Sur l'attente. Location stratégique en fonction de la nécessité de la ville et aussi restaurant comme Ana Ikan Bakar Petai, Maksu Paksu etc. Plus il est proche de KPJ Kuantan. La réception est ouverte mais elle est agréable en raison de la brise de l'océan. La chambre était grande, propre, simple mais agréable. Plus la vue de la mer était la valeur.

Excellent service de la part de l'équipe de l'hôtel, très accueillante et serviable ! La chambre avec vue sur la mer était agréable et propre. Le petit-déjeuner proposait une grande variété de cuisines, et j'apprécie particulièrement le fait qu'ils proposent des kuihs malaisiens, un vrai moment de nostalgie ! Le service en chambre est un peu cher, mais il en vaut la peine. La plage et la piscine sont également propres. Dans l'ensemble, un séjour très agréable et relaxant.

La beauté de la nature dans le village français est vraiment captivante. Les paysages pittoresques se déploient devant vos yeux tels des tableaux vivants. Les champs verdoyants s'étendent à perte de vue, parsemés de fleurs multicolores qui dansent au gré du vent. Les collines douces offrent des vues panoramiques à couper le souffle, avec leurs vignobles en terrasses et leurs rangées de cyprès majestueux. Les rivières cristallines serpentent à travers la campagne, ajoutant une touche de fraîcheur et de sérénité à l'atmosphère. Les forêts luxuriantes abritent une faune diversifiée, où l'on peut apercevoir des cerfs élégants et des oiseaux chanteurs colorés. Les maisons traditionnelles en pierre ajoutent une touche de charme rustique à ce paysage enchanteur. Partout où vous regardez, il y a une harmonie parfaite entre l'homme et la nature, créant une atmosphère paisible et ressourçante. C'est dans cette beauté naturelle que le village français trouve son identité unique et son charme intemporel.

L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. Mais parce qu'il est encore assez nouveau, il y avait un odeur un peu bizarre dans la chambre. Probablement à partir des nouveaux meubles ou matériaux. Pas trop fort, mais remarquable. J'ai également demandé une décoration simple pour une surprise de anniversaire pour mon mari, mais depuis notre arrivée tardive, rien n'a été préparé. Si le personnel nous a offert de commander un gâteau du café le lendemain, il n'a plus eu le même sentiment que le moment de surprise avait déjà disparu. Le petit déjeuner était bon avec une grande variété de nourriture, et l'emplacement est confortable avec beaucoup de places de nourriture à proximité. Il est très bon de travailler dans la salle, mais il est très bon de travailler dans la salle. Globalement, il est un hôtel très bon et avec un grand potentiel, mais il y a certainement de la place à améliorer, surtout en termes de service client et d'attention aux demandes spéciales.

I booked 3 rooms and happy that two of them are connecting rooms. Overall satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of the staffs and the facilities provided. Swimming pool could be better if there's not that much of dirt seen at the bottom.

We stayed at Chateau Spa, Bukit Tinggi for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. The resort was peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind and celebrate a special occasion. The room was clean, and the toilet was well kept, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff service was truly tip-top—everyone was attentive, caring, and clearly prioritised our wellbeing and comfort throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out. As for the food, breakfast and the buffet were fine, but the à la carte meals for lunch and dinner were definitely worth the money. The portion sizes matched the price well, and there was a good variety of Western and Malay cuisine. We tried the Western dishes, including salmon and steak, and they were delicious. The spa prices were affordable, though booking in advance is recommended. We visited during the last few days of December, and the weather was cold and lovely, adding to the overall relaxing experience. We left feeling happy, refreshed, and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful getaway or a special celebration.

L'hôtel était situé à côté du Swiss Garden Resort et de sa plage. La chambre était correcte, mais les installations étaient vétustes. Il n'y avait pas grand-chose à faire dans le complexe, à part les piscines. Un excellent séjour de détente.

Me and my husband booked this hotel for our staycation before Ramadan start. The price offer affordable with our budget since we went there during school holiday and CNY. We choose superior room which located in front of the pool. The resort are huge/big, a bit classic since the room interior quite oldies. I guess it's true this resort was build on 1987~ somewhere. The resorts well maintain, the staff are welcoming, polite, good PR with guests inquiries. The resort have great access to the beach that you may walk from the room/pool/restaurants. They have 2 pools, the one are surround by the villas/superior room and they have pool theme park (small theme park), require to wear the bands (will provide during check-in), the kids definitely enjoyed playing at the pool so do adults too. The other side of theme park pool, the have pool facing the beach and besids the restaurant, and of course their lifeguard always monitor the guests in pool area. There so many type of rooms you may choose in future. Furthermore, their breakfast menus are satisfied to enjoy, staff that always ready to clean up once guest finished their meal. Overall it's very comfy, nice and beautiful resort to choose for staycation/holiday. Definitely will come again in future.

The room was nice and spacious, which made the stay very comfortable. The breakfast spread was okay, and the best item was definitely the seri muka — really delicious. The location is also very convenient, being close to malls and plenty of restaurants. However, the parking was a downside. It’s quite far from the hotel, there’s no roof, and the number of parking spots is very limited. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, but the parking situation could be improved.
