Hôtels avec bars à Western Province, Sri Lanka

5* hotel booked to end our trip in style. Bar staff and cleaners were super happy, polite and love to great the guests in the hotel. Reception staff were generally unhelpful. I tried to book activities and excursions, but was initially told to go the hotel next door before being given a random book While trying to sort late check out one receptionist began serving another customer over my head. Late check out was eventually agreed to which was helpful but after being sat face to face in silence for minutes. Facilities are wonderful. Nice private beach, great pool area. Two bars and buffet style restaurant with ala carte option. Locals got charged significantly less for our event dinner. Some would say that's fair, others would disagree, but not being transparent probably suggests it was trying to be hidden. Service wasn't 5*. When we arrived our bedding was ripped and had a huge hole in it. Thankfully this was fixed, but I think atleast 2/3 people came to check before it was resolved.

Great hotel, except for location. A little too far from city and markets, but a great tuk-tuk ride was exciting. Staff friendly and helpful.  The Fishery Grill and Bar has sensational food. Good prices. Bed was super comfy. Groundsman was super good showed us a cool out of the way place to sit and watch the ocean. He also bought us each a coconut to drink.

Personnel accueillant et serviable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Chambre spacieuse, lit ferme mais confortable. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, et l'emplacement est facilement accessible en tuk-tuk.

Situé en bord de mer. Le balcon de la chambre offre une belle vue sur la mer. Le petit-déjeuner buffet avait quelques mouches, et il fallait surveiller sa nourriture sur les tables extérieures : dès qu'on s'éloignait, des corbeaux venaient se servir et pouvaient emporter votre pain. Globalement, c'est pas mal. Nous y avons séjourné 2 jours après notre vol pour nous reposer avant de commencer notre voyage. Si les mouches et les corbeaux ne vous dérangent pas, je recommande cet hôtel comme escale après un vol.

Cinnamon Lakeside est un hôtel de grande envergure au cœur de la ville de Colombo De la service de bureau frontal à des chambres spacieuses et bien entretenues à des espaces incroyables, y compris une salle de sport entièrement équipée (sauna et hammam) avec piscine extérieure avec vue sur le lac Beira, cette propriété est le meilleur choix pour un séjour confortable dans la capitale du Sri Lanka. L'hôtel est idéalement situé au cœur de Colombo, au Sri Lanka. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la vue sur le jardin. La cuisine est excellente et variée. Le personnel est courtois, organisé et présentable. Tous sont toujours prêts à rendre service. Un grand merci au personnel du restaurant : Kamani, Randil et Imesh. Je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour. Merci à tout le personnel pour cet excellent séjour.

Arrivés très tard, nous avons été les bienvenus. D avec jus de fruits frais sans alcool pour moi et mon petit-fils. Très arrangeant à une heure aussi tardive. Le petit-déjeuner était un buffet. On y trouvait aussi des plats d'Europe occidentale et des spécialités sri-lankaises traditionnelles. On pouvait quand même commander à peu près n'importe quoi. Ma fille voulait des œufs au plat à l'occidentale sur du pain grillé. Elle les a cassés juste devant. La vue était incroyable depuis notre chambre. On pouvait entendre le bruit de l'océan s'écraser sur les rochers. J'aurais juste aimé rester plus longtemps. Les gens sont vraiment sympas, le service était exceptionnel. Super, ils sont très gentils, c'est facile comme tout. Bisous.

Superbe location et personnel amical et chambres propres. Voulez-vous être un bonus supplémentaire si nous pouvons avoir Jaffna Food disponible toute la journée de déjeuner jusqu'à minuit. Grand experianca. Bien fait.

晚上到，早上離開的，就吃了早飯，沙灘上轉了一圈，沒去泳池。 房間： 很大，床有兩米寬（後來發現所有jetwing的酒店大床，都是2米大床）、 我們原本要加一張床的，前台小哥建議我們先check房間，再看要不要加床……… 他可以多給一床床單in case三個人一張被不舒服——— 大大的好評。 推開陽台門直麪沙灘大海，幾棵椰樹點綴，濤聲隆隆，心情大好。 房間設施有年頭了，但衞生程度不錯，沒有牙刷提供，因為一樓且靠海，蚊子非常非常非常多，請務必帶蚊子水 早餐不錯，斯里蘭卡餐飲水平很低，一開始覺得一般般，後來走完全程，住了更多更好的酒店之後發現，這裏還不錯———— 重點是這一家非常非常便宜啊！相比起其他動輒1800+ 的jetwing，性價比爆棚了。（當然整體水平肯定是低於jetwing yala 以及lighthouse的）

Location is great, just beside One Galle Face Mall. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Beautiful sunset views (from the bar, pool, restaurant, lobby) and Galle Face opposite the road. Rooms are gorgeous and spacious. Checked in Dec 30-Jan 2 peak season. Hotel was fully booked. Waited in the lobby for my room to be ready upon check-in. Front desk said they will find me to let me know. Waited for more than an hour before I asked them again and told me that my room has been ready. Ordered some room service which took more than an hour to be delivered. Granted they told me that it may take about 50 minutes because it was peak hours. Upon delivery they told me it was comped because of the long wait. Pool, restaurant, and bar staff are all great. Very personable and accommodating. Loved the sky pool on the 31st floor. No bar but not as crowded as the main pool. Breakfast was great. A lot of choices. Asian selection is great. Pastries not so much, some didn’t seem fresh. Heard from some staff that it gets super busy from around 9 but didn’t experience any long wait. Plenty of tables to accommodate people. Overall a great experience and will definitely stay here again if I’m in Colombo.
