Il est vraiment incohérent pour un hôtel avec des tarifs aussi élevés de préparer une telle nourriture. La nourriture chinoise qu'ils ont livrée n'était pas délicieuse et le service était très lent. Il a fallu une heure pour attendre que les quatre plats soient servis. Le soir, mon fils a dit que la nourriture chinoise n'était pas bonne, alors il a essayé la nourriture occidentale. Il a commandé un steak pour quatre cents yuans. Le steak n'était pas bien cuit et la portion était très petite. Ce n'était pas suffisant pour une personne et c'était seulement la moitié de la taille d'un steak dans un restaurant de steak normal. Je suis allé dans d'autres hôtels cinq étoiles et j'ai mangé des steaks qui coûtaient plus de 300 yuans et ils étaient délicieux. Les portions étaient plusieurs fois plus grandes que les steaks de cet hôtel et étaient suffisantes pour deux personnes. La seule bonne chose, ce sont les desserts. La chambre coûte plus de 3 000 yuans, mais le chef qui l'accompagne ne coûte que 500 yuans.

Housekeeping standards were excellent — everything felt carefully maintained and spotlessly clean. Sitting down in such a peaceful environment with tea and snacks after a day of sightseeing was incredibly relaxing. Situated near Huacheng Temple, the homestay is in a quiet area that feels removed from crowds, yet it’s still very convenient for visiting key temples and attractions. Evenings were peaceful and silent, which is exactly what you want after a full day at Jiuhua Mountain. The surrounding atmosphere perfectly matches the calm and reflective nature of the destination. What impressed us most was the overall sense of being well taken care of. This is not a place where service is performative or scripted — it feels sincere and consistent. Ce peuple est vraiment une surprise pour moi! Vous avez toujours été à la ville de Zhaozgu, cette fois, vous avez apporté la famille à votre tour. 就是看中這能泡温泉來的，爬完黃山，身心疲憊，急需泡泡温泉解解乏。看到有私家温泉，果斷下單，位置在山裡，周邊大山環繞，竹林悠悠，有一種遠離塵世喧囂的感覺，旁邊還有一條小溪，溪水清澈見底，聽着溪流潺潺的聲音入睡很舒服，也不用擔心車的問題，民宿的車隨叫隨到，民宿設施也很現代化，智能語音控制，房間超大，有獨立陽台，視角超絕，夕陽竹影，風輕鳥鳴。一家人一起體驗美景温泉，別提多爽了。民宿很大，有大草坪，鞦韆，天幕，户外桌椅，我還看到了燒烤架，估計天熱些還有很多户外節目。我看到可以划船，就讓安排了，我和我家小朋友一起泛舟漂流很舒服，管家小哥還挺負責任的一直在周邊，害怕我們船翻了，房間裏免費提供很多飲料飲品，小吃。尤其是裝茶的小罐，很精緻，想帶走，溝通之後，人家直接拿兩個新的送我了。很感謝，由於爬山後太累了，也沒解鎖更多有趣的項目，希望下次可以再來黃山，再來體驗這裏。

Our family of 13 recently spent three nights at Shanyu Life and Huangshan Design hotel and the experience was delightful. The location is excellent—about a 10‑minute drive from the Huangshan park entrance—yet the hotel sits in a quiet area surrounded by mountains and tea plantations. The hotel’s free shuttle to Huangshan was extremely convenient for a group of our size. The resort offers spacious rooms with high‑quality finishes and fittings; All 7 of our rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with comfortable bedding and bathroom amenities that made for a very relaxing stay. The property is so tastefully designed that we were content to simply linger in the common areas after breakfast, sipping tea or practicing Chinese calligraphy in the serene setting. The highlight of our visit was the outstanding service from the staff, who were consistently caring, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs. They handled several ad‑hoc requests even before our arrival and continued to go above and beyond throughout our stay so that every member of our family felt well looked after. We particularly enjoyed the welcome hot tea while hotel owner Fang Fei introduced many interesting places to visit around Huangshan. The team also arranged a half‑day excursion to Mukeng Village Bamboo Forest, where the movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon was filmed, and it was amazing climbing the hills through such dense bamboo forest. After long days of sightseeing and mountain climbing, it was a joy to return to the resort, where a warm and hearty dinner awaited us, making it feel like coming home each evening. Fang Fei is also a tea master, and she not only taught us a lot about Huangshan’s famous teas but also hosted a tea‑appreciation and meditation session for us, which was exactly what our family needed after hectic travels through many Chinese cities before arriving in Huangshan. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable, and this hotel is highly recommended to anyone planning to visit Huangshan.

My family and I (5 of us) recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming homestay in Hongcun for two days and one night, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The building, steeped in history at 400 years old, is located relatively close to the West entrance, making access a breeze. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and well-kept. Although I initially booked three specific rooms, they were unavailable due to renovation. However, I was provided with three other rooms that turned out to be more spacious, which was a delightful surprise. The lobby felt incredibly welcoming, with a cozy living-room-style atmosphere. There’s a lovely café to the left and a souvenir shop to the right, adding a nice touch of convenience and charm as you walk toward the living area. Wan Jie (elder sister Wan), the host, was truly hospitable and attentive. Her warmth shone through from our first phone call, which she answered cheerfully while helping arrange our pickup, as cars aren’t allowed into Hongcun, a UNESCO Heritage Site. One of the highlights of this homestay was the restaurant nestled in a ”secret” garden—a serene and picturesque spot where my family and I could have happily spent more time. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, adding to the overall experience. Though it was too cool to use during my visit, the homestay also features a pool that would be perfect for summer days. At the end of our stay, Wan Jie went above and beyond by accompanying us to the village exit to wait for our driver, ensuring everything went smoothly before saying her goodbyes. It’s rare to experience such personalized hospitality, and it made a memorable impression on us. Based on my positive experience, I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Hongcun. It’s a unique blend of history, comfort, and genuine hospitality that truly enhances the visit.

L'hôtel Banyan Tree Anhui bénéficie régulièrement de réductions et de promotions sur d'autres plateformes, notamment des ventes flash. Cependant, ces offres ne sont pas disponibles pendant le Nouvel An chinois. J'avais initialement réservé 4 jours et 3 nuits, puis j'ai opté pour 3 jours et 2 nuits pour 10 000 RMB. Nous avons séjourné dans une villa de deux chambres, mais le stationnement juste devant était interdit, ce qui était très gênant. Pour pouvoir garer notre voiture directement devant la villa, nous aurions dû payer un supplément pour changer de catégorie, mais le style de la villa noire ne nous convenait pas. Nous avons dû réserver une navette pour nos déplacements, ce qui était particulièrement contraignant par mauvais temps. Les fruits et les en-cas offerts à l'arrivée, y compris la soupe aux longanes et aux graines de lotus, étaient trop liquides. L'hôtel prétend avoir une piscine chauffée, et la température de l'eau semblait correcte, mais la piscine étant ouverte sur l'extérieur, et non fermée, l'eau était assez froide, et mon enfant n'a pas pu nager. Les animations proposées par l'hôtel pour le Nouvel An chinois, notamment le spectacle d'opéra Huangmei, étaient décevantes, et le défilé de lanternes en forme de poisson ainsi que l'exposition de fleurs en fer étaient trop courts. L'hôtel en lui-même était relativement propre. Le paysage serait sans doute plus beau au printemps ou en été ; il paraissait un peu désert en hiver. L'aménagement des chambres était correct et, bien qu'assez ancien, l'hôtel était bien entretenu. Pour être honnête, il y avait la queue pour le petit-déjeuner ; le restaurant n'avait pas assez de tables, et il fallait donc appeler les numéros un par un. Heureusement, le personnel de l'hôtel était très poli. Si vous arriviez tard, vous deviez attendre en ayant faim. Le petit-déjeuner était moyen, et certainement pas d'un bon rapport qualité-prix pendant le Nouvel An chinois. Ce serait un endroit convenable où séjourner hors saison. Il se trouve à 15 minutes en voiture de Hongcun et tout près de Lucun. Rien d'exceptionnel, juste correct.

Wow! Of course the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even amidst me forgetting my passport at home, they still sorted the problem out. The rooms are spacious, neat, tidy, and beautiful with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with fruits and little tomatoes, and there are always drinking water and cold drinks in the room for free. The view is spectacular with the mountain and the lake to be seen from different angles. Quite a pity the swimmingpool had water, but we couldn't swim since they said it was out of season and it hasn't been cleaned recently. I wish they would allow all season swimming. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. They were very accommodating with free machine latte/ capuchino's too. For those who'd like take aways, it can unfortunately not be delivered - the hotel is just too far from town for deliveries. There are a little tuck shop next to the hotel though. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic; the nature is awesome, the entrance to the mountain peak is quite close by too with a fun park and all kinds of activities. I'd recommend people to go in the autumn, since many places were rather quiet and not as spectacular as expected since it only really flourish in autumn. There are plenty to see and do, but those things are not a walking distance from the hotel. We had a little problem finding taxi's (perhaps because it was during tomb sweeping holiday) and the staff even helped us in this regard. The town about 30-40 minutes by car from the hotel had so many wonderful attractions and restaurants. One can also experience the real village life there. All and all I can certainly recommend a visit and if possible, I would go there again! The whole area is certainly one of Hefei's jewels.
