I was not impressed that no room was available and have not received the refund for not having a room December 11, 2025.

I was seeking accommodation in Lagos, traveling from London, for a two-night stay. The hotel proved challenging to locate due to an imprecise address provided on their website. Upon arrival, I encountered a front desk attendant who did not speak English, necessitating the use of a translation application for communication. My assigned room was well-maintained; however, it lacked television channel subscriptions. Furthermore, the absence of an in-room intercom system meant that any service requests required a two-floor descent to the reception area. It became apparent that the hotel's primary clientele likely consists of Chinese or Asian visitors to Nigeria, suggesting a potential oversight in catering to a broader international guest base. On a positive note, the hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, and a lounge area. The check-out process was exceptional, as the hotel arranged for a driver and vehicle to transport me to the airport, a service I rate highly. Despite the somewhat elevated pricing, I would consider utilizing this hotel again. The hotel is situated within a tranquil residential estate, offering a peaceful environment free from noise, though also lacking in ambient music. I recommend that management consider implementing television viewing options, employing a local staff member proficient in English, and diversifying their menu to include local cuisine.

L'hôtel est situé dans une excellente position près de l'aéroport. Il est un hôtel moderne qui est propre et dispose d'excellentes installations. Cependant, les services au bureau de réception et au restaurant Koriko & Co sont 4-Stars. La réception est toujours encombrée et vous attendez beaucoup de temps pour que le personnel vous assiste. Le restaurant et les variétés sont excellents; je mange principalement les plats locaux (je mange le petit déjeuner quotidien et je mange le dîner plusieurs soirs avec des amis et des parents), et mes bouffes de goût Lagos peuvent détecter les jours où les goûts de la nourriture sont supérieurs (devront être les différents chefs) par rapport aux autres jours les repas étaient chauds et délicieux. Deborah est une vraie bijoux et ajoutera une valeur immense à la marque de l'hôtel; son puff-puff est un parfait 10/10.

The hotel is located in a serene area of Ikeja Lagos and is very accessible to public transport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well cleaned and tidied. The food is a Chinese buffet type which is good. We paid for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only slight downside is that there aren't many food options to choose from especially at the breakfast, there wasn't coffee nor tea except green tea. There was neither a complementary tea or coffee in the room until we requested for it but came without any milk which is another downside. Amongst other positives, the hotel arranged for and paid for our transport back to the airport. The driver came early and waited for us as well so that we were not late for our flight. This is a 5 Star gesture especially for customers who are not living locally. Overall, I'll rate the hotel service 4.5 ⭐ out of 5. We'll definitely use their services again when next we're visiting Lagos.

The hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Lagos for a business trip, and it turned into an unforgettable experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was flawlessly executed. The room was a sanctuary of comfort – spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation. The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.

La chambre d'hôtel n'est pas de 4 étoiles. La chambre que j'ai reçue était très inconfortable il y a des trous à l'intérieur du casque de la cuisse, les couvercles sont vieux et écrasés sur votre peau, le couvercle à l'intérieur de la chambre, la salle de bains a besoin de réparer, il y a de la nourriture n'était pas bon, Je ne pouvais même pas manger le poisson que j'avais noir à l'intérieur, c'était mon premier et dernier repas que j'avais commandé . In overall, i score “A” for the hotel, in term of location and security. I booked for standard room, but sold out and they upgraded me to deluxe, appreciations that gesture!  The only snag about this hotel is that they need to work on their breakfast. It’s like they impose what they like on lodgers, which should not be so. IIn addition, they need to work on some of their gadgets I.e obsolete tiny refrigerators with molds sorrounding the fridge. The internet, forget it, it’s not something to home about, flunctuation is the order of the day. Staffs are courteous. Great team👍👍👍

Le logement original est plus pratique, le service de restauration et le service de loisirs sont bons, les conditions sanitaires répondent aux exigences de confort de la vie. Le BBQ du cinquième étage est également bon, la quantité de repas est grande et rapide.
