Le service doit vraiment être amélioré, la demande de nettoyage des locaux doit être demandée plusieurs fois avant qu'elle ne soit faite et les résultats ne sont pas satisfaisants, l'aircondition n'est pas froid, il a été vérifié par l'ingénierie et ils ont promis de le remplacer par une autre chambre, mais attendait le check-out jusqu'à ce que 2 N n'ait pas été rempli. Le petit déjeuner est assez complet et délicieux, le menu change chaque jour.

The main reason I booked this hotel was because it is part of an international hotel chain and is rated as a 4-star property. However, I was very surprised by the building condition and the quality of the renovations. What made this even more disappointing is that the hotel has been open for less than a year. Given that it is a newly opened property, I expected everything to be in excellent condition. Instead, I felt that the hotel was not fully completed and may have been opened in a rush. There were still many areas that appeared unfinished and in need of touch-ups and further renovation work. Another issue was the shower’s hot water supply, which was very unstable. Even after setting the temperature to a comfortable level, the water would frequently fluctuate between hot and cold without warning. At times, it became unexpectedly too hot or too cold, making the shower experience quite unpleasant. Overall, my stay was disappointing. The hotel’s condition and facilities did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star international hotel, especially one that has been operating for less than a year.

La position est un peu éloignée. Les installations de la chambre sont très vieilles. Les pantoufles sont passés. Vous pouvez laisser la réception vous aider à changer. Le service est également bon. Le petit-déjeuner est bon. Un buffet simple peut être choisi. L'hébergement est soumis à un crédit. L'introduction n'a pas été écrite.

The shops situated opposite the entrance & exit of the hotel play very very loud music until 3.00 a.m. We hardly slept on the first night. However, we moved to another room which was facing the swimming pool on the second night and it was very peaceful. Personally, I don't like the switches in the rooms. There should be more switches for guests to control the brightness of the rooms and the bathrooms. Currently, the room is either very bright or I can turn on 2 wall lights (very dim) + 1 night light. The Foyer and Reading switches don't work. For the bathroom, one switch controls all the lights in the bathroom & exhaust fan. Therefore, it's either very bright in the bathroom + noisy exhaust fan or total darkness. I like to see more switches for guests to control the brightness in the rooms and bathrooms. Nevertheless, this is a very beautiful hotel with very friendly staffs. I will definitely come back and stay when I come back to Pontianak.

Very friendly employees. Located next to a shopping mall but still a distance to the city. 15 minutes. Rooms are clean and neat but not soundproof. You can hear people next door or upstair. Not really disturbing. Great mountain, pool and city view.

L'hôtel est sympa, confortable, la déco est extraordinaire, mais c'est dommage que l'eau chaude pour les 3 jours que j'ai passé il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude, désolé, corrigez-moi encore concernant les commandes de matériel pour l'eau chaude qui prennent du temps temps

Overall the hotels is nice close to many places. The minus, there some noisy in sometimes due to some renovation in other room. The shower blow quiet slow but still acceptable.

Le petit déjeuner était bon, beaucoup de variétés. Location stratégique, beaucoup de centre alimentaire à proximité et supermarché juste à côté de l'hôtel. Le personnel est ami et avec une chambre d'hôtel spacieuse. Nous avons 1 lit supplémentaire parce que nous sommes groupe de 3 et ne pas avoir besoin de séjour dans une autre chambre.

Un grand séjour. Petit déjeuner est variété. Vous pouvez accéder à e salut. Très proche du shopping mall également passer. Très proche des universités. Il y a un petit kiosk qui vend des produits locaux n y compris l'artisanat. Pour le séjour.

Classement : 4 sur 5 étoiles Le HARRIS Hotel Pontianak a une bonne position, un personnel amiable et un paquet solide. Le point est déduit pour le lit: les lins ont été faits frais mais ont des peintures visibles, et le mattress en dessous a été clairement soigné – C'est là où l'hôtel a d'urgence besoin d'améliorer ses normes de qualité. Avec un lit sans lit et une madrague rénovée ou complètement nettoyée, cette propriété serait facilement un choix de 5‑star dans sa catégorie pour moi.
