Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE. Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

L'hôtel est situé à proximité de Venise et la plage avec de belles marines. Malheureusement, cet hôtel n'a pas de caisse de dépôt sécurisée. Il n'y a pas de problème avec de l'eau chaude dans la salle de bain pour 4 personnes tant que vous savez comment l'utiliser. Je suis très reconnaissante pour le service du personnel de la chambre, Mlle Li Feng Jun, qui était très utile et se sentait comme une famille, ainsi que le personnel de la réception qui étaient très utiles.

It was very western designed. The interior and services were good but somethings were very expensive. like twice the amount it should be. Also the room's hair dryer was broken. We had to use hair band to make it work again. Other than that everything was smooth and jazz. The room was really good. There was a pillow menu! My mom only uses latex due to medical reasons, so the pillow menu was really helpful. The band at the live music section was really friendly. They even sang a birthday song for my mom! Overall great experience.

Le Dalian Castle Hotel, un emblème de la ville, a dépassé toutes nos attentes ! Son architecture baroque est magnifique et la chambre vue sur mer offre un spectacle sublime dès le réveil. Le service de majordome est impeccable et attentionné, offrant une véritable expérience aristocratique immersive. Nous avons même eu la chance d'apercevoir des petits cerfs sauvages, adorables ! La moquette de la chambre a été rénovée et est très chic. Les installations et équipements sont également très bien entretenus. Apparemment, ils sont en train d'être progressivement mis à jour, je recommande vivement !

Certaines installations sont clairement neuves, mais d'autres ont été conservées de l'ancien hôtel. Nous avons été surclassés, et la vue était vraiment magnifique. Un petit bémol concernant les nouilles fraîchement préparées au petit-déjeuner : elles sont faites à l'avance et laissées de côté, du coup elles sont froides quand on les prend. Je tiens à féliciter Eric du service de conciergerie : il a été très enthousiaste dans ses présentations, a spontanément aidé avec les bagages et nous a même offert un magnet pour le frigo. C'était un geste très chaleureux. Les 5 points pour le service lui sont attribués, j'espère que le personnel de la réception pourra prendre exemple sur lui et ne pas être aussi froid. La qualité générale est au rendez-vous, cela vaut le prix et l'emplacement.

After carefully weighing the options between the Horizon Club Room and the 2-Bedroom Residence, we chose the Residence and could not have been happier with our decision. The enormous extra space, privacy, and comfort made it the perfect choice for our stay. For families or groups traveling together, I highly recommend considering the Residences. A special mention goes to Mr. KAKI, the Residences Manager. From check-in to check-out, he was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous. His constant presence and willingness to assist elevated our experience from a 5-star stay to what truly felt like a 6-star experience. Having spent the previous two weeks traveling throughout Northeast China and staying at several other 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that Shangri-La Dalian stands out as one of the finest hotels we encountered in every respect. Some highlights of our stay: • The breakfast was generous, varied, and absolutely delicious. • Housekeeping was exceptionally efficient and responsive. • The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing consistently cool and comfortable temperatures. • The automated toilets with spray bidet functions were a thoughtful touch and added greatly to the overall comfort of the room. Shangri-La Dalian delivers excellence not only through its facilities but also through its people. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we would not hesitate to return on our next visit to Dalian.

I visited Dalian on April 28, 2026, for a 1-night, 2-day trip with China Southern Airlines. I arrived at the hotel about an hour before check-in and asked the front desk if early check-in would be possible, as I planned to leave my luggage and go sightseeing. At that time, a staff member named Leo Liu warmly welcomed me and assisted me in fluent Korean and English. Thanks to him, the check-in process was very smooth, and he even upgraded my room. I was very happy to stay in such a wonderful room during my trip. He also kindly offered complimentary breakfast, which I truly enjoyed. In addition, he explained nearby sightseeing spots in detail using a map, which was very helpful for my trip. Leo Liu was extremely kind, attentive, and proactive in understanding what guests need. His thoughtful service made my stay in Dalian truly enjoyable and memorable. If I visit Dalian again in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. Pullman Dalian is an excellent hotel, especially because of its location. Many great restaurants, a night market, and the Pavilion shopping mall are all within walking distance. There is also a Lawson convenience store nearby that operates 24 hours, which makes it very convenient to buy anything you might need. The staff were also extremely kind and helpful. In particular, a staff member named Cathy who assisted us with check-in and check-out left a very strong impression. During our trip it happened to be our birthday, and Cathy kindly celebrated with us by preparing a cake and even helping us arrange a late check-out. She greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Since it was our first time visiting Dalian, her kindness helped us enjoy the trip with peace of mind. The housekeeping staff were also very thoughtful. The night before we had a few beers and left the studio area a bit messy, but the room was cleaned and organized perfectly the next day. We really appreciated their effort. In addition, the beer pub located on the B1 floor was also excellent. They had live music performances, and one of the singers even sang a Korean song for us. We were very touched and truly grateful for the experience. Dalian itself seems like a wonderful travel destination, with great food, plenty to see, and very friendly people. If any of my friends plan to visit Dalian, I will definitely recommend staying at Pullman. And if I come back to Dalian again, I will certainly book Pullman again as well.

La chambre est très belle et moderne. La chambre était en face de la rue occupée devant avec beaucoup de trafic, et les fenêtres ne sont pas totalement sonores. L'équipe est amicale, certains anglais parlé. Cependant, pas trop autour de l'hôtel, Luckin café juste à côté. La station de chemin de fer, la station de Shenyang et la station du nord. Le métro est à environ 10 minutes à pied. Le bus s'arrête dehors avec les bus à la gare/métro et la principale zone centrale.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at Four Seasons Hotel Dalian was nothing short of exceptional, defined by genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. In addition, we would like to commend the room cleaning lady for her meticulous attention to detail. She consistently ensured that our room was immaculate and thoughtfully replenished our drinking water daily, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, this stay perfectly reflected the hallmark of the Four Seasons brand: exceptional service delivered with genuine care. We are truly grateful to the entire team and look forward to returning in the future.
