Hôtels avec avec bars à Johor, Malaisie

Pros: 1. The location - it is within walking distance to R&F Mall, City Square and Komtar JBCC. (Roughly about 1.8km all sheltered link bridge). It is convenient to find plenty of food choices and to shop for clothes. I watched a late night movie at R&F Mall and there's a special link bridge at level 8 that connects to level 3 of the mall. 2. The facilities - This looks like a relatively new development. The gym is spacious and well equipped. Being a regular gym goer, I'm happy I did not skip any gym day while staying here. 3. The parking - For those who are driving/riding, you will be pleased that the carpark is well guarded. Guests will need to tap their special carpark access card to enter. This is good for peace of mind. Cons: 1. Light seeping through the bedroom curtain. If you want to experience total darkness while sleeping, you will realise that it is not possible due to a design flaw in the curtain only in the bedroom. The curtain at the living room is good. 2. The cleanliness I did not give full marks because there are dusts and particles on the floor. There is also an odd smell whenever I enter the room. (It was gone after i opened the balcony and aired the place for a few hours) 3. The air-con temperature could not be adjusted. It is fixed at 20 degrees. 4. I paid extra for the sea view. However, It is mostly blocked by the adjacent blocks. (I've attached a view from my balcony) Would I come back? Absolutely! Hopefully I can get another unit with adjustable aircon. I find the view not that important as I dont spend anytime at the balcony.

Stayed during CNY and very thoughtful for the Hotel to provide mandarin oranges and chocolate coin and letter. The only cons is the room we are staying in was facing the road, hence, in the night, we can hear traffic noises.

L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard. Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout.

Très bien, j'aime cet hôtel depuis que je suis dehors puis que j'y entre jusqu'à l'intérieur de la chambre, tout est juste magnifique et de bonne qualité. Je reviendrai totalement !! Nous avons tellement apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel !! :)

Convenient location just opposite Mid Valley Southkey. Free shuttle service from hotel to mall every hour. Cozy ambience. Beautiful lobby and pool area. Room is decent size. Aircon not as cold and bath towel was slightly damaged. Housekeeping unresponsive after numerous calls. But overall nice hotel to stay in.

This was my first stay at Sheraton Hotel Johor Bahru, and as someone who places a lot of value on customer service, the team genuinely exceeded my expectations. Across multiple departments, the staff consistently showed a positive attitude, thoughtful consideration, and a clear willingness to go the extra mile for guests. During breakfast, staff regularly greeted us and checked in to see if we needed anything. Even during peak hours, another team member managed the lift flow smoothly so the lifts could be used more efficiently. I also appreciated how staff didn’t just point us in a direction—they guided and accompanied us to available tables, which made the whole experience feel warm and well-organised. My family was especially tired after arriving late at night, and we were momentarily lost while trying to find the reception lobby on Level 5. The security guard responded to our questions with patience and grace, and that same welcoming energy continued during check-in. The guest relations officer answered my breakfast questions with such kindness and a big smile—even when I was experiencing serious brain fog (lol!). It’s these small, consistent acts of care—paired with genuine positivity—that set this hotel apart. I also completely understand how Sheraton Hotel Johor Bahru lives up to its reputation as a family-friendly hotel. We spotted the kiddie pool with water slides, and Mizan had an absolute blast splashing and playing there. The pool area itself felt thoughtfully planned—well laid out, with facilities that made it easy to enjoy the space while still feeling calm and relaxing. The room delivered too, especially in comfort and cleanliness. The bed was incredibly inviting (the kind you immediately want to melt into), and the overall bedroom layout felt cozy and well designed—simple, comfortable, and easy to settle into after a long day. One more thoughtful touch that really stood out: the hotel even had a balloonist on-site creating balloon designs for the children. Honestly—what family-friendly hotel goes the extra mile to do that? It was such a simple but brilliant idea, and you could see how much it delighted the kids. His balloons definitely made the young guests happy, and it added an extra layer of joy to the whole stay. Unmatched customer service, family-friendly facilities, and cozy hotel rooms all in one place? Sheraton JB tops my list.

Had always stayed in this hotel when we are at JB. Location was good as walked 10 mins to KSL only. Room price was reasonable and single bed was big tat 2 pax can sleep on it This time tried to dive at the Chinese restaurant. Peking Duck and black truffle prawns was good.

La location de l'hôtel est bonne. Juste à l'opposé du centre commercial et pas si occupé. À l'en bas de l'hôtel, il y a des restaurants- coréen, Dim Sum, Dessert, Kopitiam et Café. L'intérieur de l'hôtel est assez vieux avec une combinaison de meubles anciens et modernes. La chambre est propre, mais nous n'aimons pas la porte adjacente au milieu.

Location is good. Indian lady at the front desk was quite unfriendly and not service orientated. The other Indian guy was much better. Room is big but the floor is quite sticky. Feels abit dirty and uncomfortable to let our 1 year old crawl on the floor. The room aircon is also noisy. Soundproofing is also quite bad as can hear upstairs dragging chairs and opening doors. Overall ok for non picky travellers as the location is good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. While the hotel itself is very well-maintained and conveniently located, it was the exceptional service that really set it apart.Every staff member I encountered was professional, warm, and attentive!
