Bom hotel 30 minutos de carro do centro da Filadélfia. Bons restaurantes e lojas perto. Apenas tinham algumas baratinhas no banheiro e gavetas. De resto hotel seguro e amplo e funcional.

BE ABROADABLE - Nat the Expat
Second time staying here — the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is pretty good. This time around we had a bit of a struggle at check in which also caused a problem at breakfast the next day.
The lady who checked us in (Megan) asked me four (4) times if I needed parking and didn’t seem to believe me when I kept saying no. She also told us our room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 4pm, an hour after check-in time, and told us we’d need to take a 2 queen room instead of a king room.
I told her we’d rather wait for a king room because that’s what we paid for, and lo and behold, suddenly she had one.
We paid for breakfast with our stay, but she forgot to give us tickets for breakfast. Made it very awkward when we went to breakfast the next day and had to insist that we’d paid for breakfast. They still gave us a bill for breakfast, but then after talking to the front desk realized it was a mistake.
They were kind, but it was still very awkward having to defend the fact that we’d paid for breakfast already. They said we were the second group that day which the front desk had forgotten to give breakfasttickets to.
All in all, aside from the people and the awkwardness caused, it was a good stay. We’ll hope for better service next time we come back.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The chlorine smell was overwhelming in the lobby and it was even worse in the pool area. We couldn’t stay in the pool area for more than 5 minutes before we had rashes and had trouble breathing because of the chlorine. The room was not that great a broken receptacle cause me a minor zap. A random chair in the far corner that seemed wedged against the wall had a water stair or something on the foot rest part (we stayed away from that it looked like it had seen better days or was ready to just give up. Broken security lock on door, burn in curtain in a non smoking room, the curtain was hard to close, broken door stop on bathroom door, shower curtain was much too small for the shower which cause water to end up on the bathroom floor so much so that the bath mat couldn’t keep the floor without a small puddle. For a two night stay for two people we were given 3 towels. Thankfully I always bring my own towels. The jacuzzi tub was amazing though after we cleaned and disinfected it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The incessant pounding that started the second morning at 10am and went until who knows when ( we got so sick of it we drove over to Hershey for the day around noon). The first day at 4pm was when we first noticed the pounding at 6:30 we went for dinner because the noise was a bit much and came back around 9:30pm. The next day (second day) we found out when it started again it was construction 3 rooms away they were putting in flooring.

Les chambres sont très confortables et confortables. Les sentiers étaient absolument étonnants, entourés de caisses de livres et de zones de sièges confortables, tout entouré d'une histoire fascinante qui fait vraiment sentir l'Hôtel spécial et unique.
Les mots de Triplets étaient délicieux, et le café au café était tout aussi impressionnant un tel traitement pendant notre séjour. Il était incroyablement confortable d'être quelque part qui se sentait si sûr, bienvenu, et convenablement proche de tout ce qu'on avait besoin.
Je n'ai jamais été là sans que quelqu'un m'ouvre une porte ce niveau d'attention et d'hospitalité ne se passe pas inconscient. Tout le monde était chaud, conscient et vraiment utile tout au long de notre séjour.
Je dois mentionner en particulier Claire. Depuis notre arrivée jusqu'au jour où nous avons quitté, elle a fait notre séjour si confortable. Lorsque mon vol a été annulé, Claire est allé au-dessus et au-delà pour assurer mon fils et moi-même. Elle nous a aidé à naviguer sur nos changements de voyage et a facilité la situation stressante.
Merci de faire ce qui était déjà un voyage significatif encore plus mémorable. Nous nous retrouverons absolument!

Kids from the room next door were in our room when we got there because the connector door wasn’t locked. Then I noticed the shower was not clean and neither were the glasses by the sink. And the bathroom doors being closed still had a crack so you could see through. The mattress was clearly very old and 2 of the pillows were hard and lumpy. The view of the lake was great though.
We ate at the Two 45 grille and absolutely don’t recommend. $45 for 2 improperly made Flat Whites (90% milk) and 2 dry, flavorless breakfast sandwiches that came with a few bad potatoes. My fiancé LOVES potatoes and even he didn’t like them. We sat there for a long time waiting for our food and service. Once our food was dropped off we didn’t see our server again. She never asked how it was. Heck we didn’t even see her walking around helping anyone else either.
Lastly, the pool. The pictures on the website make the pool look so nice with a great view of the lake. FALSE. You have to be standing up outside of the pool to see the view and the pool is SMALL. Like anymore than 4 people from separate groups and it’s awkward. Also it was only 3’4”.
The gym was great, but that’s not enough reason for us to ever spend our money at a Sheraton again.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la taille de notre suite de salle de roi. Le réfrigérateur de taille complète était un énorme plus. Il a besoin d'attention au tapis dans la zone de la salle de séjour car il y a (ce qui semblait) des peintures de sauce de tomate et une peinture de jus. Il a été très gentil de nous avoir rejoints, et il est arrivé à la chambre parce que nous n'avons pas pu découvrir la télévision à l'intérieur.
Il n'y a qu'une minute de voyage à Presque Island State Park.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Windsor Suites. Idéalement situé, l'hôtel se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied de l'hôtel de ville et à proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants. On trouve également des restaurants dans le hall. La chambre était très spacieuse et disposait d'un dressing avec fer et table à repasser. Elle était également équipée d'un coin cuisine avec réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetière et ustensiles. La chambre était propre et très bien entretenue. Le personnel était très accueillant et serviable. En résumé, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et recommandons vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui séjournent à Philadelphie.

YousipFantastic hotel, the staff were amazing, very clean, and reasonably priced considering I was there for the World Cup match in Philly. I had a fantastic view of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge from my 5th-level room. They also have a very good self-serve coffee machine available 24 hours free of charge. Very happy with my stay overall.
