflective nature of the destination. What impressed us most was the overall sense of being well taken care of. This is not a place where service is performative or scripted — it feels sincere and consistent. From the communication, to the comfort of the room, to the little details like afternoon tea and thoughtful guidance, everything worked together to create a genuinely memorable stay. 就是看中這能泡温泉來的，爬完黃山，身心疲憊，急需泡泡温泉解解乏。看到有私家温泉，果斷下單，位置在山裡，周邊大山環繞，竹林悠悠，有一種遠離塵世喧囂的感覺，旁邊還有一條小溪，溪水清澈見底，聽着溪流潺潺的聲音入睡很舒服，也不用擔心車的問題，民宿的車隨叫隨到，民宿設施也很現代化，智能語音控制，房間超大，有獨立陽台，視角超絕，夕陽竹影，風輕鳥鳴。一家人一起體驗美景温泉，別提多爽了。民宿很大，有大草坪，鞦韆，天幕，户外桌椅，我還看到了燒烤架，估計天熱些還有很多户外節目。我看到可以划船，就讓安排了，我和我家小朋友一起泛舟漂流很舒服，管家小哥還挺負責任的一直在周邊，害怕我們船翻了，房間裏免費提供很多飲料飲品，小吃。尤其是裝茶的小罐，很精緻，想帶走，溝通之後，人家直接拿兩個新的送我了。很感謝，由於爬山後太累了，也沒解鎖更多有趣的項目，希望下次可以再來黃山，再來體驗這裏。

Excellent ! C'est la meilleure option pour séjourner dans la région de Huangshan pour visiter les montagnes et les environs. Cet hôtel de charme est situé extrêmement calmement au milieu des forêts de bambous et des plantations de thé, loin de l'agitation, des rues animées, des gens et des restaurants bruyants - exactement ce dont nous avions besoin après une journée à la montagne. En même temps, il n'est qu'à 5-10 minutes de la porte d'entrée sud, vers laquelle l'hôtel vous conduira quand vous en aurez besoin. Dans l'ensemble, le service et les propriétaires sont vraiment géniaux et serviables avec tout. L'hôtel dans son ensemble et les chambres sont conçus avec beaucoup de goût, de haute qualité, 1000% propres et tout est rangé (pas de piles en désordre nulle part - contrairement à d'autres hôtels de charme en Chine). Vous pouvez facilement dîner à l'hôtel, le coin salon est magnifique, calme, parfaitement conçu et la nourriture était délicieuse. Le petit-déjeuner est un petit-déjeuner chinois mais ils sont si sucrés et proposent des céréales et du pain grillé si vous le souhaitez, cependant, j'ai apporté d'autres options pour mes parents qu'ils ont gentiment gardées dans le réfrigérateur. Ils nous ont également emmenés dans leur propre montagne de thé pour admirer le coucher de soleil et la montagne Huangshan de loin - très spécial !!! Je le recommande vivement ! Les autres recommandations de randonnée (en plus de l'ascension de Huangshan) ont été un excellent ajout. Je recommande un séjour de trois nuits, c'est tout simplement parfait. Tout est encore plus joli que sur les photos, une surprise agréable et inhabituelle !! A Little Gem in Huangshan, with Hospitality We Will Never Forget The Bamboo Hotel was one of the most wonderful surprises of our trip. From the very first moment, we found a warm, elegant, and beautifully designed atmosphere, with every detail carefully thought out. It is a true little gem, a charming design hotel where everything reflects taste, care, and attention. But what truly makes this place special are the people. The owner and his entire family are incredibly kind and genuine people. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, looked after, and truly cared for. Their sincere hospitality made our stay even more memorable. They helped us from the very beginning, arranging a driver for us, carefully explaining how to organize our excursion to Huangshan Mountain, and even suggesting what we could do the following day. The owner’s father was so kind that he personally accompanied us to the bus station so we could reach the mountain. Every evening there was always a thoughtful gesture waiting for us: a drink offered after dinner, a coffee, a friendly conversation, and above all, the feeling of being guests of a family rather than simply customers of a hotel. We had a truly wonderful stay and will never forget the hospitality we received. This is a place we wholeheartedly recommend, and we sincerely hope to return one day.

I am filling this review out as the person who booked and paid for the room on behalf of my guest / driver, who stayed here for eight days. The room was conveniently located on the ground floor, and despite being adjacent to the main lobby, it was reasonably quiet. A set menu breakfast with nine small dishes was provided every morning in the restaurant, and was very healthy and beautifully presented. Cleaning was done every morning by aunties who knocked around 10a.m. to check if cleaning was requested. Parking onsite for free and EV charging was also available very conveniently next to the hotel. Although the hotel room was non-smoking, the driver smoked both inside the room and in the public lobby, but was not ticked off or asked to smoke outside (!). Staff were very courteous and friendly, always helping with any issue and happy to answer any questions. On departing, both the driver and myself received local biscuits as a gift. Really wonderful place to stay with an extremely well trained, polite family of hospitality experts.

The building, steeped in history at 400 years old, is located relatively close to the West entrance, making access a breeze. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and well-kept. Although I initially booked three specific rooms, they were unavailable due to renovation. However, I was provided with three other rooms that turned out to be more spacious, which was a delightful surprise. The lobby felt incredibly welcoming, with a cozy living-room-style atmosphere. There’s a lovely café to the left and a souvenir shop to the right, adding a nice touch of convenience and charm as you walk toward the living area. Wan Jie (elder sister Wan), the host, was truly hospitable and attentive. Her warmth shone through from our first phone call, which she answered cheerfully while helping arrange our pickup, as cars aren’t allowed into Hongcun, a UNESCO Heritage Site. One of the highlights of this homestay was the restaurant nestled in a ”secret” garden—a serene and picturesque spot where my family and I could have happily spent more time. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, adding to the overall experience. Though it was too cool to use during my visit, the homestay also features a pool that would be perfect for summer days. At the end of our stay, Wan Jie went above and beyond by accompanying us to the village exit to wait for our driver, ensuring everything went smoothly before saying her goodbyes. It’s rare to experience such personalized hospitality, and it made a memorable impression on us. Based on my positive experience, I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Hongcun. It’s a unique blend of history, comfort, and genuine hospitality that truly enhances the visit.
