I was seeking accommodation in Lagos, traveling from London, for a two-night stay. The hotel proved challenging to locate due to an imprecise address provided on their website. Upon arrival, I encountered a front desk attendant who did not speak English, necessitating the use of a translation application for communication. My assigned room was well-maintained; however, it lacked television channel subscriptions. Furthermore, the absence of an in-room intercom system meant that any service requests required a two-floor descent to the reception area. It became apparent that the hotel's primary clientele likely consists of Chinese or Asian visitors to Nigeria, suggesting a potential oversight in catering to a broader international guest base. On a positive note, the hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, and a lounge area. The check-out process was exceptional, as the hotel arranged for a driver and vehicle to transport me to the airport, a service I rate highly. Despite the somewhat elevated pricing, I would consider utilizing this hotel again. The hotel is situated within a tranquil residential estate, offering a peaceful environment free from noise, though also lacking in ambient music. I recommend that management consider implementing television viewing options, employing a local staff member proficient in English, and diversifying their menu to include local cuisine.

The hotel is located in a serene area of Ikeja Lagos and is very accessible to public transport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well cleaned and tidied. The food is a Chinese buffet type which is good. We paid for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only slight downside is that there aren't many food options to choose from especially at the breakfast, there wasn't coffee nor tea except green tea. There was neither a complementary tea or coffee in the room until we requested for it but came without any milk which is another downside. Amongst other positives, the hotel arranged for and paid for our transport back to the airport. The driver came early and waited for us as well so that we were not late for our flight. This is a 5 Star gesture especially for customers who are not living locally. Overall, I'll rate the hotel service 4.5 ⭐ out of 5. We'll definitely use their services again when next we're visiting Lagos.

호텔 모든 서비스에 만족합니다. 아침 식사는 가지수가 많지 않지만 나이지리아식 메뉴와 유럽 아침 식사를 혼합한 스타일로 매일 메뉴가 조금씩 달라서 정말 맛있게 먹었습니다. 그리고 호텔 직원들이 친절하고 안전한 호텔이라 좋았습니다. 가성비 최고였던 호텔로 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶습니다.

房間非常不錯，大廳和餐廳的裝修也非常棒，檔次很不錯，迷你吧，泳池，中餐廳全都有，總之非常滿意啦，下次還住這裏。

On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception, I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas. Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night. Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

La saison de pluie est humide, la température de l'air ambiant est trop basse pour que la chambre n'a pas de climatisation est très froide. L'hôtel a une piscine, le restaurant n'est pas très haut. La chambre est très bonne.

La reception est très enthousiaste, le service est attentif, la réponse est rapide, Les installations sont complètes. Le bar en bas peut regarder la balle en boisson, en soirée, en plein air, en plein air, en plein air aime manger des plats brûlés par le grand frère du Nord-Est, Le personnel de l'hôtel est très enthousiaste! 酒店裡麪很不錯，乾淨設施也還好，酒店外面完全另一種景象，對比明顯。早飯大部分不敢去嘗試，還是牛奶麪包講究過了五天。

La chambre est très spacieuse et très propre. Les serveurs sont très polis et responsables. Il est fortement recommandé pour les voyages d'affaires. Si vous voyagez ici pour affaires, vous pouvez essayer de séjourner au Citiheight Hotel. Le restaurant a un environnement élégant et les ingrédients sont frais et hygiéniques !
