The customer service was excellent. The location, the food, service, just to mention few. Everything was perfect 👌. Will recommend this hotel 100x to my friends and family. I'll be coming back for sure.

The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

I recently stayed at Citadines on Bourke Melbourne for 8 nights and overall had a good experience, which I would rate around 4 out of 5 stars. The location is excellent and the hotel offers good value for a stay in Melbourne’s CBD. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and I appreciated that housekeeping was provided every two days rather than daily, which I was perfectly happy with. However, there were a few areas where the experience could be improved. Housekeeping was somewhat inconsistent during my stay. On several occasions, floor towels were not replaced, some areas of the room appeared to be missed during cleaning, pillow covers were not changed when expected, and not all toiletries were refilled. It was frustrating to discover there was no soap or shampoo while already in the shower, requiring a call to reception and a wait for replenishment. The shower itself could also be improved, as the hot water temperature fluctuated quite noticeably between hot and cold, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable shower. There were also a couple of minor inconveniences upon arrival. The parking, while available, costs approximately AUD $45 per day and the process of locating and accessing it was somewhat confusing on the first day. Additionally, there was no HDMI cable in the room, which meant I had to request one from reception. Housekeeping also occasionally forgot to clear the trash, which added to the inconsistency of the service. The kitchenette could also be better equipped. I found the dustbin to be quite small for an extended stay, the knives were not very sharp, and there was no chopping board provided, which made preparing meals less convenient. On a positive note, after our 8-night stay, the hotel was able to provide us with a complimentary one-hour late checkout, which was appreciated and helped end the stay on a better note. Despite these issues, the staff were generally helpful when assistance was needed, and the overall stay was pleasant. With a little more attention to housekeeping consistency, maintenance, and guest amenities, this hotel could easily provide an even better experience. Overall, I would still consider staying here again due to the great location and comfortable accommodation.

Perfect location and an excellent place to stay. The hotel facilities are practically brand new, and both the reception staff and housekeeping team were friendly and professional throughout my stay. I stayed for more than a week and thoroughly enjoyed my time at this serviced apartment. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and had everything I needed. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very noisy could hear all the neighbours shouting  at each other! And needs sound proofing as could hear everyone showering!!  Clean and great food but don’t get a room on level 10 or 11. Not worth the $$$$

L'hôtel est magnifique. Il nous a également donné des suggestions sur des lieux pour voir, qui étaient des suggestions formidables. La chambre est spacieuse avec douche agréable. La pression de l'eau pourrait être meilleure. Le lit était très confortable que je souhaite la prendre avec moi. Prouve son n'est pas en question. Tout est tout simplement parfait! Bien sûr, la location est également un plus avec quelques minutes de marche de la gare et 10-15 min de marche à CBD.

L'emplacement est excellent, la chambre était très propre et le matelas très confortable, dépassant mes attentes pour un hôtel économique. J'étais un peu surprise par les nombreux commentaires négatifs, pensant qu'il y aurait beaucoup de marches à l'entrée, mais il n'y en avait que quelques-unes. Un panneau latéral aurait été parfait. L'excursion d'une demi-journée en train à vapeur que j'ai réservée avec l'hôtel était d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix ; le trajet n'était pas long et n'a pas perturbé ma promenade en ville au retour. Le service était professionnel et les pourboires n'étaient pas acceptés. 👍

Very convenient location with walking distance to free tram zone and nearby hot tourist spots. Friendly staff who accommodated it need for checking in very early morning. Shower place a bit weird with no door to prevent water from getting out. Tourist sand city tour info available at reception.

It would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.

L'emplacement est bon, proche de la gare et de Chinatown, donc ce n'est pas un problème de trouver un bon restaurant où manger. La chambre et les installations sont relativement neuves, mais la salle de douche et les toilettes partagent la même porte vitrée, et il y a un espace dans la vitre, donc l'eau fuit lorsque vous prenez une douche. Même si vous pointez la pomme de douche de l'autre côté, il y a toujours une flaque d'eau sur le sol lorsque vous sortez. Je n'ai rien trouvé de délicieux pour le petit déjeuner. Il y avait peu de variétés. Chaque jour, il y avait des œufs brouillés, des saucisses de bœuf, du bacon grillé et des tomates grillées. La seule chose délicieuse était le yaourt à la pastèque. L’avantage est que la laverie en libre-service est plus pratique. Il y a quatre machines (mais beaucoup de gens l'utilisent). Le lavage et le séchage coûtent 2 dollars australiens chacun, et seules des pièces d'un ou deux dollars peuvent être utilisées. Il y a un grand seau de lessive sur la table à côté de vous.
