The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. What made our visit especially memorable was the thoughtful birthday surprise for my daughter. The hotel kindly prepared a complimentary cake and a handwritten birthday card, which made her feel very special and added a personal touch to our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary children’s activities, such as cookie-making sessions, which kept the kids entertained and created wonderful family memories. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the team for their hospitality and for going the extra mile to make our daughter’s birthday celebration so special. We would be happy to return in the future.

the tea spoon provided was rusty. asked housekeeping service team who is next door for a new spoon and they took one spoon from the toilet, rinse and pass to me. i dont use that spoon after that. pillows super soft and mattress soft firm. location is definitely the best since u have so much more shops all under one roof. room also very spacious with YouTube app. internet speed is fast on laptop with big working desk and table lamp and led light make up mirror. my room is located at level 19. there's water dispenser on the same floor, super convenient. for the price of $120 for sun-mon stay with breakfast includd, its super value for money. no wonder this hotel is often sold out.

The overall experience at Four Points was great. Greeted and served by great service oriented staff and the location is very strategic. Nearby with many selection of restaurants, minimarts and shops. Also near to the Water Theme park and beach.

My first stay at Sheraton Johor Hotel, and I’m honestly speechless! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, everything felt thoughtfully put together. It’s the little details that really make a difference. The concierge team was always warm, friendly, and ready to help. Every corner of the hotel smelled amazing,even the restrooms! Check-in was smooth, the room was beautiful, and every corner was picture-perfect. Breakfast was fantastic, with an impressive selection ranging from American to Asian cuisine. There were so many delicious options that I was truly spoiled for choice. The pool was absolutely amazing! I loved the day beds, and the swimming pool playground was a wonderful addition for families with young children. One thing worth mentioning is that there’s a mall connected to the hotel. Although it’s not a huge mall, it has a great mix of quality stores, and there’s even an entire level dedicated to spas if you’re looking to relax and pamper yourself. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’ll definitely be back again in the near future. Highly recommended!

Great location, but water supply was a real problem Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3 stars) Review: Book 2 rooms at Here Hotel Johor Bahru. The location is excellent—right near Sutera Mall with lots of food options around. There are also Karaoke and escape room around the corner. Super convenient for a short trip and Love the nostalgic shophouses vibes!!! However, the water supply was a major issue. The flow was weak and inconsistent, which made showering frustrating. For a hotel room, I expected basic amenities to work properly. Room was otherwise decent and clean, but the water problem really affected the stay. Good for location, but need to manage expectation. But for its price, it is valued for money.

L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard. Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout.

The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms that provided a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was equipped with everything needed for a short getaway. The location is excellent, especially for shopping and dining, with convenient access to Southkey and other nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient during both check-in and check-out, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities and the overall welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. It offered great value for money and exceeded my expectations. I would gladly stay here again on my next trip to Johor Bahru and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

La meilleure partie est la vue. La vue est folle. Je l'aime. Les membres du personnel sont amicaux. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. La toilette est grande et propre.L'hôtel est un peu obsolète mais jolie et propre. La nourriture a beaucoup de variétés et décente. La piscine est si grande et jolie. Mes enfants en ont intérêt. Mon seul souci est qu'il n'y a pas de fer dans la chambre. et nous ne pouvons l'utiliser que pour 30 minutes. Il prend du temps pour obtenir de la fer parce qu'ils étaient pleins à l'époque. mais encore un bon séjour pour moi et ma famille. merci pour la grande hospitalité.

Place is huge. Good for family with kids, or even bigger groups, plenty of activities to do within the resort itself. Plenty of ash-tray and rubbish bins around, barely see any litter within compound. Facilities running old, some things in some rooms may not be of a good working condition, ie the wall sockets & aircon.

We had a wonderful stay at Anantara Resort & Villas Desaru. The resort is beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere and stunning surroundings. The staff were warm, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. It’s a perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a peaceful beachside escape. Highly recommended!
