L'emplacement est un peu excentré, idéal si vous venez en voiture. Le domaine est très grand et il y a beaucoup de pentes, donc pour se rendre aux différents endroits comme le restaurant, le parc animalier ou le parc pour enfants, il faut prendre une navette. Il y a beaucoup de navettes, et si vous les appelez depuis votre chambre, elles arrivent très vite. On nous a dit qu'on pouvait aussi les appeler avec son téléphone portable, mais nous avons essayé à deux reprises à des moments différents, et personne n'a répondu. Nous avons dû demander au personnel de nous aider à appeler. Le personnel est incroyablement amical partout ; si vous avez l'air de vouloir une voiturette, ils vous demanderont spontanément si vous avez besoin d'aide pour en appeler une. Nous étions au 3ème étage du bloc 6, une sorte de villa individuelle, avec une chambre par étage. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, il faut monter ses bagages soi-même. Si vous voulez petit-déjeuner près des girafes sur les tables du bord, il faut arriver tôt ou attendre que d'autres aient fini. Le dimanche matin, nous sommes arrivés un peu après 7h et il y avait déjà plus d'une dizaine de familles. Notre majordome Sisi a également offert un excellent service !

La réception nous a surclassés gratuitement dans une chambre de niveau supérieur avec vue sur le lac, ce qui était également très bien. (Il n’est pas nécessaire que ce soit une chambre plus chère face au lac) On a plutôt l'impression d'être intégré à la nature, avec des lacs, des montagnes, des arbres et des fleurs. Je me suis réveillé le matin avec le chant des oiseaux Les équipements de la chambre sont un peu vétustes et peu aérés. Ce serait bien qu'elle puisse être équipée d'un purificateur d'air, notamment le couloir à l'extérieur de la chambre car le couloir est relativement long et peut être un peu étouffant. C'est super d'emmener sa famille ici en vacances hors saison. C'est calme et on ne voit presque personne quand on prend un repas~. Service : Les femmes de ménage sont très bonnes et il y a aussi un service de préparation de lit. Elles nettoient en temps opportun. Du lait de bonne nuit et un spray d'encens Appelles vous seront offerts. Petit déjeuner : assez riche en variété Le chauffeur du bus qui est venu me chercher était également très gentil. Dans l'ensemble, le personnel est plutôt sympa et donne envie de revenir.

Les installations sont très complètes, confortables et agréables, le service enthousiaste de la réception met les gens à l'aise et le service attentionné et méticuleux du personnel de nettoyage me rend très satisfait👍L'hôtel Jindu est mon premier choix lors de mon voyage à Yiwu

transport: L'hôtel dispose de transports très pratiques, il est très proche de la gare à grande vitesse de Jinhua et est accessible à pied. facilité: L'hôtel dispose d'installations de soutien complètes et est très intelligent. Il y a des haut-parleurs intelligents Xiaodu, des phares miroirs à LED, des rideaux électriques et des toilettes intelligentes dans la pièce. Il y a un robot intelligent dans le hall qui peut aider à livrer des articles et des repas dans la chambre. Chambre: La chambre était très propre, la literie était de bonne qualité et j'ai passé un sommeil paisible. La température de l'eau du bain est très chaude. A destination I would not just recommend, but insist on. Without question, one of my top travel discoveries for 2026. As we sat outside on the man-made beach overlooking the beautiful pond, framed by rolling mountains, a golf buggy passed by. The driver, Ben, stopped and kindly asked if we would like to take a ride around the hotel grounds. What followed was unforgettable. We set off together and immediately began to ascend into the mountain areas, where the landscape opened up into something extraordinary. We were surrounded by peach trees, olive trees, and endless tea plantations stretching across the hillsides. The scenery felt untouched and alive. Stunning waterfalls cascaded down rock faces, and wildlife was everywhere — fish moving through clear waters, turtles basking quietly, geese and ducks gliding freely across ponds and streams. It felt like a living ecosystem woven seamlessly into the resort itself. At the peak, we reached the most incredible lookout observatory and restaurant, offering panoramic views over Anji and far beyond. The vistas were vast and layered, mountains fading into the distance under a calm, open sky. To top it all off, there is even a zip line (rip cord) for those brave enough to ascend and descend in style — an exhilarating contrast to the serenity below. Throughout it all, Ben’s kindness, warmth, and care were extraordinary, and perfectly matched the beauty of the experience. His generosity of spirit elevated the entire journey. A stay that moves from ship-like luxury, to lakeside tranquillity, to mountain adventure — all within a single, seamless experience. Simply unforgettable.

A Comfortable, Pet-Friendly Stay with a Few Areas for Improvement The hotel can be difficult to identify when you first arrive because there is no sign directly on the building. Instead, the sign is attached to a gate that usually remains open, so it becomes partially folded and easy to miss. The hotel also does not have on-site parking. Guests park across the street at the restaurant where breakfast is served each morning. Breakfast was traditional Chinese and included steamed buns, sweet potato, a hard-boiled egg, watermelon, tea, and milk. Everything was very tasty. Coffee was also available, but it cost extra. The people looking after the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they were filling the swimming pool after cleaning it and told us it would be ready later that day. Although the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, it did not quite meet our cleanliness standards because the deeper areas still appeared slightly cloudy. However, many other guests were comfortable using it, and we saw people enjoying the pool every day. The library area was absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately, there was a strong smell of mildew that made it difficult to spend much time there. These were the main drawbacks of our stay. Our room, however, was lovely. It smelled fresh, the bed was firm and very comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The staff emptied the rubbish and replenished our drinking water every day. The bathroom products were high quality, and toothbrushes were provided upon arrival. The room would have been even better if there had been enough towels for everyone staying in it and if the water had been slightly hotter. The hotel is located directly beside the river, with access to a peaceful riverside walk through beautiful gardens. There is also an elevated walkway farther down the road that looked interesting, although we did not have the opportunity to explore it. The river area was especially relaxing, and if I return, I would bring folding chairs and a small folding table so we could sit in the shallow water, relax, and play games. Most attractions and restaurants are approximately a 20-minute drive from the hotel. The receptionist tried to help us with maps and itineraries. Unfortunately, even after attempting to find the same hike on three different days, we were unable to locate the trailhead. It seemed that even local residents were not very familiar with the exact route. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is that it is pet-friendly and does not charge an additional pet fee, which was an important reason we chose it. The gentleman at reception also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Naked Ranch, where we had a wonderful evening. Moganshan is a beautiful destination, and overall, this hotel provided a comfortable stay. There is certainly some room for improvement, but I would return because I slept incredibly well and appreciated the warm, helpful service. Thank you again to the staff for all their assistance.

Séjourner dans cet hôtel lors de mon voyage à Yiwu pour le marché et la sélection de produits a été une excellente décision. La plus grande surprise a été son emplacement idéal, à seulement 8 minutes à pied du District 2 du Centre de commerce international. Cela m'a épargné les tracas de prendre un véhicule chaque jour, rendant les allers-retours avec mes échantillons très faciles. J'ai pu ainsi visiter plusieurs autres sections d'exposition, ce qui m'a fait gagner un temps précieux. Après une journée de travail bien remplie, le jardin botanique adjacent était parfait pour se détendre. Une promenade en soirée le long du chemin, en respirant le parfum des plantes et en profitant de la brise, a instantanément dissipé toute la fatigue de la journée. Le service à la réception était incroyablement chaleureux. Le premier jour, alors que j'arrivais avec deux grandes valises, un membre du personnel s'est précipité de loin pour m'aider. L'enregistrement a été rapide. Quand j'ai demandé l'emplacement du Centre de commerce, la réceptionniste est même sortie pour me donner un plan du centre et m'a montré où je devais aller. Il pleuvait en sortant, et bien que beaucoup de gens empruntaient des parapluies, la réceptionniste m'a gentiment prêté le sien sans hésiter, et a même inclus une bouteille d'eau minérale. Ces petits détails ont vraiment montré leur sincérité. La chambre était propre et calme, me permettant de passer une bonne nuit de sommeil chaque soir. Le petit-déjeuner offrait également une grande variété, avec des nouilles fraîchement préparées et une sélection de petits plats d'accompagnement, me laissant une sensation agréable et réconfortante après le repas. La buanderie était également très pratique, avec un sèche-linge, ce qui était très utile les jours de pluie pour ne pas m'inquiéter de mes vêtements qui ne sécheraient pas. Emplacement : excellent, Propreté : excellente, Service : excellent, Installations : excellentes. La prochaine fois que je viendrai à Yiwu pour des achats, cet hôtel sera définitiveement mon premier choix, je le recommande vivement.

Nous avons eu un grand temps à Ke Gamer. Je préfère toujours réserver des hôtels boutiques avec caractère et il n'a pas été déçu. Nous avons apprécié notre thé et la séance photo d'après-midi, le dîner au restaurant principal était aussi délicieux et accueillant. Grand chocr pour notre voyage mère-filtre 👍

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

L'employé du STAR à la réception était très aimable. J'avais réservé deux chambres et ils m'ont surclassé gratuitement dans l'une d'elles afin que nous ayons des chambres communicantes. La vue et l'emplacement de l'hôtel étaient excellents et j'ai passé un très bon séjour.
