L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très pratique, avec des transports pratiques. L'environnement et la décoration sont très bons. J'ai séjourné plusieurs fois. L'expérience d'hébergement est bonne et l'hygiène est bonne. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine, qui est le premier choix pour les voyages d'affaires

Ascott’s staff are very accommodating and helpful. You say it, and they will help you with it. I just hope they can have more choices for breakfast. But overall stay is comfortable and nice!

The hotel's exterior is incredibly luxurious, exuding a low-key elegance upon entering the lobby. The staff greet guests warmly and warmly. The rooms exude a warm atmosphere, the mattresses are comfortably comfortable, and the bathtubs are clean. The staff handle various inquiries exceptionally well. The hotel's dining options were also excellent, adding a lot of color to my trip.

After the incident of an unforeseen event next to the hotel causing the noise till 12am on the first night, the guest relation Ms. Salsa checked us to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much. The breakfast in Anigre is superb. Many options with various local excellent dishes, from yellow rice with complete condiments, sweet and savory cooked to order, various noodles with local soup taste. The breakfast at the lounge is more international high quality dishes. Both are great and we are glad to get the chance to try both options. The Gandaria City mall is one of the most complete malls with various excellent restaurant options. The only opportunity is that we are expecting a sofa bed as advertised by Trip.com for a large king room. Trip.com needs to make sure the accuracy of the room has possible variation. In conclusion I will definitely come back to this hotel

C'est un très bon hôtel, il n'est pas forcément bon marché, mais je trouve qu'on en a pour son argent. Le lit Queen size est un véritable lit à un seul matelas, et le matelas est très confortable. Les chambres comportent un coffre où on peut y mettre son notebook. Il y a 4 petites bouteilles d'eau offertes gratuitement chaque jour. Les douches sont spacieuses, et il y a une toilette japonaise. Le seul bémol serait le petit-déjeuner, il n'est pas vraiment au dos européen, il est surtout basé sur de la tempura. Il n'est pas bon marché non plus puisqu'il coûte 18 €, et comme c'est souvent le cas dans les hôtels Accor. il n'est généralement pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre. L'hôtel comporte plusieurs restaurants de classe, je conseille surtout le restaurant chinois, en fait c'est un restaurant de cuisine cantonaise, il est vraiment très bon et on s'attendrait à un prix plus élevé compte tenu de la classe du restaurant.

Pros: 1. Located in near pondok indah area, it is really easy to stroll around pondok indah and go on and off PIM 2. The room is clean and spacious, I love how they divided the closet room and the sleeping room in superior deluxe 3. Good facilities in the hotel such as spas, swimming pools, gym 4. The staff are really nice and helpful 5. The breafast is tasty, not much of a choice but still tastes great! Cons: 1. The restaurant and lobby are pretty small, so it's easily packed. You better get breakfast early when peak season to get a seat 2. Because the lobby and reception are small, it took times to check in or out, but there's not much place to sit down while waiting. Lastly, this is not a pros and cons but more of a hotel policy for safety deposit approximately around 300K . You will get it back shortly after checking out.

L'emplacement était super et le personnel était vraiment sympathique. C'est un hôtel économique, donc la chambre n'a rien de spécial mais elle est propre et il y a de l'eau chaude. J'ai aussi beaucoup apprécié qu'ils aient de l'eau potable gratuite pour se réapprovisionner. Le point vraiment positif de cet hôtel est qu'il dispose d'un merveilleux restaurant/bar relaxant sur le toit. J'ai adoré m'y détendre tous les soirs. Je reviendrais dans cet hôtel.

La chambre était super propre et la condition de la chambre, comme on le voit dans les photos avec des installations complètes. Aime la situation. La vue de la nuit de la chambre était magnifique. L'hôte était gentil et rapide. Je recommande à tout le monde de rester ici.
