La Palma es la isla Canaria más verde y más bonita de ahí que se le denomine la isla bonita. Tiene una flora variada y su clima és primavera/verano durante todo el año. Lugares interesantes?, muchos desde sus playas , cascadas, bosques. De laurisilva, producción, destilería de Ron canario, molinos de gofio, y lo mejor su gente. el parador es fanatàstico pues es un edificación típica palmera con su patio interior, donde hay microclima primavera, terrazas , restaurante frente al mar con vistas. L punta de Santa CruZ de la P y unos jardines muy bien cuidados con cascada, estanque, dragos palmera afrente al mar. .
El servicio no se puede pedir más. Repetiremos .

J'ai eu une belle vue sur la mer dans la zone commune. (J'ai vu des feux d'artifice la nuit à cause de leur festival).
Comme c'est près de la playa Chica, vous pouvez simplement y aller nager et regarder vos affaires dans l'auberge sans craindre de vous faire voler. Très sympa pour les voyageurs en solo ! Au fait, ça marche vraiment bien de faire de la plongée avec tuba ou de nager pour voir les poissons là-bas !!!
Il est également proche de l'arrêt de bus Las Vista et du centre commercial, ce qui vous permet de vous rendre facilement à Playa Blanca/Arricefe/aéroport/toutes les visites auxquelles vous avez participé.
Il y a un service de blanchisserie et de séchage pour 10 euros (mais il faut demander au personnel de la réception).
Le personnel de la réception ne parle pas bien anglais mais il fait de son mieux pour communiquer avec moi avec Google Translate, ce que j'apprécie.

Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.

El hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de parada de bus, supermercados, restaurantes. Tiene un bus gratis para ir a la Playa del inglés y a la de Maspalomas. El desayuno espectacular y abundante. La piscina muy limpia y agua a buena temperatura. Te dan toalla con un depósito de 10€ para la piscina. Actuaciones en directo y/o música todas las noches. Todo el personal muy amable. Va necesitando un poco de reformas, los colchones se hunden un poco. Caja fuerte en habitación gratis. Tienen ducha de cortesía y puedes usar la piscina el día del checkout. Nevera en habitación. Hay bastante ruido de la avenida, sugiero tapones para los oídos. Volvería sin dudarlo.

C'est un hôtel pour le tourisme de masse ... et il a réussi de cette façon, donc tout a été bien organisé pour les invités. Il y a des problèmes triviaux pour les clients individuels dans ce cadre ... Par exemple, notre voiture de location était un peu difficile en raison de l'absence de parking à la nuit. Oh bien ... C'était un bon séjour pour nous.

Amazing guaranteed sea views from modern and extremely clean apartment. Breakfast amazing. Lovely quiet location in La Paz, 15 mins up hill from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. Bus stop very close for airports

L'hôtel est charmant et charmant, dans un endroit isolé et spectaculaire. J'ai séjourné dans 6 endroits à El Hierro, et aucune question n'est que celle-ci le plus important en ce qui concerne les normes internationales de service. J'avais une chambre avec balcon et c'était magnifique, avec la seule annonce pour moi d'être que toutes les chambres semblent offrir 2 lits jumeaux et pas un lit double, qui est assez commun entre les anciens hôtels espagnols.

El hotel está genial, pasé unos días en Tenerife con mi pareja y estuvo genial. El desayuno tiene una grandisima variedad y tiene gusto para todos, está genial! También la limpieza de la habitaciones es diaria y la dejan impoluta sin tocar o mover tus pertenencias de sitio. Las piscinas están genial, estan en la azotea del hotel y está genial. La atención y el servicio ha sido de diez. Además si no alquilas coche tienes al lado la estación de guaguas y eso está genial. La verdad que a nosotros nos ha encantado y cuando volvamos eligeremos el mismo hotel.

Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel.
The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room.
We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal.
The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy.
It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel.
If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!

IInvitéMy 14 year old daughter and I stayed for 4 nights on a tight budget and it exceeded our expectations. This is a 2 star hotel so there are no luxuries but it was spotlessly clean and has a great pool. Yes it's up a hill but there is a public bus stop right outside and another a couple of minutes away which we used to get to Siam park and Monkey Park. We did however walk back from town a couple times and it honestly wasn't that bad.
We were self catering but did go to the buffet 1 night. There wasn't a big selection and it was basic but it did the job. There were burgers, hotdogs, pizza and chips at the pool bar which actually looked quite nice. We had an issue with our fridge which was leaking but I reported this to reception and they took care of it. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
My only real complaints were;
the noise from upstairs guests. Whilst the selfishness of others is not the hotels fault, the doors close really noisily and it rattles through the building. As there are no floor furnishings children running around at midnight literally sounds like a herd of elephants!!
There is an oven but it doesn't work. The rack has been removed and there are no trays leading me to believe it wasn't just faulty. However, I didn't speak to reception about it so I might be mistaken. Ultimately if these are my only complaints then that's not bad really!
I am a professional person and have travelled to many countries and stayed in 5 star hotels. Would I stay here again? On a budget, absolutely. Its a bit rough round the edges with some cracked tiles in public areas and chips in the bathroom enamel etc but I'm not one to let these things ruin my holiday. As long as you have realistic expectations, you won't be disappointed.

IInvitéLovely hotel at a very good location. Modern, nicely decorated for Christmas. Polite staff, good choice for breakfast and dinner. Christmas dinner was something out of this world( been to many hotels, but Xmas dinner now will be hard to match). Not sure if it is always like this but we were the youngest in the hotel(43&47)during the first part of holidays and only later some other younger people joined us. The average age was 60's 😁 This hotel is not orientated to children but for us it was perfect- no screaming and shouting and our girl had fun in the pool by
Herself and her cousin🤣 I wanted to book Spring Hotel Bitacora at first but now I am thinking that I made an excellent choice . That said, I might try it out next time just because of the All nclusive service Bitacora provides. It was a nice quiet stay so if you expect something like Turkey, eith music around the pool, kids disco and shows, this hotel is not for you. We were half board and 4 days we ate at the pool bar and were never disappointed. Good food and reasonable prices. We didn't book UP option because we were with the kids( it's for 18+)but if I ever come without them- I will try it out!

J'ai très mal dormi : les deux lits simples (même pas accolés) et les oreillers sont très inconfortables. J'espère qu'ils investiront dans le confort ; je reviendrai sans hésiter.

IInvitéMagnicico albergo in posizione panoramica. Tra i più belli 4 stelle in cui ho soggiornoato. Merita da solo un viaggio apposta a Gran Canaria. Pulitissimo, e arredato molto bene (la mia camera aveva anche 1 belle poltroa un divano. Bellissimo il terrazzo privato panoramico on sedute). Spazi comuni magnifici come il salone con divani e biblioteca, sala ristorante, terrazza panoramica e giardino spa con piscina panoramica. La migliore colazione che ho fatto in vita mia in alberghi di questa fascia 4 stelle! Prodotti locali e non di altissima qualità e cucina espressa la mattina. Salmone servaggio, formaggio di capra locale, dolci di qualità superiore ecc. Tovaglie bianche con il logo della catena Paradores.

HHUIHUATrès adapté aux vacances parents-enfants, l'hôtel a organisé de nombreux programmes du matin au soir. Les détails de conception de l'hôtel sont super beaux et omniprésents, parfaits dans le style africain. Il y a 9 piscines, vous pouvez certainement trouver l'endroit où vous voulez vous allonger et vous détendre. Il y a une longue rangée de festivals de shopping et de petits restaurants à l'entrée de l'hôtel. Le restaurant Tujiu est le plus authentique et le plus délicieux. Le Chinois le patron dans les coulisses est super enthousiaste à chaque fois que nous mangeons Après avoir envoyé un grand verre de vin, prenez un taxi de 7 minutes depuis le centre des dunes

IInvitéIdeally located in quiet part close to old town as well as the *****. Two pool areas (one with shallow kids pool) and food available by larger pool -also small dining area just past reception (good selection for breakfast).
Pool table for older kids and small playground for toddlers onsite.
Very clean complex and friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchenette and lovely powerful shower in bathroom which I loved!
Close to lots of shops and restaurants, but relatively steep stroll downhill to beach, fine for us but could be a workout with buggy or if any mobility issues. There was on street parking outside if hiring a car. Lots of taxis around if not! We enjoyed exploring the local areas on foot after a day of sightseeing…some great restaurants close by in the old town.
No air con in the apartment that we could see (but we didn’t ask either as we stated at end January so 24 Celsius and pleasant indoors and out) - recommend checking if going at peak times.
Pools weren’t heated but nice for a dip- clean and lifeguards on duty at both between 9:30 and 6pm.
Relaxing short break at lovely complex, we’ll be back!

IInvitéThe accommodation needs updating and needs TLC until they get round to it. It is very clean, staff are friendly and happy to help. where we had fridge and kettle need to have double plug, they was quick and gave me a extension lead to use both together. it a shame bar inside not opened as we had windy nights and we was sat pool bar with patio heaters on which i didnt do.
Lovely that in your accommodation you are told about put your towels down around the pool, that they get removed if not being used so no blocking sunbeds.
could do with some paperwork for you to keep on your visit on what time you choice for meals and also what time snacks available on the all inclusive.
It a lovely touch that you get a towel for you to use at the pool i not been to hotel that gives you them..
Food is good for a 3star only thing would be a problem in higher season is only 1 toaster in dining room.
I full enjoyed my stay here. I would stay here again..

DDouglas JamesWe arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently.
Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch.
