L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard. Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout.

Le service à Rich Residence est absolument exceptionnel ! Peu importe nos besoins, ils ont toujours répondu immédiatement et nous ont aidés. Les chambres sont impeccables, les installations de première classe et l'emplacement est idéal. De plus, un jeune homme portant des lunettes nous a même accompagnés jusqu'à notre logement au milieu de la nuit.

L'hôtel était propre et confortable. Les installations étaient excellentes I e piscine, gym et excellent pour la photo prendre IG TK etc Le petit déjeuner était très bon et le service de petit déjeuner était très dur et très rapidement et le chef était très rapide et le chef contrôle le équilibre alimentaire maintenant et après. A decent stay for one night. Just that the hotel is a little rundown, the bed and toilet was old but was clean. We took the room that have the seaview and it was beautiful. But, it was abit noisy throughout the night from the disco sound. Package included the buffet breakfast but variety was limited.. Book a grab to city square was about RM9, 10 mins drive. So for less than SGD55 a night, I would say it was reasonable stay.

Security is reliable, and the landscaped areas create a pleasant atmosphere for families. Overall, it’s a well-designed development that balances lifestyle, convenience, and value for residents.

As we went late, no queue for check in however the late check out can only up to 1230pm. Facilities and breakfast was good. Variety of food available but crowded after 8am. Overall good experience as within mall too.

Close enough to CIQ, the room is very super cosy and nice. When we came in late the lady checking us in was very nice. I think because the place is still under construction it is dusty on the wooden area of the raised bed. The only issue we encountered is there is zero sound muffling so we can hear everyone walking and talking and banging from inside the hotel so if you're a super light sleeper don't come here. The only real complaint I have that I hope the management sees is the doors slam very loudly. When anyone goes in and out, the doors will make a very loud bang and at all times of the day and night. Other than that, they provide a kettle so we can boil water to pour into the jug for drinking water, the bed is fantastic and comfy, the pillows and blanket are amazing and the aircon works well. The bathroom is big enough that you don't feel claustrophobic and water can be hot hot hot and has a nice feel on your back. If the hotel doors will stop being slammed we would come back. Checking out was easy but the man in the morning was a little tired.

We had an excellent stay! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were well-made and the overall ambiance of the room felt relaxing after a long day. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of our stay—lots of variety and everything tasted fresh. We especially enjoyed the selection of local dishes and the drinks section. Service was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The facilities were well-maintained, and overall the stay was definitely worth it. Would happily return again!

Le centre de la ville est très bien placé, et vous pouvez vous rendre à l'extérieur de la ville. Bonne gym 👍 Petit-déjeuner - très rempli 😋 Seuls deux choses pour les réactions. 1. La température du chauffage de l'eau n'est pas assez chaude 😅 2. Puis-je sentir la cigarette, probablement les anciens clients fumés dans le toilette 😡😤
