Бронировали день в день, днём забронировали, вечером доехали и заселились на 1 ночь. Нас ждал полностью второй этаж, оборудован полностью, есть кухня со всем необходимым, с посудой, большим холодильником, в ванной гели, шампуни, полотенца. Нас было 8 человек, на всех хватило кроватей, и всего остального. Очень комфортно расположились. Порадовала чистота в доме и на веранде. Вайфай отлично работал. В гараж поставили 2 машины, поместились. До боржоми км 5, пешком далеко, на машине только. Внизу у дороге пекут вкусные лепешки, горячие, с печи. Через дорогу продуктовый магазин. Рядом река и красивые виды.

I would say lack of customer service. Although the staff were warm & welcoming ( without smile from reception ). The service want to point out is on information & communication regarding an in house service of dinner buffet, which was failed to be mentioned on being seated at the restaurant or at reception.

Very clean and spacious room. Near to restaurant and Kazbegi town. Awesome view of mountain from our room. The host is friendly and give good information about local transport. We have a pleasant stay in Axien Hotel and I recommended the hotel.

I brought my mom here for 5 nights and it has been a wonderful stay. 1) we lived on the 3rd floor facing the Kazbegi mountains and the view was stunning. It was lovely sitting on the balcony in the evening chatting and sipping wine or having coffee in the morning 2) The location is great, lots of trails for hiking. To do most of them you will need to go down the hill (about 600m) and then up the hill on the way back. Going up the hill might be a bit challenging for some people but you can always get a cab if needed! 3) Food in the restaurant is delicious. I’ve noticed that guests (including myself) would stay inside or take their food outside on the terrace and spend hours having breakfast in the morning, it’s that relaxing. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant a few times and it was great. And it wasn’t more expensive than the food in most local restaurants down at the hill. 4) I recommend going to the pool especially if you find time when there are not too many people (I went in the morning and evening sometimes and most of the time few people there) 5) Very helpful and friendly staff. Always smiling, always polite, being very professional and calm.

Отель просто превосходный! Отзывчивые сотрудники. Приехали уставшие утром, Лаша нас заселил раньше положенного времени просто без слов , мы смогли отдохнуть. В номере чисто, стильно, уютно. Есть все необходимое: фен, тапочки, несколько комплектов полотенец, тапочки, наборы с зубной пастой/щеткой, ватные диски, ушные палочки и даже пилочки для ногтей. Прекрасная женщина, которая следит за чистой номеров, улыбчивая, вежливая. Спасибо. Завтраки ну просто невероятные , накрывают целый стол, девушка и парень , извините, не спросила имен, все очень вкусно, сытно. Завтраки входили в стоимость, но многообразие блюд нас просто впечатлило. Можно и пообедать/поужинать . Отдельно, конечно, это вид на горы, ездят машины, но нас этот шум не напрягал. Спали крепко, надышавшись горным воздухом. Прикреплю несколько фотокарточек. Закончить отзыв свой хочу выражением : «Все для людей». hotel is nice but little old, big landscaping, breakfast is good, but not buffet at that time bcz not many guests, they served to table. staff very friendly, speak English. we went end of October, so no snow, no lift service. better to go gudauri after December till march if you want to see snow and activities.

La chambre n'est pas grande, plus confortable, ski confortable, vous pouvez glisser dans le ski et sortir de l'hôtel, la quantité de neige est bonne, adaptée aux débutants, le petit déjeuner est riche et le vin rouge est très bon. La piscine extérieure de chauffage de l'hôtel est un point lumineux. Si une famille a des enfants, il y a une piscine intérieure au fond de l'hôtel, c'est plus petit, les enfants peuvent jouer.

Le propriétaire est très gentil.C'était mon mauvais jour,mais le propriétaire m'a fait heureux.Je n'avais pas porté de l'argent,mais le propriétaire m'a pris pour presser l'argent et m'a arrêté par le supermarché pour que je arrête de faire des achats pour venir et cuisiner.Je recommande fortement cette hébergement.Le propriétaire Il est très bon de rester ici.

到卡茲別克耍，一定一定不要報一日遊，因為你根本沒有時間步行看最美的風景，最好的選擇是當天從第比利斯坐車過來，晚上吃一頓當地特色，酒店住一晚，第二天一早步行上山。這家酒店很不錯，雖然性價比高，早餐也很好。
