J'ai choisi Giraffe Manor le dernier week-end de l'année. Laissez-moi d'abord parler de l'environnement. L'ensemble du manoir est entouré d'une mer de bambous et dispose d'un bar à oxygène naturel. Nous ne voyons vraiment pas beaucoup de petits animaux. la saison. L'été est peut-être bien meilleur. J'ai réservé une maison unifamiliale de luxe sauvage. La chambre est grande, bien équipée et relativement propre. La seule chose est que le climatiseur n'est pas très puissant. déboguer, le chauffage dans toute la pièce est moyen et froid. Peut-être que la pièce est trop grande et le plafond est relativement haut, j'espère qu'il pourra être amélioré la prochaine fois. Il y a plus de quatre restaurants dans le manoir, parmi lesquels le restaurant Giraffe est le plus visité. Je mange plus de dîners et la variété disponible est moyenne, mais le goût et le prix sont toujours bons. Par rapport à d'autres restaurants pittoresques, les serveurs sont bons. sympathique et attitude Ils sont tous très gentils et réactifs aux demandes. Le gérant du restaurant est très gentil même s'il porte toujours un costume soigné, il n'est pas du tout distant et aidera à fournir des services, ce qui mérite des éloges. Le restaurant pour enfants était ouvert pour le déjeuner le premier jour et seul le menu n'était pas rentable. Comme ce n'est pas la haute saison, les interactions avec les animaux se déroulent toutes à l'intérieur et il y a des spectacles le soir. Le manoir propose également du tir à l'arc, des toboggans en bambou, une aire de jeux pour enfants et d'autres installations de loisirs pour adultes et enfants. Enfin, je voudrais féliciter le manoir. Dans l'ensemble, il est fortement recommandé si le temps le permet, je recommande de le visiter pendant la haute saison, et l'expérience sera peut-être meilleure.

Équipements : La chambre est très confortable et le lit est très confortable Hygiène : très propre et bien rangé Environnement : bon, très bon Service : Patient, minutieux et prévenant. Cet hôtel a été recommandé par un ami. Il est assez loin de la gare ferroviaire à grande vitesse, mais il vaut vraiment le détour. Il existe de nombreuses attractions d'enregistrement de célébrités sur Internet, et tant que vous avez les compétences, vous pouvez prendre des superproductions. sans retouche. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, riche et délicieux😋 Il y a aussi son propre bateau pour sortir en mer. Il faut le réserver un jour à l'avance. Il coûte 300 par personne. C'est aussi un bon choix pour voir les paysages de Huangshan. Peak. La piscine extérieure n'est pas ouverte cette saison, vous pouvez donc prendre un bain privé (frais séparés). Le seul inconvénient est que la chambre de luxe avec vue que j'ai réservée est située au 3ème étage du hall de l'hôtel. la vue est bloquée par des arbres et je ne peux pas voir d'autres vues à l'extérieur. Donc si vous voulez voir le paysage, communiquez avec la réception à l'avance. Même ainsi, ne tardez pas à féliciter cinq étoiles.

Nous avons tout aimé de cet hôtel. Il est situé en face du parc Xihu et offre une vue magnifique sur le lac et la pagode. La chambre était très propre et moderne avec toutes les commodités dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec un grand choix de plats asiatiques et occidentaux. Nous avons dû partager une table avec d’autres clients car la salle à manger ne disposait pas de suffisamment de petites tables. Dans l'ensemble, je le recommande totalement à tout type de voyageurs ✨

L'hôtel le plus cher où j'ai séjourné coûtait 2 000 RMB la nuit, mais c'est celui qui offre le meilleur service. L'accueil, de la réception au personnel d'entretien, était incroyablement chaleureux et attentionné. Le soir, après avoir fait sécher le linge, la femme de chambre le pliait soigneusement et indiquait la quantité : un vrai plus ! Il y avait aussi de la glace gratuite dans le hall, pour le plus grand plaisir de mon enfant ! Le parking était également très pratique : l'hôtel dispose d'un parking avec des bornes de recharge lente à 1,2 RMB le kilowattheure. En résumé, un séjour très agréable et bien pensé : je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

From the moment you arrive, you are surrounded by tropical-style gardens and serene lagoons where ducks glide across the water and fish move like living brushstrokes beneath the surface. It is calm, immersive, and almost dreamlike. The service is simply outstanding — attentive, warm, and effortless. Nothing feels forced; everything feels considered. Breakfast is sumptuous and generous, with a spread that feels worthy of a grand voyage rather than a countryside resort. Every detail is elevated. The rooms are extraordinary — sleeping here genuinely feels like being inside a luxury cabin on an ocean liner, yet with the comfort, silence, and space of a high-end retreat. Many nearby hotels feel conventional by comparison; this one feels imagined, designed, and delivered with vision. 11/10 – beyond expectations, beyond category. A destination I would not just recommend, but insist on. Without question, one of my top travel discoveries for 2026. As we sat outside on the man-made beach overlooking the beautiful pond, framed by rolling mountains, a golf buggy passed by. The driver, Ben, stopped and kindly asked if we would like to take a ride around the hotel grounds. What followed was unforgettable. We set off together and immediately began to ascend into the mountain areas, where the landscape opened up into something extraordinary. We were surrounded by peach trees, olive trees, and endless tea plantations stretching across the hillsides. The scenery felt untouched and alive. Stunning waterfalls cascaded down rock faces, and wildlife was everywhere — fish moving through clear waters, turtles basking quietly, geese and ducks gliding freely across ponds and streams. It felt like a living ecosystem woven seamlessly into the resort itself. At the peak, we reached the most incredible lookout observatory and restaurant, offering panoramic views over Anji and far beyond. The vistas were vast and layered, mountains fading into the distance under a calm, open sky. To top it all off, there is even a zip line (rip cord) for those brave enough to ascend and descend in style — an exhilarating contrast to the serenity below. Throughout it all, Ben’s kindness, warmth, and care were extraordinary, and perfectly matched the beauty of the experience. His generosity of spirit elevated the entire journey. A stay that moves from ship-like luxury, to lakeside tranquillity, to mountain adventure — all within a single, seamless experience. Simply unforgettable.

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

Le petit-déjeuner est extrêmement riche, allant du porridge et des pâtes fumants aux fruits frais et aux gâteaux, satisfaisant les besoins gustatifs des différents clients. En bref, j'ai été profondément impressionné par l'emplacement supérieur du Sheraton, ses installations complètes, son service attentionné et sa cuisine délicieuse. Si j'ai l'occasion de revenir ici à l'avenir, je choisirai certainement cet hôtel sans hésitation et le recommanderai vivement à mes proches et amis.

I read reviews of this place before choosing it for my partners’ birthday. I asked if they could decorate the room and they said no. Ok no problem, but they didn’t even go out their way to give a birthday cupcake to say the least. Only upon check out they said “oh happy birthday.” I have stayed at many five star hotels and this sort of don’t care treatment we have never experienced. This hotel is not exactly five star quality or fashion designer level in my opinion. Some things were included in the stay and I wasn’t given any details upon arrival which was a bit disappointing. The phone in the room doesn’t work for outgoing calls so I had to reach out to trip everytime I needed to get in touch with someone within the hotel about a query. Also since when a welcome fruit is given after 7pm? It should already be in the room to welcome me, that’s the point. The cocktail set was terrible, minus the fries. Displayed were wings, fries and drinks. We were told two drinks and fries. Only when I showed what was displayed on trip then we were asked “you want wings?” At this point, I figured it can only be either or, but to our surprise we received both, the wings were terrible, no wonder he was pushing strictly for fries. Also I asked for a few minutes to choose our drinks he brought a menu and basically had us choose from a handful of drinks compared to the list on the QR code. The aesthetics of the dining area is cute but when you are trying to enjoy a cocktail set you will be blinded by flashing lights and people hovering over you to get their most instagrammable shot, so you can’t really enjoy the ambiance. And the music is played extremely loud you can barely have a conversation. It was pretty annoying to be honest. The hotel offered western and Chinese breakfast. I guess western to them means USA and a USA breakfast means cereal. As there was nothing else there categorized as western breakfast. So, the breakfast was a very disappointing, all the Chinese food was room temperature or cold. The room might be my favourite part of the entire stay although the bathtub was not washed out after the previous guest. The bed in itself was perfect. A minibar was included and it was strictly two bottles of water (which can be found in the hallways of the hotel) and one can of Coca Cola and a sprite. Not quite what I was expecting when I read minibar included. Overall, this hotel can work on a few things. The price isn’t bad but even for such a price, and lower, I have received better quality of service.

We recently stayed at Club Med Hangzhou with our family of five (three young kids), and I honestly cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. First, the All-Inclusive package is an absolute lifesaver when traveling with kids. Not having to worry about every single meal, snack, or drink made the trip so much more relaxing. The kids could grab a juice or a treat whenever they wanted, and we parents could actually sit back and enjoy a meal without constant interruptions. It truly takes the stress out of family travel. The Mini Club was a huge highlight. Our children absolutely loved it and begged to go back every single morning. A special shout-out to the incredible kids club helpers – Gilang, Candy, Rita, Ella, and Aurora. Their energy is absolutely infectious! They kept the children entertained, active, and smiling the whole time. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. Our kids made little friends, did arts and crafts, and came back to us each evening exhausted but happy. The venue itself is brand new and absolutely beautiful. The architecture is stunning, the grounds are immaculate, and everything feels fresh and modern. It overlooks the lake and the scenery is just breathtaking. There are plenty of spaces for kids to run around, and the whole resort feels very safe and family-friendly. We also have to give a massive mention to Cindy. She was incredibly nice and welcoming to our whole family. Her English is still improving, but she makes such a genuine effort to connect. She came up to us and with the sweetest smile said, ”I love you guys.” It was so unexpected and genuinely cute. That small moment really touched us and made us feel so valued as guests. For the adults – the bar is excellent. Daniel the bartender makes amazing drinks. Grabbing a cocktail from him was the perfect way to wind down. Really good quality and great service. And finally, a huge thank you to Maggie, the yoga instructor. Her classes were fantastic – just the right balance of relaxing and challenging. But what really stood out was how much she also loved playing with our kids. She would stop to chat with them, make them laugh. It's rare to find an instructor who is both professional with adults and so naturally warm with children. Overall, Club Med Hangzhou is an absolute gem for families. New facilities, amazing food, nonstop activities, and a team of staff who genuinely care. We will definitely be back.
