Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un bon séjour, mais plusieurs points sont à améliorer, surtout pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.
Disons simplement que, vu les commentaires, nos attentes étaient bien plus élevées. La piscine était agréable, mais assez petite par rapport au nombre de places disponibles, avec peu de transats et aucun de rechange. Si vous ne vous installiez pas immédiatement sous un parasol après le petit-déjeuner, vous étiez sûr de trouver une place en moins d'une heure et vous étiez obligé de vous asseoir aux tables malgré la possibilité de nager au bord de l'eau.
Autre point négatif : les oreillers étaient trop bas pour dormir, voire inexistants. J'ai demandé un oreiller supplémentaire et j'ai presque dû insister car on m'a d'abord dit qu'ils étaient « en rupture de stock ». Après une inspection minutieuse, on a finalement trouvé un oreiller disponible.
La nourriture était bonne, mais la qualité laissait à désirer.
Le plateau était maigre : on ne nous a apporté que deux tranches de parmesan et deux bâtonnets de mozzarella, le reste étant de la charcuterie recyclée du petit-déjeuner. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et l'hôtel était d'une propreté impeccable.
Le spa est incontournable et les prix sont excellents !
Le manque de personnel, malgré la mi-août, s'est fait sentir lors de nos nombreuses demandes, même pour une simple brumisation au bord de la piscine.
Avec quelques petites attentions supplémentaires, cet hôtel pourrait vraiment être un excellent choix, mais nous sommes repartis un peu déçus.

Mon séjour à l'hôtel s'est très bien passé. Le personnel était accueillant et serviable. J'ai pu arriver plus tôt que prévu !
Le soir, c'était juste un peu bruyant à cause de la route.

Friendly service, spacious room(s), decent pool, good breakfast. Bed and AC not so great. Furniture on upper floors could use some anti-scratch stickers to prevent the heavy noise when other guests move them. I recommend asking for a top level room for this exact reason. Overall good value though and would potentially visit again.

Bien situé , près de la marine de Orosei , la ville n'a pas beaucoup à faire, juste des promenades de bateaux dans le golfe d'Orosei, qui est par signe magnifique.
L'hôtel a un restaurant, une piscine, il est ancien mais bien conservé. Bon coût x bénéfice.
Bon petit-déjeuner.

L'emplacement parfait, tout est très propre, très bon service, petits déjeuners abondants et variables, confusion lorsque vous entrez dans la salle à manger car personne ne vous sert et vous ne savez pas si vous devez vous asseoir ou attendre.

EEUN-MIIt is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari.
If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. Hope this review helps you to decide where to stay in Chia Laguna.

IInvitéQuartier où l'on ne sent pas forcément en sécurité le soir comme tous les quartiers proche gare. Hôtel facile à trouver beaucoup moins pour le parking. Il faut y rentrer par l'accès à la gare. D'ailleurs, la proximité de la gare est idéale. Compter 15 min pour rejoindre le coeur de ville à pied. Rien d'insurmontable même avec la chaleur jusqu'à 36/37 à l'ombre. Personne accueillant et pour certains parlant français c'est un plus. Belle salle de sport et piscine très agréable. Pour les chambres rien d'extraordinaire, confort minimum. S'il n'y avait pas les services à côté, cela ne vaudrait pas plus que 2 étoiles. Salle bain tout juste propre, de la rouille sur toutes les parties métalliques.

JJJROUSThis camping is located in beautiful settings in Porte del Porticciolo area, that is a part of a beautiful nature park. There is a almost private bay with a beach, with beautiful views over the old historical tower and evenings you can see a beautiful sunset front of you. Camping has a friedly helpful staff. Little cottage where we stayed is cute but very poorly sound Insulated, you can help absolutely everything from the room attached with my room even the talking was with normal tone.
This camping would have a lot more potential, but its kind of feels dated and let down.
Coffee place staff were helpful but food selection very poor. Sunday morning there was exactly 1 croissant, one cream Danish and something else available, nothing else. Also selection of ready packed toast. Sad offering to be honest. Camping has a super market that closes everyday between 13-17, that makes no sense in the camping area. Restaurant staff was very charming but pizza can only be eaten evenings, no for lunch, and house wine in caraf is only available evenings. Pizza selection was very limited and not the best flavour. Again, very bizarre. Swimming pool closes 7pm, still when its beautiful evening sun, that goes down 9pm. Evenings had live music that was actually quite enjoyable but otherwise this camping amenities are poor and give you a feeling that its rundown and only to made to make money and nothing else. If you want an air-conditioning in your cottage or room, be prepared to pay 40€ per day for this luxuries.
So basically saying, I didn't totally disliked my stay but I wouldn't come back either. Thank you for a lovely staff members in the pool, restaurant, shop, coffee shop and beach bar, and check in person was also very nice

TThi Thuy AnBeautiful, new hotel in a secluded location on the north western part of Sardinia. We loved the modern interiors, pool area and super comfy bed. Hotel lobby staff were helpful and welcoming. Overall we had a wonderful stay however we felt there are a few things the hotel could do to improve the guest experience especially for a 5 star hotel: 1. We noticed mould in the corners of the shower and on the shower head. Perhaps cleaning staff do not do a thorough clean or think to treat the mould problem which is disappointing for a new hotel; 2. Pool and room service menu is pricey and very limited with only a few options. We don’t mind paying hotel prices however felt the menu wasn’t as appetising and ended up eating outside the hotel the whole time except for breakfast. Given the location away from the town, the hotel could offer simple item like pizza to keep guests in the hotel. Breakfast was great with many sweet pastry options however had limited hot food like eggs, sausages and bacon only; 3. The room we were in felt like an earthquake and startled us each time the guests below us entered and exited their room.

IInvitéWe stayed for 2 nights because we had a catamaran tour day booked from the marina: We loved the orange and blue interior of the Junior suite which was spotless and well appointed. As ports go, it is nice port to have a view of from the balcony (over the car park). It was October and we had no problem parking directly in front of the hotel in the public parking for €12 a day and it was therefore also a quiet sleep. Reception were very courteous and efficient checking us in and recommending restaurants after we found out that La Gritta had closed for the season already. The location could not be more convenient for bars restaurants and shops too which suited us very well as we were in a road trip and it’s sometimes nice to ditch the car on arrival. The breakfast buffet was extensive especially the variety of pastries but there was also scrambled eggs and bacon which we had not seen in other hotels. The breakfast coffee was from a machine and not as nice as when it is made by a barista during the breakfast service elsewhere.

LLaura&RubenNous avons passé quatre jours à un resort en Sardaigne et nous avons choisi de ne pas explorer la ville, car nous cherchions un relax pur en tant que couple. Le centre était bien organisé et offrait des bus à navettes convenables qui vous pouvaient emmener à la plage ou à la piscine, ce qui a fait très facile de se déplacer.
Notre chambre a une vue merveilleuse sur l'océan, qui a vraiment ajouté à l'atmosphère pacifique et relaxante de notre séjour. Il y avait deux piscines : une grande et profonde, et une petite, plus douce piscine avec une petite cascade, offrant une belle variété en fonction de votre humeur.
La plage était agréable, surtout au cours du jour où l'eau était claire et transparente. Après, l'eau devint moins claire et semblait plus comme une plage typique. Il y avait beaucoup de petites pebers ou particules noires sur la côte.
La cuisine était décevante et pas aussi bonne que vous l'attendais de l'Italie.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Hotel und können es von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Der Service war durchgehend herzlich, professionell und aufmerksam – das gesamte Personal hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht.
Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: große Auswahl, frische Zutaten, köstlicher Cappuccino und dazu der traumhafte Blick auf das Meer – einfach perfekt für einen entspannten Start in den Tag.
Ein besonderes Plus ist der private Strandbereich, der sehr gepflegt ist und genug Platz für alle Gäste bietet. Das Wasser ist kristallklar, und es gibt immer genug Liegen und Sonnenschirme – kein Stress, kein Gedränge.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls top – direkt an der wunderschönen Bucht von Baja Sardinia, mit Restaurants, kleinen Läden und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem ist es ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen.
Alles in allem: ein Ort, an den wir definitiv zurückkehren möchten! Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit! 💙

SSopartWe absolutely loved our stay at Il Nuovo Gabbiano. The location is fantastic, right next to the port and in the centre of everything. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away! The view from the balcony was incredible with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Despite it being right next to the port, noise was minimal. Breakfast was extra at €14pp each day however we chose to buy juice and pastries from the nearby supermarket to have out on the balcony every morning. The room was fairly big and contained a mini bar (only containing bottles of water) and coffee/tea making facilities. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful. There’s no parking, however we parked in the port across the road for €6 per day. We came later in the day so we managed to find a spot, it gets quite packed early morning. The hotel restaurant does great food, I would recommend the Sardinian ravioli with potatoes and cheese!
