It’s one of the best hotel in the whole country. I highly recommend the intercontinental in whatever city in the US after an amazing in the one in Miami, Atlanta and Washington D.C.

A really great hotel! First of all we have to memtion the reception worker Elvis. He gave such a good service the entire stay. All the time with a smile and truly cared that we were enjoying our stay. The room was great! Spacious and clean and we were suprised how much value you get for the money. Brrakfast was delicious and also therr the sraff was with a smile And the location was great. We could walk to the white house in 12 min. I definitily recommend this hitel

Notre récent séjour à l'établissement Residence Inn Washington, DC National Mall a été fantastique pour notre groupe de 6 personnes. La suite a été parfaitement grande avec deux lits de reine dans la chambre séparée et un lit de canapé de taille reine dans la zone de séjour. La disposition spacieuse nous a permis à tous les six d'aller à l'abri sans être endommagés, surtout avec les zones de vie et de sommeil séparées. Emplacement: 5/5 - Premier point près du Mall national Cleanliness: 5/5 - Tout était sans spot et bien entretenu Service: 5/5 - Personnel hébergé Facilités : 5/5 - Tous les équipements dépassent les attentes La suite s'est avérée un choix idéal pour notre groupe de 6. Les lits de taille Queen, y compris le canapé, ont fourni des arrangements confortables pour tous. La zone de vie nous a offert assez d'espace pour nous rassembler et socialiser, en faisant de la base parfaite pour notre aventure DC. Pour tout voyageur avec un groupe de 6, je peux vous dire que cette suite fonctionne très bien, offrant à la fois le confort et la convenance dans un excellent emplacement.

Il y a de la limonade glacée ou du café dans le hall au rez-de-chaussée (la sélection varie le matin et le soir). La chambre n'offre pas une vue exceptionnelle et la fenêtre ne s'ouvre pas. Le précédent locataire a presque manqué de mouchoirs et l'hôtel n'en a pas fourni de nouveaux. Le Capitole est à 26 minutes à pied ou à 28 minutes en taxi/métro (vous avez bien lu : la marche est plus rapide, je vous la recommande, car vous passerez devant le Musée de la Poste et la gare de Grand Central). Il y a un grand supermarché et une pharmacie CVS au rez-de-chaussée. En sortant de l'immeuble, tournez à gauche pour trouver la ligne rouge du métro qui dessert le quartier de la Maison Blanche. (Pour un séjour de 3 jours, je vous conseille d'économiser plutôt que d'acheter un pass de plusieurs jours, car vous pouvez beaucoup vous déplacer à pied et les correspondances sont gratuites dans un délai de 2 heures).

酒店位置離白宮北門很近，步行到紀念碑 林肯紀念堂等都不算遠，如果去國會山都話建議打車，酒店周邊有地鐵紅線 藍線等。周邊治安較好，附近餐館很多，有中餐 意餐 法餐等，選擇較多。房間面積不算小，床很舒服，如果不主動要求都話服務員不會來打掃房間。早餐就是經典的美式酒店花樣，雞蛋 培根 麪包 ，前台提供瓶裝水。總體滿意。

I did not have the pleasure of using the facilities however, I must commend the staff for always being helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I would recommend that the staff be advised on a contingency plan or when there are power cuts in the area to mitigate any discomfort and inconvenience experienced by guests. Unfortunately during my stay at the hotel, the power went out from 4am till the time I checked out at 2pm. It would have been a nice gesture to offer bottled water, discounted rates, coupons or some type of assistance to the guests who were at the hotel to ameliorate the unpleasant situation of being without power for such a long time. Other than that, I think the hotel is in a good location and is easily accessible depending on your needs in DC.

Great location - same building as the metro station is and within 10 minute ride to DC Centre. Clean hotel. No frills. Smaller rooms only due to a large couch in the room which can be moved. Lots of eateries in the neighborhood and across the hotel including Trader Joes and 7 eleven. Also a restaurant and a bar in the hotel.

Installations : correctes, les besoins essentiels peuvent être satisfaits. Hygiène : correcte, je n’ai pas demandé au serveur de nettoyer la chambre après quelques jours. Environnement : l’emplacement est très bon, la Maison-Blanche, le Congrès et divers sites touristiques et musées sont à proximité et accessibles à pied. Il y a encore beaucoup de sans-abri noirs dans la rue, mais ils ne prendront pas l’initiative de vous parler.

Très confortable chambre, le petit déjeuner est bon, l'hôtel dispose d'un café chaud gratuit, de l'eau chaude (de nombreuses options pour les feuilles de pamplemousse), la chambre est très grande, Trip.com réservation est moins cher que d'autres

This was such a great discovery. Within easy walking distance of Union Station and Capitol Hill, I arrived after midnight, but the 24 hour concierge was on hand to welcome me, and quickly assist when I realised I was missing an email with door entry codes (resolved with one phone call to a 24/7 support line.) The suite itself was vast, light and airy, spotlessly clean and well equipped with mostly brand new cooking utensils, silverware, etc. All you could need from the kitchen, and a relaxing lounge area. The roof of the building boasts a pool large enough to do lengths, and the gym, shared with the Marriott Hotel next door was enormous, and well equipped with fully functioning equipment - rarely occupied by more that 6-8 others when I used it. Several local supermarkets are within 5 mins walk, and the receptionist was more than happy to let me leave my bag for the day after checkout and work from their relaxing lobby space.
