Lovely clean and welcoming hotel with great facilities. There is a spa and pool at the hotel and a restaurant. We ate in the bar area and the food and service was excellent. The receptionist was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

Very good customer services, especially from vicky one of the staff, she was extremely nice to me and meet all my needs, I would 100 percent visit again, thank you for the good hospitality.

This is the 2ed time staying here for 2 nights the price is ok the room is clean you get free tea and coffee in your room the breakfast is good value for money I believe it’s 15 pounds per person there is lots of fresh fruit cereal, a cooked breakfast as much tea and coffee as you like we didn’t go into the park this time as I have been in the wildlife Park before with my daughter this time we were visiting family the wildlife Park is amazing the staff at the Hex Hotel are super friendly . And professional. The only thing I would say negative about the hotel is checking after 4 pm. And you have to be out of the room by 10 am. I think check-in should be from 2 pm then that gives you a little bit longer in the room and maybe check out 11 am but apart from that I can’t fault this place but if you want to do an earlier check-in, they charge you £30. And if you want to upgrade your room, they charge you £15 per night to upgrade. . The shower is absolutely amazing. You have a rain shower and a smaller shower. You get two massive bath towels, two hand towels also shower gel body cream soap. That are individually. I will definitely be coming back and staying again. A short taxi ride into Doncaster town Centre where there is lots of bars that play music if you’re into that there’s also a designer outlet not far from the hex hotel. .

Great stay！ Central location, quick walk to all city attractions. Rooms are clean, quiet and beds extremely comfym. The best hotel in Sheffield this trip. Breakfast range is generous and tasty, staff friendly and professional. Perfect base for visiting Sheffield, will return.

Staff lovely and helpful, my room was clean and had essentials! I would and will be staying there again as I commute to work. Highly recommended this hotel!

Very easy to find with a large car park. Check in was really quick & easy. Room was very clean with plenty of toilet roll, towels & toiletries. Although the place is located right near the M1, I couldn't hear any traffic.

Really happy with the stay, we had a bit of an incident with a broken down car and my son arriving late to meet us, we asked if we could accomodate my son rather than him going to his shared accomadation. Reception couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was great, (especially the make your own waffles), rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely come back.

L'hôtel est situé à proximité des magnifiques jardins de la paix, et il est parfait pour une visite relaxante et confortable. La chambre était immaculatenouveau, moderne et soigneusement équipée avec tout ce qu'on avait besoin pour un séjour confortable. Ce qui a fait vraiment spécial était l'attention du personnel au détail ils nous ont surpris avec un beau geste pour célébrer notre lune de miel, ce qui a fait notre voyage encore plus mémorable.

Siblings had two rooms next to each other. One room the room door deadlock was broken, it literally came out of the door. The air conditioning could not be switched off; whilst in the heatwave this is great, after a few hours it was quite cold but had no choice but to keep on. Both issues were reported, they did fix the door lock on the same day but not the AC. The other room was generally good. The TV seemed to have a mind of its own and would either switch on or off randomly. On the second morning there was no hot water for a shower.

Upon arrival I got a very warm welcome from staff and they upgraded the room that was nice it's very clean and looks modern the beds comfy TV works great and WiFi is good very warm room and slept well had the breakfast continental was a good selection staff was very polite then had the full English didn't have the works but was full would definitely stay here again it's in the middle of town and 5 mins walk away from train station so u have everything you need close by
