The location is very good. Receptionist carried out her duty very well and also provided good info regarding car parking.
Ah! We were shocked by the smallness of the unit!! The only other place I have seen a similar one was in Japan. I am just wondering why Accor has to go to the extent of maximizing profits with offering of cramped spaces both in bathroom & room.

En raison de fortes pluies sur la côte ouest, je suis retourné en ville et j'y suis resté une nuit. C'était propre. Chaque pièce du premier étage a une porte arrière sur le jardin. Le petit déjeuner est inclus. Pain, confiture, café et thé sont inclus. Le repas entier semble être de 21,5 yuans. , Feng Jian par les gens

Le personnel enthousiaste et bien servi. Nous avons mal considéré le restaurant comme une réception, le personnel du bar est très patient et dit que cela arrive souvent, puis nous amener à faire le check-in. Le petit déjeuner est excellent! Il y a aussi des micro-ondes, des tables et des sacs à main gratuits, qui peuvent être utilisés dans la salle de croisière. Le biff est délicieux au restaurant!

Il y a aussi beaucoup d'espace entre les lits, ce qui a fait de la chambre se sentir beaucoup plus confortable.
La location était également décente, ce qui la rend un endroit très confortable et agréable pour rester dans l'ensemble.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel surtout si vous cherchez une expérience confortable et tranquille.

ELMS hotel at Christchurch provide with welcome drink voucher during our check in. Unluckily we don’t receive any room upgrade from the reception during 3 days of staying. location wise is conveniently and there’re various restaurants and cafes nearby the hotel! Interior facilities seem a bit of old style, and dusts on the desk and cups are observed! Not far from the hotel to the city centre where you can take boat or tram exploring around the Christchurch!

Probably the best place for families especially if you are travelling with kids. Beds are big enough for 2a2c easily. Parking is free and very convenient. (If full, I see folks just park by the road). Location very close to all activities you need (Kaikoura is small town). Breakfast isn’t buffet style but it’s definitely going to beat your expectation. Definitely recommend this place

Except there's a stain on my bedsheet, the hotel is a great to stay in as it's spacious and other parts of rooms and toilets are clean. 15min walk to Bontanic gardens or to Riverside market and a Casino just opposite.. Was greeted warming by the staffs n a breeze to check in. It's worth for a long stay where all amenities are provided, especially love their Huia series.
Just to note the towels are changed every 3 days but u can have it changed upon request for environmental friendly purposes.

Such a central location. You can walk to all of Christchurch’s main locations from the hotel. Right next to the Botanic Gardens and our room had a nice view of the Gardens from our window. Alice at reception was so friendly and suggested great walking route to cover major point of interests and also gave us some excellent dining options, which we tried and found to be really great.
The bed was so comfortable (and we are very picky with beds). So that tells something.
Would have been good if they provided an in-room safe to keep our valuables.

IInvitéI had a really good stay at Bealey Quarter. The manager was very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even nicer. The bathrooms and rooms were comfortable and pleasant.
The only downside is the kitchen — it’s quite small and there isn’t much space in the fridge to store food. Aside from that, everything else was great.

IInvitéJe suis un peu déçu. J'attendais que ce soit un lieu de 5 étoiles, mais il y avait beaucoup de choses qui n'étaient pas 5 étoiles. Les robes étaient grises et ne couvaient pas les plus grands. Un d'entre eux avait pillé tout, je ne voulais même pas l'habiller. La porte de la salle de bains a bruyé de manière bruyante, donc si une personne est arrivée au toilette au milieu de la nuit, elle a réveillé l'autre personne. Il y avait des instructions sur l'utilisation du bain spa, mais pas sur la façon de mettre le plug-in. Il n'était pas juste plug-in normalement. Nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser à notre première nuit, qui était très frustrant car c'était l'une de nos principales attractions. Quelqu'un est venu voir et dit que vous devriez tourner un savon sur le côté du spa, comment le savez-vous? Le verrou de la porte à l'extérieur a été brisé et une petite caisse a été mise sur. L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. Le pire était notre dernière matin, nous avons dîné à 8h45, le restaurant se ferme à 9h30. Il y avait des oeufs continentals et des bacons. À 9h00, ils ont arrêté de produire plus de pain pour la toast. Il y avait environ 6 tables avec les invités et tout le monde s'est monté et s'est vérifié, mais ils ne se sont pas rechargeés. Mais pour une raison, le gardien a continué de lever les coffres sur l'œuf et le bacon pour voir ce qui était là, mais il n'y avait rien comme il n'avait pas rempli et il était le seul gardien !! Je suis vraiment déçu et je ne le recommanderais pas, à moins que vous n'obteniez un bon rabais.

CClemonHoZCRoom was large, and had ample space to open 4 large suitcases. Room was clean too, and staff was friendly and helpful.
Arrived at 1.30pm and was able to check in early.
Only downside - Hotel parking is at the private open space adjacent to the hotel but could be better if within the building itself and sheltered.

IInvitéWe stayed at the hotel for 4 nights just recently, first arrived at the hotel, the reception was polite enough but not as helpful as any front desk staff coud be. The room was clean and comfy, location was fantastic, environment was superb (quite, few hote guests).
But somehow my wife lost her wedding ring from our room. We only noticed by the end of the day, and should have picked up earier.
Mr. ************, the hotel manager, made it even worse from a travellers point of view. He has the worse attitude to the whole incident, instead of offering his empathy, he pushed responsibility back to the hotel guests who lost the wedding ring in his room at his hotel. His passive aggression is throughout all the poor google review!
He reacted bluntly when questioned about CCTV other than the door access record he could provide immediately, being agreesive at his answer and attitude towards to someone who turned over the room to just look for the missing ring. He was not friendly, empathatic nor welcoming despit he is in hospitality industry.
Im not blaming at anyone here or making any accusation on anyone but he as the hotel manager was the only one we could seek help for in a foreign country, and he expected us undedstanding how police and system worked here. To us, he made us sound like ****** and being forgetful on our own properties.
