Il s'agit d'un bel hôtel moderne en bord de mer avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Le personnel était très professionnel et la directrice Wendy小王 en particulier s'est assurée que ma famille était très bien prise en charge pendant notre séjour. Elle a toujours répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions ou besoins. Les chambres et les installations en général étaient très propres et l'équipement de la salle de sport en particulier était à la pointe de la technologie et très agréable. Le choix du petit-déjeuner était très bon, tout comme le dîner servi pendant l'Happy Hour dans le salon. L'emplacement était également excellent, étant proche du centre-ville, de la place du 4 mai, ainsi que de divers musées et attractions touristiques. Je recommanderais vivement cet hôtel à tout voyageur d'affaires ou de loisirs à Qingdao.

Le choix du Shangquan Lishe First Spring Cultural Hotel (Baotu Spring Branch) pour ce voyage à Jinan est très bon. L'environnement de l'hôtel est bon, l'emplacement est très proche de Baotu Spring, la chambre est propre et la vue depuis la fenêtre est. bien, en particulier le personnel de la réception de l'hôtel. Ils étaient chaleureux et prévenants, non seulement nous aidant avec nos bagages, mais nous fournissant également du thé et prenant soin de nous. Ils nous ont également offert des bonbons au sorgho en souvenir avant de partir, ce qui nous a laissé un très bon. souvenir de Jinan.

L'attitude du service et les détails sont très bons. Le grand matelas à pression d'eau, les oreillers et les couettes sont plutôt bons. La réception m'a accueilli à l'avance et m'a réservé une place de parking. J'ai dit nonchalamment quelque chose pour regarder le festival du cerf-volant. En conséquence , j'ai imprimé les précautions pour le festival du cerf-volant directement lors de mon enregistrement. Donnez-le-moi, afin que je puisse facilement acheter les billets pour la cérémonie d'ouverture et passer pour le lendemain dans l'après-midi, juste à temps pour le dîner buffet gratuit du vendredi , ce qui est très appréciable, et il est digne d'être le meilleur hôtel de Weifang !

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday weekend and from check-in to the end of my stay, everything was amazing. The 270-degree room was exactly what I wanted and more. The view was superb and honestly unforgettable. The birthday touches really made me feel special. I received a cake, fresh fruits, a lion mascot and even the bed sheets were decorated with a “Happy Birthday” message. This is easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in China. Breakfast was excellent with a good mix of Western options and the staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely courteous throughout my stay. Special thanks to Nora, who checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory and was incredibly helpful from start to finish. This hotel truly delivers luxury and a premium experience. If you’re visiting Qingdao, it’s an excellent choice and I would definitely stay here again.

L'hôtel Wanda est un très bel hôtel. Le hall est immense, Andrew est d'une grande gentillesse : il m'a été d'une aide précieuse lors de mon départ et, enfin, quelqu'un qui parle couramment anglais ! Je recommande particulièrement cet hôtel aux Italiens pour son délicieux petit-déjeuner : cappuccino, gâteau, viennoiseries, porridge, confiture, yaourts, fruits secs… nettement meilleur que dans tous les autres hôtels chinois que j'ai pu réserver. La salle de sport est également grande et bien équipée. C'est un excellent choix.

Sheraton is always the best and the name of quality…..however, this time experience was not good and I never had such a bad experience with the help desk staff. Called them two times for many problems in room and they didn’t even cared, at-last have to go down and talk with them…. Sheraton is never been bad but it’s the staff at that moment.

Le départ final a été très rapide et fluide, et des fruits ont été offerts en cadeau❤️ Enfin, je voudrais faire l'éloge du pudding au pain pour le petit-déjeuner🍮 !

I found what looked like an engorged tick or bedbug crawling up my bed. The hotel is pretty and I booked it for 1 night as a luxury treat so I could get a good rest for my layover stop to another destination. My room smelt like stale smoke unfortunately, though I had asked for non-smoking. I paid extra on my booking for breakfast and had to wake up at 6am, eat breakfast at 6.30am and go to the airport at 7.20am. My room had a bathtub so I took a bath before bedtime and went to bed at midnight, I got up to go switch the lamp off at 1am and found this bug crawling up the side of my bed going towards me. I think it's either a tick or a bed bug, the body was full of blood. It had 6 or 8 legs, difficult to see but I took a video which doesn't allow me to upload. I don't have any problems with normal bugs such as spiders, but if it is a tick or bedbug it is a big problem. I was really worried there were more hiding inside the bed, I called reception for help and they looked at the bug which I caught in a glass cup. They apologised deeply and changed my room, so I had to move at 1.30am. I explained I was already tired and have to wake up early. In the new room I was unable to sleep as I kept worrying about bed bugs. I got up multiple times to check my bed. And there was a noisy couple next door talking loudly until very late so I couldn't sleep. For a luxury hotel you should not need to loose a whole night's sleep because you are worried about bedbugs or ticks biting you. Nor should be able to hear noise from other guests through the wall. I was extremely exhausted the next day and did not have any appetite. I asked if they could refund the extra I paid for breakfast because I couldn't eat it, but they said it wasn't possible. So I forced myself to try eat 1 egg and some small rice porridge but couldn't finish it. Really expensive to pay for breakfast and hardly eat, it's a shame they couldn't refund the breakfast considering I had no sleep. For a 5* hotel, I would like to have good rest and peaceful sleep. But it was not like that. The staff were very kind and helpful, but it's not so easy to travel here alone. It was not easy to book a taxi for the following morning to the airport and it took 40 minutes of assistance, the man was very kind and helpful, but the hotel should make an easier system for foreign guests to book taxi. When I first arrived in Jinan airport, I had no idea how to get to the hotel. There is no ATM inside the hotel so you cannot withdraw cash, and you cannot pay with foreign card to book a taxi. The shangri-la website did not provide any details for public transport. It simply said bus transfer was available but did not say which number bus. I would give the details here but I have forgotten the route name and bus number now as it was hectic and I was very tired, sorry. I had to waste a lot of time trying to ask for help at the airport as the staff did not speak English. Luckily someone helped me. The bus will cost 20yuan and take you into the centre where you will see the intercontinental hotel and a large shopping mall on the left side of the bus, get off at that stop, it takes 1 hour. From there it's only 5 minutes walk to shangri-la. For a big hotel they should provide easy instructions on the website to guests. The staff apologised deeply for the bug on the bed, and offered 10% reduction of the room rate. Although when I checked out no refund was given and they didn't mention anything about it, I think they just charged full price. Personally I think 10% is not enough anyway. Nobody wants to change rooms at 1.30am because of bugs crawling on the bed. I didn't get any sleep at all and felt itchy because I kept thinking about bugs and couldn't eat the breakfast. I was absolutely exhausted the following day so I was unable to do anything at my next destination and had to waste 1 day more to rest. Unfortunately not an easy experience at the shangri-la.

C'était notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. En raison du CNY, l'hôtel était complet, mais malgré cela, le personnel avait toujours du temps pour nous, répondant à nos questions et exauçant nos souhaits. Par exemple, ils nous ont trouvé une autre chambre où le bruit du parc d'attractions n'était pas entendu, ils ont essayé de trouver une belle table au restaurant, ont appelé le taxi et ont finalement généreusement accepté de prolonger l'heure de départ jusqu'à 18 heures. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise avec tout ce soutien amical et serviable. Le dîner buffet du soir est incroyable, les gérants font de leur mieux pour nous présenter des plats chinois. La variété des offres au bar du hall pourrait être meilleure et l'atmosphère générale y est plus chaleureuse. Nous pourrions utiliser le sauna, il nous manquait une pièce vraiment calme et confortable, habitués aux normes européennes, et la taille du sauna est également petite. Dans l'ensemble, nous recommanderions toujours cet hôtel et y resterions certainement lors de notre prochaine visite dans la ville natale de Confucius.
