Hôtels avec bars à Préfecture de Niigata, Japon

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff at the ski resort was horrible, the rentals are also not well maintained. The boards are not waxed, which makes it difficult to work with as there are a lot of flat routes which are difficult to avoid (Pony and village road were the flattest slope Ive ever seen in my life, I had to unstrap and walk and the board just wouldn't move). Ski resort staff were unfriendly and the rental staff was the worst, there was a lady there that was cold and rude. The only reason why the rental shop is surviving is probably because the equipments are salomon branded and that there is no other option.  I would visit again but only because the routes are fun, Myoko long run was the best, but I would never want to rent from the shop again. The food was very very good. For breakfast, you could choose from western or Japanese buffet. Western buffet is highly recommended, the omelette was the best ive eaten in my life and there was a diy risotto which was great as well. For dinner, there were 4 options, either buffet, steak, Japanese or shabushabu. All requiring reservations which is tough if you are checking in the evening as some might not be available. Highly recommend the steak, the food was good and the staff were amazing. Japanese was the hardest to get a reservation for but the food was quite underwhelming. The room was clean and ski lockers are also provided but it's tiny and can barely fit 2 boards. But I wish that in the toilet in the common area, you can adjust the tap temperature as the water is freezing cold. Amenities wise, bottled water are provided daily, also, yukata was provided but you can only wear them to the onsen which was extremely troublesome as I had to change multiple times a day.  The hotel provides shuttle bus services to and fro jyoetsumyoko station which was easy to book. The bus drivers were also friendly and helped out with the luggage. In summary, for a 5 stars hotel, it didn't live up to expectations, ski resort and rental staffs were unwilling to help and unfriendly. Also, some of the staffs could not speak Japanese which is puzzling for a hotel in Japan. If not for the amazing snow and slopes I would never come back.

L'hôtel a fait preuve d'une grande compréhension et nous a aimablement permis de reporter notre séjour. Nous avons été très touchés par votre flexibilité et votre prévenance. Aujourd'hui, nous avons eu un autre accident en montagne. Durant cette période difficile, une employée a été d'un soutien et d'une gentillesse incroyables. Elle nous a aidés à communiquer et à traduire avec la police, nous permettant ainsi d'expliquer clairement la situation et de recevoir de l'aide. Son aide a été précieuse pour notre sauvetage. De plus, le directeur et le personnel de l'hôtel nous ont généreusement conduits du commissariat à l'hôtel et nous ont aidés dans les démarches administratives. Leur patience, leur compassion et leur dévouement, bien au-delà de leurs obligations, nous ont été d'un grand réconfort. Nous vous sommes infiniment reconnaissants pour votre attention et votre soutien. Ce fut un véritable privilège de séjourner à l'hôtel Oosado, et nous n'oublierons jamais votre gentillesse.

L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité, avec un joli mélange de l'ancien et de la nouvelle. Il est situé à peu près de Uonuma no Sato et dispose d'un service de transbordement complimentaire à partir et à partir de Hatago Isen à l'opposé de la gare Echigo Yuzawa. La chambre est grande et il y a une belle zone de table chauffée. La salle de bain est belle, mais comme avec des logements traditionnels comme celui-ci, elle peut être très froide, surtout dans la zone de la salle de bain en hiver. Le bain de la merde est aussi très agréable et aime le bain avec le jardin snoire. Le service est généralement bon et il y a des plats et des boissons disponibles dans le salon pour les invités.

I’m giving my honest opinion. This is my first unsatisfied review for a hotel room. I was very disappointed by the room for the price I paid. I paid more for this room than what I paid for luxury upscaled room near Tokyo Disney. The photos online were very deceiving. When I entered my room, it was gross, i cringed, and my toes curled. I didn’t want to put my belongings down. The carpet was old and disgusting. The pull out couch bed was gross. There were stains on the couch back rest and the mattress. The sheet for the mattress was too small it didn’t cover the stained mattress. The beds were hard and didn’t feel clean. The shower curtain had a bad odor. The room was very dated. Since this hotel is pretty secluded and other hotels were booked we had to make do. I’m glad we only stayed one night. On a better note, the staff were very friendly and service was great. Location for skiing was amazing, and the free shuttle bus was fabulous. Naeba Prince Hotel really need to do better with their rooms. I was looking forward to bringing my entire family of 14 to stay a few nights next year, but after seeing the rooms, I will not stay here again unless they renovate their rooms which are in dire need of upgrades.

My wife and I visited this onsen resort in 2023 and we loved it. My wife especially likes the many onsens they have. We have always wanted to come here again and finally did after 3 years. Like three years ago, the room and facilities are very clean and well maintained everything just as they were. One thing did change and we are quite upset about it, is that the staff is not as enthusiastic as they were (there are some familiar faces, many new ones). I still recommend this place to everyone, Futaba is still the best compared to the other two onsen resorts we’ve visited in between. Hope they can figure out some way to motivate the staff and offer a better experience to guests.

Nous ne pouvons pas porter nos propres chaussures une fois que nous entrerons dans le hall. Il est très inconfortable de marcher aux pieds de bar dans les restaurants, peu importe combien ils gardent les sols propres, il y aura des décharges alimentaires et des surfaces oléagineuses. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont excellents, il suffit de plus de variété pour les invités qui séjournent plus de 3 jours.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au NASPA New Otani ! Cet hôtel est un excellent choix si vous visitez Yuzawa, surtout pour une escapade hivernale ! Le personnel était incroyablement chaleureux, accueillant et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour, nous faisant sentir comme chez nous, de notre arrivée à notre départ. Notre chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable : parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de ski. L’emplacement est idéal pour les amateurs de sports d’hiver, avec un accès direct aux pistes et un service de navette pratique jusqu’à la gare d’Echigo-Yuzawa, ce qui a facilité nos déplacements même par temps de neige. L’onsen et les bains étaient relaxants et exactement ce dont nous avions besoin après une journée passée en plein air. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner buffets étaient variés et délicieux, avec des options pour tous les goûts. Bien que l’hôtel soit un peu excentré, la navette gratuite nous a permis d’explorer facilement les environs. En résumé, ce fut un parfait mélange de confort, de commodité et d’un service exceptionnel : nous le recommandons vivement !

Très belle hôtel, spacieuses chambres et de bonnes repas!

今回初めて宿泊をしました。建物は新しいものではないような感じがしますが玄関を入った所からすべて雰囲気のある歴史を感じる建物でした。 廊下も長く宴会場もいくつもあり以前は賑わっていたのではないかと感じさせる建物でした。 畳の部屋も綺麗にされていて気持ちよく宿泊することが出来ましたがテレビが小さいのが少し気になった点です。 勧めて頂いた岩風呂露天風呂に朝入りましたが雰囲気が最高でお湯も気持ちよく風呂上りの肌が1日スベスベでした。 朝食会場もおしゃれに造ってあり品数も多く手の込んだ料理が提供されていてとてもおいしかったです。 一緒に行ったもう一人は次からもここに泊まりたいと言ってとても満足していました。 今回は出張で立ち寄らさせて頂きましたがとても気持ちよい時間を過ごさせていただきました。 ありがとうございました。
