FEEDBACK FOR BOTH HOTEL AND TRIP.COM. Overall hotel stay was very good. However, hotel employee during checkout was inexperienced and was not trained by hotel. Also trip.com has NOT did NOT educate and communicate to the hotel that Trip.com is a legitimate online company, and when trip.com sends a prepaid reservation, customer HAS FULLY PAID FOR STAY. This lack of communication by trip.com and incomplete training by hotel management, left a BIG GAP in employee delaying checkout. Hotel employee never heard of Trip.com and was in a dilemma whether to charge me again in spite of stay being paid in full. This caused me excessive delay, and spoiled the entire stay experience. Hotel in all other aspects was excellent and world class.

Classic 40 year hotel in the heart of Hyderabad and a family friendly hotel with great amenities. Food is great and close to malls and offices. Great for families.

The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela. The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room. Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

We had a pleasant stay at The Park Hyderabad. Lobby is at 3rd floor. Breakfast is okay. They have Western & Indian menu options. In room dining menus are great though. Location is great. Not too far from GVK One Mall. There is supermarket i.e. Ratnadeep & KFC nearby.

Le restaurant est très bien servi et la qualité est très mauvaise. J'étais assis dans le restaurant pendant plus de 5 minutes sans service pendant le dîner. Basé sur l'hôtel 5-star, il est très mauvais service et qualité.

I had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad. The overall experience was comfortable and well managed, from check-in to check-out. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the environment felt safe and relaxing. The food was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast had a good variety, catering to both local Indian and international tastes. The quality of the food was very good, fresh, and well presented. The restaurant staff were attentive, and service was prompt and professional. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend Courtyard Hyderabad for both business and leisure stays.

Contrôle de la réception était bon, rapide et efficace La chambre était propre mais le réfrigérateur n' était même pas froid , ne peut même pas avoir un verre froid Bottle water was given which is good Le petit déjeuner était 80% de la nourriture indienne probablement pour les invités locaux ou indiens non internationaux ainsi a principalement des toasts , des fruits et des œufs Le personnel de service a tendance à oublier vos commandes, il faut donc être répété ou dit quelques fois Auraient pu être améliorés Le personnel de la réception était utile

La grande chose que j'avais étendu mes réservations d'hôtel pour plus de 3 nuits dans le même hôtel, en raison d'un excellent support. ❤️🙏

Had a great stay at Vivanta Hotel. The staffs are courteous, helpful and hospitable. The rooms are clean and neat, able to sleep comfortably. The buffet breakfast was good, a lot of choices of indian and western food.
