IInvitéLe personnel était très aimable et très utile. Le navire à la plage était une grande addition, la marche vers la zone principale était très possible seulement de 10 minutes. Le petit déjeuner inclus. La seule chambre pour l'amélioration était qu'il n'y avait personne qui surveille les personnes qui se rendent sur le navire (vous devriez réserver cela pour l'utiliser), alors parfois c'était une urgence pour qui pourrait se rendre plus vite, comme je pense que les gens l'utilisent mais ne l'en réservent pas. Il y avait toujours un autre qui a mis sur le point pour sortir cela, mais parfois cela signifie attendre une nouvelle 10 minutes.
Tropea est magnifique !

GGabiGStaff is all very professional and friendly. However I was expecting the room to be a little nicer and well kept. The AC was not on before arriving so it was extremely hot and humid and took a little bit to get back to a decent temperature. There was a white powder lined along all the edges of the baseboards I am assuming to keep away bugs.. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable which was a little disappointing. On to the great stuff. You get a welcome drink of Prosecco or any non alcoholic beverage. The pool area is beautiful and so is the beach and bar below. We had an unexpected situation occur that our flight was delayed so we missed out on a day and a half of our stay so our last day they still allowed us to enjoy the pool and beach access after checkout. The breakfast was amazing but go early before the best croissants run out! Overall this was a great stay.

GGabiGWe were nervous to book here based on the mix reviews. Especially this being the only 3 star hotel we booked throughout our trip however, it had the most comfiest bed out of all our stays in Italy. The only downfall to the excellent location is the parking as it is difficult to find at busy times. However, the payable option is almost always available on the blue line side. Breakfast was okay not a whole ton of options. Everything was clean to standard except for the shower… we wore sandals due to the black mold in the corners of the shower. Not to make excuses, but I find this common in a lot of Italy’s hotels as you need to take into consideration of how old most of these places are. Overall, it was a pretty good stay since most of the time you are out and about exploring.

IInvitéThe resort is extremely well maintained and clean. However if you got to breakfast later say 9am the food was depleted.
The staff were nice but a matter of fact and some of the hotel policies like you must wear a swimming cap were ignored by all of the other guests.
The pool was amazing and clean and couldn’t fault it at all.
The food at dinner time was good but inconsistent in serving sizes particularly if you ordered the same thing the following day.
I think this is a nice resort but expensive for what you get.
The last thing I would say is that the entrance to the beach is not easy given that there are huge boulders in place and we found that we would walk through other hotel properties when we wanted a dip.

Есть парковка с навесом. Комфортные лежаки у бассейна (но их всего несколько штук), сам бассейн с видом на море. Невероятно вкусные и разнообразные завтраки и ужины! Есть ресторан, отмеченных гидом Мишлен. Но нужно иметь в виду, что это целая церемония, рассчитанная на несколько часов. У нас ужин из 7 блюд занял почти 3 часа. Но это того стоило!) До пляжей пешком идти далеко. Мы ездили на машине. С парковкой в городе проблем не возникало, всегда находились места. Ближайший к отелю городской пляж, пожалуй, самый красивый. Очень понравился город и отель, обязательно к вам вернемся! Спасибо большое за великолепное время!

RRumpleteazerAlthough slightly out of the city center, the hotel is very well located near a train / metro station, which allows you to easily reach the other part of the city and the suburbs. All staff members we communicated with showed excellent attitude, were helpful, smiling and friendly. Our Deluxe room was of a reasonable size, perfectly clean, offered a Sea view, which can better be described as ”you can see some water behind the roof of the neighbouring building”, but it was nice anyway. The restaurant upstairs also lived up to expectations, with a better Sea view from the top and great meals. We enjoyed breakfast, too.
Highly recommended, will return if we go in the region again.

PPlushsuckleOur host was really excellent at communicating both before and during our stay. Directions to the property and for self-check-in were straightforward and our host gave us some very useful suggestions of what to visit and where to eat. The property was no more than a 10 minute walk from the train station, the castle was practically on the doorstep, and the picturesque promenade was also just a 10 minute walk. The small kitchen area had pre-packaged pastries and there was also juice and coffee pods. This is the first property of 12 in Italy on our interrailing trip to have a kettle 🙂 We British always travel with tea bags 🤣 The bed was very comfortable and roomy.

DDejan SkaljacIt's an excellent location for those landing late at the Reggio di Calabria airport . Check in was very self-explanatory , two codes is what gets you in - one for the front door and one for the room key box. The location is on the main street so very easy to find. Giovanni was very kind in absorbing our tourist tax as we had no change to pay same. The bus stop for the line that gets you into the city centre and the train station is a stone throw from the front door. Nothing was lacking or amiss , the only slight drawback is that for people with reduced mobility, if using a crutch or the like , it's very steep flights of stairs.

We arrived really late at night and Roberto the manager waited for us and helped with the luggage’s, then at morning he took time to explains every delicious dish from the breakfast (mostly homemade) and all products are local from the village nearby / or the region. We also got recommendations for where to go since we came here to do an Calabrian roadtrip ^.^ Nothing negative to say except that we are only sad that we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the area around and try more of the hotel’s restaurant food !! The room is spacious and very clean, an memorable short stay. 100% recommend

IInvitéWe had the most wonderful time staying at Rocca della Sena. The view from the terrace was incredible and was such a lovely place to be able to sit during sunset. Breakfast was very good and there were lots of options to choose from, including fresh nduja which is local to the area. The staff were probably the best part of the stay, though. They were so kind and generous with their time, always asking if they could provide recommendations for dinner or activities in the area, and made us feel so welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tropea. We honestly have no negative feedback to provide!
