I had the best experience here.
1. The bed is soooo comfortable. So as the pillow. I wish I could bring the bed with me to my country.
2. Great hospitality. I really enjoyed the great quality of the water and the bar. I also enjoyed fresh breakfast.
3. Great location. Easy access to the Russian street, shopping malls, CVS, good eataries, and also easy to access to the local farmer's market.
4. Cleaning lady was doing awesome job. She made sure to refill all the toiletries, along with the water.
RiYueMing is not just a good place, but the best place to bring your family too. Definitely recommend

在正常淋浴時間 水温轉到最熱的時候温度非常高，是覺得燙的程度，且頂噴/手持花灑水量都非常小。如果稍微往冷的方向調一點，就調整一點位置水温也會一下子冷下來跟涼水澡一樣，水流也一直不大，平時二十分鐘就能洗完的澡今天得洗快一小時。
後面打電話問前台才説可能剛加了熱水，不穩定讓我們多放會兒水調整下，我們等了一會兒再去洗澡的時候有改善，但是還是不夠熱
總體而言都很好，淋浴很影響住宿體驗 建議改善下

La chambre est bien équipée. Les deux enfants ont été informés à l'avance que deux ensembles de tout étaient préparés, dont un lit à bascule, une tente, un petit toboggan dans la chambre, des aires de jeux intérieures et extérieures dans l'hôtel et une sortie pour creuser du sable. Les enfants étaient très satisfaits de tout. Réticents à partir, nous avons soigneusement organisé un départ tardif. Le thé de l'après-midi et le dîner léger proposés dans la chambre exécutive sont également bons. Ce serait parfait si le dîner dans le salon exécutif pouvait être plus riche. Le premier choix pour prendre soin de votre bébé en un seul arrêt. J'ai également vu le spectacle de drones King of Discovery dans la soirée. Si vous partez à nouveau en vacances, vous devriez le choisir à nouveau. Merci pour tous les services qui font chaud au cœur.

La première fois que j'ai séjourné au Metropark, j'ai utilisé de l'eau minérale de rosée glacée. Maintenant, les petits hôtels n'utilisent plus de rosée glacée. La qualité est tellement mauvaise ! Notre dernier arrêt était Tangshan Metropark a le même prix, l'eau minérale est Jingtian, et ils sont également livrés avec 5 bouteilles de boissons fraîches. Le sèche-cheveux est de bonne qualité et silencieux. Il y a aussi des fruits livrés au magasin. Il est temps de remplacer le sèche-cheveux Shenyang Weijing, il est trop bas. L'environnement général de la pièce est très déprimant et sombre, ce qui peut être dû à la hauteur relativement courte des immeubles de grande hauteur. La dame de la réception qui s'est enregistrée ce soir-là a été très serviable et a même surclassé ma chambre pour moi. L'hôtel est situé dans une ruelle, relativement cachée ! Moyenne générale!

L'expérience globale est superbe! La réception gère un séjour rapide, la chambre est propre et sans goût, les lits sont confortables et l'effet sonore est bon. La localisation est pratique, le voyage à proximité est confortable et prudent. L'attitude du personnel est amicale, les détails sont en place, le rapport coût-efficacité est très élevé, fortement recommandé, le premier choix de voyage est celui-ci.

Very nice and modern room. Very clean.
However,the room was facing the busy street in front with a lot of traffic,and windows are not totally soundproof. Staff is friendly,some English spoken. Not too much around the hotel though,Luckin coffee shop right by. Not too far from both railway stations,Shenyang station and north station. Metro about 10 min walk away. Bus stop right outside with buses to the train station/metro and main central area.

Great hotel, very clean and covenient to go for Xinghai square and beach. Staffs are very nice, response very fast even in midnight time. Very recommend for traveler looking for the good place to stay.
And love that there is a convenient store very close to hotel just 2 mins walk.

VVyyc94Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE.
Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

MMehdiCarinMon séjour au Dalian Castle Hotel a été absolument fantastique ! L'extérieur, digne d'un château européen, est grandiose et impressionnant, et l'escalier en colimaçon du hall est parfait pour prendre de superbes photos. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. La literie et les articles de toilette étaient de grande qualité. Le service était chaleureux et attentionné, avec des réponses rapides à nos demandes, et le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux. L'emplacement est excellent, surplombant la baie de Xinghai et le pont trans-marin. C'est un choix de premier ordre pour des vacances, je le recommande vivement !

AArtMWe were travelling as a famliy of four with two boys. We chose the hotel because of reviews and great location.
Locations is outstanding, a lot of places to eat nearby, german restaurant on B1 floor, several big shopping malls in walking distance (don't make our mistake, there are TWO big supermarkets in those buildings, one in Mykal, the better and bigger one in the building in front of it). In shopping malls there are restaurants and food courts which is convenient. For us it's been useful because my younger boy is quite selective in food preferences. Hotel personnel had been nice and helpful, not a single issue with them. In the hotel there is swimming pool and some bathing area with smaller pools at different temperature. A great place to attend after long-long day in Dalian. Food selection for breakfast is also quite nice.
What issues we had during our stay:
Aircon had been barely working. Definitely insufficient for four people in one room, it was too warm to sleep, we had to keep window open at night to try to make it to comfortable temperature. Mosqiutos were terrible, it was suprise that insects made it to 18th floor, but I believe they got in through aircon system. In-room refrigerator had been terrible and not cooling anything. It would probably be similar if there was no refrigerator at all.
Overall great place to stay.

The staff was very attentive, especially Eric Jin, the manager of the concierge department, who helped me solve my personal problems and other travel questions very well. He took the initiative to attack, which exceeded my expectations. I often fly and travel all over the world, and this manager stands out among the many people I have come into contact with over the years. He is definitely a pearl of Shenyang. This manager is definitely a valuable asset of a Swiss hotel. With his way of thinking and motivation, he will be very successful in the future.

IInvitéI stayed here with a friend during our year-end trip to Dalian, and I couldn't have been happier with our experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, which made our stay completely comfortable with no inconveniences whatsoever. I would definitely consider returning in the future. The breakfast was excellent, and the ocean view from our room was stunning!
