I recently stayed at Thistle Hotel Port Dickson, and unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to several service and management issues. The first problem was the check-in process. It took almost 50 minutes to check in, which is far too long. Even worse, there was no air conditioning in the lobby, so guests had to stand in a hot and uncomfortable environment while waiting in the queue. The room amenities were also inadequate. The bathroom only provided a 100ml bottle of shampoo and shower gel, which was not enough for guests who wanted to shower multiple times during their stay. The most frustrating issue was the infinity pool. The hotel indicated that the pool was open, but when we arrived, there was only a notice saying the pool was closed because no lifeguard was on duty. When I called the front desk to ask when the lifeguard would return, I was told the pool had actually been closed for a long time due to maintenance. This explanation was very confusing because on the evening we checked in, we saw guests using the pool, and the poolside food and beverage service was operating as usual. The following morning, the pool was suddenly closed. If the pool had really been under long-term maintenance, why wasn't the area blocked off properly or a maintenance notice displayed? Instead, the notice only stated that the pool was closed because no lifeguard was available. The inconsistent information and poor communication were unacceptable. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The service was very poor. Dirty plates were not cleared promptly, and we had to ask several times before staff came to clear the table. Food trays were frequently empty and not refilled in a timely manner—I had to return three times before I could finally get some of the items I wanted. The egg station was another example of inconsistent service. When my mother requested sunny-side-up eggs, the staff told her they only served omelettes. However, when I went to ask again, the same staff immediately agreed to cook sunny-side-up eggs. This inconsistency was confusing and reflected poorly on the staff's service standards. Overall, while the hotel has good facilities and potential, the slow check-in process, poor communication, inadequate amenities, and below-average breakfast service made this stay disappointing. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both their customer service and operational standards.

Had a wonderful stay at Panorama View Resort Port Dickson with the private pool villa. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private pool was definitely the highlight of our stay — well-maintained, peaceful, and great for enjoying some quality time away from the crowd. Another highlight was the lounge buffet, which had a good selection of food and was regularly replenished. The cocktails were also enjoyable, and the lounge offered a beautiful sunset view overlooking the resort. It was the perfect place to relax in the evening, enjoy a drink, and take in the scenery. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Great value for money and a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a short escape in Port Dickson. Would definitely love to return again!

C'est un endroit charmant avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et un prix raisonnable. Il y a aussi un mini zoo pour enfants et de bonnes piscines. Vous pouvez également facilement vous rendre en voiture pour d'autres options de restauration, bien que le petit-déjeuner soit bon. Le seul inconvénient est que la chambre semble démodée et que les toilettes ne sont pas très propres.

Séjour paisible et reposant avec une magnifique piscine privée. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et bien entretenue. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'espace piscine, idéal pour se détendre. Le lit était confortable et l'atmosphère générale très sereine. Le personnel était aimable et serviable tout au long du séjour, avec un service de voiturette rapide. L'emplacement est parfait pour une escapade au calme, loin de la foule. J'y retournerais sans hésiter. Le petit-déjeuner était cependant peu varié : nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes, mais nous n'avons bénéficié que de 3 petits-déjeuners inclus.

Je crois que je n'ai pas eu la chambre Supérieure comme indiqué lors de ma réservation. Cependant, je n'ai pas fait d'histoires car la chambre était tout de même spacieuse et confortable, et j'ai pu y accéder plus tôt que prévu, à 13h, pour un seul séjour d'une nuit. L'emplacement était idéal, à proximité des restaurants et des commodités, et la plage publique était accessible à pied. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, servi dans une salle provisoire car le Coffee House était en rénovation. Il n'a commencé à être servi qu'à 7h45, alors que l'horaire officiel était 7h. Dans l'ensemble, un séjour satisfaisant.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Admiral Cove Avillion à Port Dickson – un vrai régal ! La chambre était spacieuse et offrait une vue imprenable sur le port de plaisance. Le personnel était aimable et attentionné. Nous avons adoré l'ambiance paisible, idéale pour une escapade relaxante. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et les installations impeccables. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter et le recommandons aux couples et aux familles en quête de sérénité.

I was at the Lobby informed Conceirge of No bedroom slippers in the room. He mentioned it has been sometimes that the Hotel does not provide bedroom slippers. Klana Resort Hotel should provide bedroom slippers upon Guest's request. It is essential for Muslim Guest

i think it is the best time to change the furnitures in the room. tissue in toilet is not the new roll, i think left from previous guest. also no tissue in the room, only in toilet. the indian receptionists was talking in the phone very loud. not proper if customer see your attitude like this. the good one is water pressure is high. i love to shower here. 😆

Il y a beaucoup de petits trous dans la porte de la chambre, les coussins sont entrés et ont frappé 30 coussins le jour. Il n'y a personne à 11 heures, il faut laisser le coffre.
