We had an incredible stay with our family of 5. The rooms were very big and accommodating, clean and well serviced. The rooms were stunning and the staff were beyond helpful and very caring to our needs. Will definitely return. Liu Liu and Ting Ting were very helpful at reception answering questions and speaking with us in English which was lovely. Highly recommend if visiting Jinzhou.

La chambre est bien équipée. Les deux enfants ont été informés à l'avance que deux ensembles de tout étaient préparés, dont un lit à bascule, une tente, un petit toboggan dans la chambre, des aires de jeux intérieures et extérieures dans l'hôtel et une sortie pour creuser du sable. Les enfants étaient très satisfaits de tout. Réticents à partir, nous avons soigneusement organisé un départ tardif. Le thé de l'après-midi et le dîner léger proposés dans la chambre exécutive sont également bons. Ce serait parfait si le dîner dans le salon exécutif pouvait être plus riche. Le premier choix pour prendre soin de votre bébé en un seul arrêt. J'ai également vu le spectacle de drones King of Discovery dans la soirée. Si vous partez à nouveau en vacances, vous devriez le choisir à nouveau. Merci pour tous les services qui font chaud au cœur.

Nous n'y avons passé que deux nuits (escale pour nous rendre à Harbin) mais l'emplacement était vraiment central. Vous pouvez facilement vous rendre à pied dans le centre-ville et leur hôtel n'est pas loin de la gare.

La chambre est très belle et moderne.
La chambre était en face de la rue occupée devant avec beaucoup de trafic, et les fenêtres ne sont pas totalement sonores. L'équipe est amicale, certains anglais parlé. Cependant, pas trop autour de l'hôtel, Luckin café juste à côté. La station de chemin de fer, la station de Shenyang et la station du nord. Le métro est à environ 10 minutes à pied. Le bus s'arrête dehors avec les bus à la gare/métro et la principale zone centrale.

Great hotel, very clean and covenient to go for Xinghai square and beach. Staffs are very nice, response very fast even in midnight time. Very recommend for traveler looking for the good place to stay.
And love that there is a convenient store very close to hotel just 2 mins walk.

必須點名表揚前台妮妮和所有前台接待人員，不僅辦理入住高效熱情，細節服務做得特別到位。離店當天下雪路滑，考慮到我們下山不安全，工作人員特意開車護送我們下山，雪中送炭的舉動真的太温暖了！

VVyyc94Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE.
Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

헝리호텔에서의 2박 3일, 저의 경험을 바탕으로 솔직한 후기를 남깁니다. 전반적으로 좋은 점도 많았지만, 개인적으로 아쉬웠던 부분들도 함께 정리해보았습니다! 😉
✅ 좋았던 점들
- 유연한 얼리 체크인: 호텔에 오전 11시쯤 도착했는데, 짐만 맡기려던 계획과 달리 방 청소가 곧 끝난다는 소식을 듣고 30분 정도 기다려 얼리 체크인을 받을 수 있었습니다! 이런게 바로 중국 호텔 특유의 유연함이라고 생각됩니다. 👍
- 빠르고 편리한 엘리베이터: 제가 묵었던 60층까지 운행하는 호텔 전용 엘리베이터 5대가 있어서 이동 시 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 🚀
- 웰컴 서비스: 과일 서비스도 잘 챙겨주셔서 좋았어요. 🍎🍊
- 담배 냄새 없음: 중국은 실내 담배가 되는 곳이 많아서 걱정했는데, 다행히 내부에 담배 쩐내가 업었습니다. 근데 중간에 외출하고 왔는데, 거실 싱크대 배관타고 냄새가 올라온건지 뭔가 담배+쓰레기 냄새가 좀 나던데 좀 당황스러웠습니다.
- 친절하고 꼼꼼한 청소: 중간에 청소해 주시는 분이 오셨는데, 보통 사람이 있으면 최소한으로 청소하는 경우가 많을텐데,, 그런데도 생각보다 정말 열심히 치워주셔서 감사했습니다. 🙏
- 위치적인 특성: 동방수성이 바로 옆이라 가볍게 구경가기 참 좋았습니다. 1층에 편의점 있어서 간단한 음료 및 과자 구매 가능했습니다. 근데 동강이나 동방수성을 제외하고는 딱히 매리트가 엄청 크지는 않으나 그래도 공항까지 25분 정도 밖에 안 걸려서 좋았습니다.
- 보증금 : 트립닷컴에는 보증금이 2000원인가로 나와있었는데, 실제로 가니 500원이라고 하더라구요! 생각보다 적어서 예산 문제 없이 잘 놀았고 위챗으로 결제했는데 퇴실 후 2시간 뒤에 바로 환불 잘 받았습니다! 귯!
❌ 아쉬웠던 점들
- 제한적인 온수 시스템: 가장 아쉬웠던 부분인데요, 온수기가 시스템 방식이라 온도가 떨어지면 뜨슨물이 안 나오는 중국식 시스템이었습니다. 🚿 따라서 연달아 오래 씻을 수 없는 구조라 시설 면에서 좀 마이너스였습니다. 🥶
- 부족한 주방 편의용품: 인덕션이랑 싱크대랑 냉장고, 그리고 커피포트까지 있어서 주방용품이 있을까 싶었지만 객실 내부에 전자레인지나 다른 주방용품이 전혀 없었어요. 🍽️
생수는 첫날 인원 수 맞게 4병 제공해줘서 추가로 구매했지만 다음날에 8병으로 넉넉하게 제공해줬습니다.
- 미러링이 안 되는 TV: 거실에 삼성 TV가 있었는데, 미러링 기능이 전혀 작동하지 않았습니다. 귀찮아서 문의는 안 했지만, 결국 연결을 포기했습니다.
- 그저 그런 뷰: 60층이라는 고층임에도 불구하고 뷰는… 😅 아쉽게도 앞에 공사 현장이 보이는 '공사 뷰'였습니다. 🚧 그래도 밤에는 불켜진 건물들만 보여서 시티뷰이기는 했네요!
해변뷰가 아니라 어느정도 감안은 했지만 체크인 할 때 봤던 66층 로비가 뷰가 너무 압살이라 살짝 아쉬웠습니다✨
- 와이마이(배달) : 와이마이 받는 방법을 따로 물어보지 않았는데, 객실층으로 올라가려면 카드키가 필요해서 그냥 1층으로 내려가서 받아왔습니아. 📶
📋 총평 및 개인적인 의견
전반적으로 시설은 참 좋았지만, 샤워 시스템이 아쉬움으로 남습니다. 🛁 온수 문제에 대해 알고 가시면 좋을 거 같네요..!
그 외에는 직원들의 친절함이나 엘리베이터 편의성 등은 만족스러웠습니다. 😊

IInvitéMost of the staff do not speak English at all! Only the guys at the reception speak good English and all questions had to be resolved with them, including the restaurant menu - no one in the restaurant, even with my use of a Chinese online translator, could help me with questions about the menu and when I asked the person at the reception to help me understand the menu, it turned out that the kitchen could not cook either the first course from the menu or the second. With dietary restrictions and allergies, you can die of hunger here.
I consider it unacceptable to have non-English-speaking staff in a franchise of an English establishment.
The cook at breakfast talks on the phone right at the place where food is prepared during breakfast. I wanted to ask him a question about the dishes on the first day - he was texting on the phone, on the second day he was directly talking on the phone.
The dishes at breakfast are either not named at all or are named only in Chinese.
There was no seller in the store at the hotel no matter how many times I went in to buy a T-shirt. In the end, I tried on what I was interested in at the store, chose it and went to the reception to pay for it. The next day, a salesperson appeared in the store and told me that the T-shirt I bought the day before had a 20% discount for a month, but when I paid for it, I paid it full price and thus I was deceived by 20% of the cost of the T-shirt and did not give any receipt.
The pool is very small and not deep for such a huge hotel. If there is someone else in the pool besides your partner, there is not enough space.
The sea near the hotel is dirty. Nothing is suitable for swimming - there are no sun loungers, there is no space on the beach specifically for the guests of the hotel. The beach is across the road from the hotel.
There was only one coffee machine at breakfast and it didn't work both days. You could ask a restaurant worker for coffee.
The hotel by the way has a cool energetic staff and that's nice. The room cleaning is high-quality.
There are renovations going on at the hotel and guests can't use all the hotel areas.

IInvitéJ'ai enfin pu séjourner à l'hôtel The Castle Hotel, un endroit dont je rêvais tant à Dalian ! Je remercie la réceptionniste qui, en tant que membre fidèle de Ctrip, m'a aidée à obtenir un surclassement vers une chambre avec vue sur la mer. Le hall de l'hôtel et son design intérieur m'ont donné l'impression de séjourner dans un château européen ! J'espère avoir plus d'opportunités de séjourner dans l'un des rares hôtels-châteaux de Chine à l'avenir ! La piscine et la salle de sport de l'hôtel sont mes préférées, elles m'ont permis de passer une journée très agréable.

IInvitéLe 28 avril 2026, j'ai visité Dalian pour un voyage avec China Southern Airlines 1-night, 2-day. J'ai arrivé à l'hôtel environ une heure avant l'arrivée et j'ai demandé au bureau de front si l'arrivée précoce était possible, comme je pensais quitter mes bagages et aller à la visite.
Le personnel de Leo Liu m'a accueilli chaleureusement et m'a aidé en coréen et en anglais.
Il a également offert un petit déjeuner de compliment, que j'ai vraiment aimé.
Leo Liu était très gentil, attentif et proactif à comprendre ce que les clients ont besoin.
Si je reçois Dalian à l'avenir, je choisirais certainement de rester à cet hôtel à nouveau.
Le 28 avril 2026, j'ai visité Dalian sur un vol de deux jours et une nuit sur un vol du Sud chinois.
Le personnel de Leo Liu m'a accueilli très heureusement et a répondu avec aimableté en coréen et en anglais.
Le petit déjeuner était gratuit, donc j'ai pu profiter d'un repas très satisfaisant, et il a été très utile de voyager en regardant la carte et en expliquant en détail les lieux touristiques environnants.
Le personnel de Leo Liu était très gentil et attentif, et il était impressionnant de voir le client saisir tout d'abord et de prendre soin de ce qu'ils ont besoin.
Si je reviendrai à Dalian la prochaine fois, je voudrais certainement rester à cet hôtel.

• The location is excellent. It’s just across the road from the metro and very centrally located in Shenyang.
• The staff were helpful, especially Eric, the Concierge Manager, who was very friendly and introduced some of the key attractions on my check-in day.
• The breakfast had a good mix of international options. The ZOPF bread was my favourite.
• The gym was neat and tidy, and all the equipment was functioning well.
• There’s also a night market just across the street, which was very convenient.
What I didn’t like:
• I had some difficulty figuring out how to use the bathtub sprinkler.
• The room view wasn’t great, as it faced the backyard.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location and friendly service.

The staff was incredibly friendly, which made our stay completely comfortable with no inconveniences whatsoever. I would definitely consider returning in the future.
