The hotel was great. It was two blocks walking from where I needed to be. When I checked in, I was texted a key code for the front door in my room. There was no staff at the hotel at all. Very strange. However, I love the hotel. The room was spacious, very well decorated, and everything was spotless. I’m surprised it is not staffed, but will probably stay again.

Handy location for connecting to Pittsburgh airport and always a good experience.

La chambre est très propre et fraîche, si seulement il y avait un micro-ondes, un sèche-cheveux, un petit réfrigérateur

10/10 would recommend for simple folks living a simple life. Had everything I needed, quick service when I asked for anything I needed. Great spot for grocery stores and convenient shopping and food.

Not impressed, should have 3 stars at most. Terrible front desk check-in service, severely understaffed, painfully long wait times. Waited until 6pm (official check-in time is 4pm) to get a phone call about a booked room becoming available. Had to stand in 30 min line to get room keys after I was already checked-in earlier after standing in a similar line. Housekeeping couldn't keep up with cleaning as they clearly need more workers. Room was very cozy nice and clean, however the AC was a bit annoying, either freezing cold dry air at 70F or blowing hot wet air if set for 72F, shower water pressure was weak. Facilities provide only-option Valet Parking for nearly $59 per 24hrs plus Philadelphia parking tax +22.5%, Self-park multi-story parking garage across the street is same price though. Downtown Center neighborhood and across the street (7-Eleven entrance) camped by homeless people begging for change.

Les chambres sont très confortables et confortables. Les mots de Triplets étaient délicieux, et le café au café était tout aussi impressionnant un tel traitement pendant notre séjour. Il était incroyablement confortable d'être quelque part qui se sentait si sûr, bienvenu, et convenablement proche de tout ce qu'on avait besoin. Je n'ai jamais été là sans que quelqu'un m'ouvre une porte ce niveau d'attention et d'hospitalité ne se passe pas inconscient. Tout le monde était chaud, conscient et vraiment utile tout au long de notre séjour. Je dois mentionner en particulier Claire. Depuis notre arrivée jusqu'au jour où nous avons quitté, elle a fait notre séjour si confortable. Lorsque mon vol a été annulé, Claire est allé au-dessus et au-delà pour assurer mon fils et moi-même. Elle nous a aidé à naviguer sur nos changements de voyage et a facilité la situation stressante. Merci de faire ce qui était déjà un voyage significatif encore plus mémorable. Nous nous retrouverons absolument!

Wyndham Pitts has got to be commended for its central location and unblocked view of the Three River confluence, at a great price! Check in was smooth and travel to other parts of the city was very easy, with various amenities like 24h convenience stores and jazz bars within walking distance. One could also walk to the Andy Warhol museum through the majestic Three Sisters bridges and also the Duquesne Incline for a breathtaking view of the city. And finally the pool has a great view. One could probably only complain about the aging furnishes with some cracked or stripped wooden sections of the walls, and I thought it would be nicer to have a kettle in the room.
