The price is very reasonable, even quite affordable considering the room is very nice, modern, and clean. It was very comfortable to sleep here, especially because the air conditioning was cold and worked well. The amenities were complete, and we were also allowed a late check-out until 1 pm. Free parking is available for guests, and the service was good. The only minor downside was that the water pressure in the bathroom was not very strong. Other than that, it was a nice experience. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Pontianak.

The main reason I booked this hotel was because it is part of an international hotel chain and is rated as a 4-star property. However, I was very surprised by the building condition and the quality of the renovations. What made this even more disappointing is that the hotel has been open for less than a year. Given that it is a newly opened property, I expected everything to be in excellent condition. Instead, I felt that the hotel was not fully completed and may have been opened in a rush. There were still many areas that appeared unfinished and in need of touch-ups and further renovation work. Another issue was the shower’s hot water supply, which was very unstable. Even after setting the temperature to a comfortable level, the water would frequently fluctuate between hot and cold without warning. At times, it became unexpectedly too hot or too cold, making the shower experience quite unpleasant. Overall, my stay was disappointing. The hotel’s condition and facilities did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star international hotel, especially one that has been operating for less than a year.

La position est un peu éloignée. Les installations de la chambre sont très vieilles. Les pantoufles sont passés. Vous pouvez laisser la réception vous aider à changer. Le service est également bon. Le petit-déjeuner est bon. Un buffet simple peut être choisi. L'hébergement est soumis à un crédit. L'introduction n'a pas été écrite.

L'hôtel est sympa, confortable, la déco est extraordinaire, mais c'est dommage que l'eau chaude pour les 3 jours que j'ai passé il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude, désolé, corrigez-moi encore concernant les commandes de matériel pour l'eau chaude qui prennent du temps temps

Be careful! if you don't want to listen to a night club daily until 2am, feel the base vibrations through the walls and bed (earplugs don't help), smell the strong ciragettes aroma, listen to the elevator tune in the lobby as the are no sound insulation what so ever. Listen to the street noise. Better avoid staying in this hotel. Cleanliness were OK for an Indonesian establishment. P.S. When checked in, we were placed into a tiny room without windows on the 3rd floor. As I've seen from other travellers, it could be tactics used to upsell for a more expensive room. We had specifically selected a non smoking and quiet room while booking. The room STANK of ciragettes! And loud music could be heard after 8pm, so the reception gave a different room quickly, only mentioning it should be a paid for upgrade.

Pro: Hotel location is quite central with surrounding lively food stalls, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It is also walkable to prime attractions such as the Flamboyan Market and the Kapuas River Waterfront. Breakfast is fairly good despite limited choices. Rooms are spacious, clean, and basic. Hotel decor is primarily modern vs classic European style—both beautiful inside and outside. WiFi is available but was not informed by the check-in staff. All staff are very polite, and that is a big plus! Cons: The area is a bit overcrowded, but that is reasonable. Some exposed areas are a bit unsightly, especially around the hallway. Constant error beeping near the elevator is annoying and the doorbell keeps on malfunctioning.

Cet hôtel est stratégiquement situé au centre de Pontianak, à une distance de marche parcourue par Ayani Megamall & Museum Kalimantan Barat. L'entrée était une brise, la chambre était propre, sauf pour la salle de bain, où il y avait des moules noires remarquables près des têtes de douche. L'expérience de la douche n'était pas si bonne, en raison de la scène défavorable de la moule noire, et aussi, l'odeur de vapeur quand je suis entré dans la cabine de douche. Je suis allé au spa, alors que le massage est décent, le responsable fait des commentaires comme - bien, je ne suis pas un caisseur, donc je n'ai pas de changement.

Classement : 4 sur 5 étoiles Le HARRIS Hotel Pontianak a une bonne position, un personnel amiable et un paquet solide. Le point est déduit pour le lit: les lins ont été faits frais mais ont des peintures visibles, et le mattress en dessous a été clairement soigné – C'est là où l'hôtel a d'urgence besoin d'améliorer ses normes de qualité. Avec un lit sans lit et une madrague rénovée ou complètement nettoyée, cette propriété serait facilement un choix de 5‑star dans sa catégorie pour moi.

The hotel is old and required refurbishment. Overall the location is good as it is near to place of attraction and shopping malls. I went during CNY and the hotel was located directly on the celebration street. The cleanliness was ok, acceptable. Service was good, they handle my request/complain promptly. My 1st room aircond was leaking and they able to change my room. With the price I paid, it is worth the stay.
