Le personnel était très agréable et le check-in facile. Les équipements de la chambre étaient excellents et valaient bien le prix. Si la climatisation était mieux entretenue et que le processus de passage de la frontière (du côté chinois) était plus clair, cela nous aurait fait gagner beaucoup de temps. Le passage de la frontière le jour même aurait dû être très simple, mais comme nous ne connaissions pas la procédure, nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps et fait quelques détours inutiles. De plus, les détails de la chambre étaient très bien pensés : lessive en poudre, détergent, étendoir à linge, et la literie était la meilleure que j'aie vue dans un logement de ce type.

the toilet was a little dirty as the sink area wasn’t properly cleaned when we came, as well as the kettle not being emptied and cleaned out from the previous stayers. used their gymnasium today and realised that despite their equipment being really new and clean, the treadmill is quite small as compared to norm size that i was used to in other gyms. service by staffs were really good though, overall me and my friends relativel enjoyed our stay.

L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard. Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout.

La chambre est propre, spacieuse et le personnel est utile, surtout le technicien qui peut régler le canal de télévision, et il arrive très rapidement et très rapidement.

Pour la première fois ici et absolument aimer l'hôtel Très propre et très grande chose Les chambres étaient un peu petites mais globalement toujours très bonnes Juste 5 minutes à pied au milieu de la vallée Le petit déjeuner était l'un des meilleurs que j'ai essayé dans Jb. J'avais tellement de choix. Et très gentil aussi L'hôtel a livré la demande que j'ai posée Il va certainement revenir. Très heureux

Superb service from the get go. We were traveling from KL back to Singapore and decided to make a pit stop in JB. It had been a long day with a delayed train ride and bad weather. By the time we reached the hotel around 1030pm, we were exhausted. But the moment we stepped out of the car, all that fatigue just melted away. We were greeted so warmly by the lovely doorman and it instantly lifted the mood. The amenities are impressive and breakfast was honestly amazing. Proper spread, good quality, everything well thought out. Every staff member we met was warm, welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. You can feel when a team takes pride in what they do. Oh I forgot to mention, your pillows are amazing too! I finally had a good and rested sleep. Special mention to the Chinese manager who was working during Chinese New Year. Smiles all over his face despite being on duty during the festive period. I casually asked if I could get an angbao because I bumped into an old friend and wanted to gift her daughter, and he immediately got a pack for me without hesitation. Such a small gesture but it meant so much. I truly hope they maintain this standard because consistency is what builds loyalty. And this stay definitely left a very good impression.

Staffs were really good, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They answered all our questions and made sure everything went smoothly. The hotel is clean and location is convenient, close to KSL. Below the hotel there is a small old school food court selling nice yummy hawker food. If you want extra decor for your room or event, it's available at an additional cost. Best to check with the hotel directly for what's offered and how much it is. Photo attached is the simple decoration surprise for my hubby. Last but not least thank you the Dian, for the arrangement.

This is the first time I stay in this hotel. The room and king size bed are spacious. The hotel staff are friendly toward all guests. They given me high floor with good view and able to see fireworks due to CNY. For the breakfast spread are good for us but I only stay 1 night but I hope they should change the dishes for those long stays there. I would like to thank the front desk, concierge and housekeeper team for finding my jackets as forgot to take when I checkout of the hotel.

Revisited the hotel although I have a bad experience with the front desk the last time. This time the front desk was very friendly and nice! The room was clean except that there is abit of smell at the toilet bowl area and curtain is abit stained. Overall quite good experience and will definitely revisit again!

Great location and friendly staff. Cookies 🍪 as welcome gift. I think because they are famous for their cookies. Location is great! Easy to get grab too if heading to other places. Overall, a good experience. Highly recommended.
