This combines the review of the two rooms we rented for our family: So this hotel has two sections, a new “tower” section and an old section. If you book through trip .com you will definitely be put in the old section. It’s not bad but not great. The decorating style of the rooms is 1980’s outdated. Every room is a long way from the parking lot. The luggage carts are an even further way from the room. The room is too cold when the AC is blowing, and too hot when it is off. The mini fridge froze everything overnight. The sink did not drain. The bathroom mirror light would not turn on. The bed was comfortable enough and the room was clean - although I prefer newer style hotels that do not have carpet in the room. The light blocking curtains let a lot of light in in the morning. We could hear music through the wall until the wee hours of the morning the first night. The noo-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke the second day after the room deodorizer faded. The TV only has basic cable channels and does not let you hook up a firestick. The Internet is under 5mbps and some times, like after dinner, it slowed down to less than 1mbps. There is a $15 per day “service fee” on top of what trip .com charges that you find out about when you go to check in. The room seemed to be on the larger side for a cheap hotel. The water pressure is outstanding. The location is really good, a short drive to the beach, the zoo and restaurants. The pool area is quite nice with two hot tubs and lots of kids playing. There is free coffee and soda in the far back left corner of the casino. The casino looked bright and flashy and blinky, but we are not gamblers so we did not check it out except for beverages. All in all, I would stay there again, though I would try to find some way to get in the newer tower section if possible - and Trip .com was a significant discount over every other way to book.

La chambre est grande, propre, le lit est moelleux, l'état est correct, le petit déjeuner est assez confortable, c'est un hôtel relativement proche de l'université de Notre Dame à proximité, et il faut moins de 20 minutes pour traverser le bosquet jusqu'à l'école.

IInvitéafter an amazing experience in December staying in a corner suite I had my daughter for a daddy daughter Easter weekend and I decided to book the same corner suite to really treat her. We stayed from Friday, April 18 checked out Sunday midday April 20 when I arrived, I asked concierge if I could give them the bag of stuff from the Easter bunny. I simply asked if they could put it in the room not only did they put it in the room, but they had arranged everything in a very nice way that made my job. Is the Easter bunny very easy Sunday morning. shout out to Justin, Jesse Ishmael, Omar, Samuel Ingrid in housekeeping among several others you all make me feel like the most important person in the world. Every time I stay there when I know for a fact this time there were many more VIP guests than myself. I was a little hesitant that the pool may be a little boring for my seven-year-old daughter however we essentially could not leave. The happy Easter card under the door with the breakfast vouchers was an unbelievable surprise. I only wish I could bring an unlimited stack of cash to tip the team every time I stay at the Conrad because I never seem to bring enough. They deserve everything they get and more. Thank you all for providing me and my daughter with an unforgettable weekend and we will be back soon sooner rather than later!!! I cannot recommend taking To a corner suite anymore stayed in 1401 in December and 15 oh1 this past weekend just amazing amazing view of the city and an amazing room.

IInvitéWhen we arrived we were greeted and provided with water. We had two rooms booked and was told if we wanted to be close, we would need to wait for a room to be cleaned. We opted to wait. We continued to wait and then had to get checked in to make it to the concert we had tickets for. So we all went into one of the booked rooms to get ready as the room was not ready for us. I found this not the best customer service as we had booked the rooms in the same reservation so they were aware that two rooms were needed and should have been ready for this at the noted check-in time of 4pm. At 4:30 the second room was still not ready so was not utilized until after the concert (12:30 am).

IInvitéLes chambres étaient assez propres, mais le canapé était vraiment sale. Une bonne nettoyage ou un remplacement est nécessaire. J'ai payé 200.00/night, qui était trop élevé et j'ai reçu un papier toilette à une main que vos doigts juste coupés. N'ai pas apprécié. Les tissus étaient un peu mieux, mais pas beaucoup. Le lit était passable, mais les coussins étaient assez plat. La chambre était petite. Je pense que ces choses peuvent sembler élégantes, mais pour le prix de la nuit, j'attendais plus. L'hôtel n'a pas non plus fait petit déjeuner qui n'est pas reflété dans le coût plus élevé. J'ai vraiment aimé l'emplacement qui était le point de départ.

PPorsche chiang半夜三點房門被敲響還以為自己做夢驚醒後發現還在敲透過貓眼孔查看發現兩名男子一黑人一白人看上去也不像飯店人員或什麼正常人我沒開門他們也離開接著我就再次準備入睡即將睡著時房門再度被敲響甚至門把被轉動的動靜我直接打開門還是同樣兩個人問他們要幹嘛接著回了我幾句聽不懂的話又離開了馬上反映給trip.com 飯店回覆客人在找東西請問客人在找東西跟大半夜吵醒別人打擾他人隱私有何關係為什麼可以說的很理所當然？事件發生至今我還沒收到飯店任何一句道歉或正面回應

KKseniia KoshevaiaLa chambre était très spacieuse, la chambre était très spacieuse. Il avait le minimum de confort, et habituellement, dans ces hôtels, plus est attendu. Le petit déjeuner pour 15 $ n'est pas de la valeur de l'argent. Dans les hôtels ordinaires, ce petit déjeuner est inclus dans le tarif de la chambre. Je ne suis pas prêt à y retourner.

PPotatoChipNous sommes arrivés au milieu de la nuit et nous avons dit que la chambre avait été enregistrée par un étranger. Seules deux personnes peuvent partager un lit. On nous a dit que notre chambre était enregistrée par des étrangers et qu'il était 3 heures du matin. Nous devons partager une chambre king. Pas de brosse à dents/dentifrice avant d'avoir une demande. Il n'y a pas de solution de suivi.
