L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité très confortable et confortable. Le service de la chambre est très confortable et vous avez été très aimable. La chambre a beaucoup de places qui étaient belles et des tapis doux sur le fond des lits, bien que les tapis semblaient avoir besoin d'un lavage avec certains points de choses, malheureusement, ne pouvaient pas être utilisés. Nous avons apprécié de nous pendre au feu et de pouvoir marcher à la beauté du paysage de la rivière, de grands magasins et de choix alimentaires tels que la salle de repas GVL et la crème glacée à Marble Slab. Le petit déjeuner entre les arbres était étonnant - vous recommandez très bien les omelettes et les panqueques de bœuf !

I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this 3 bd 2 bath condo was. Maintenance and housekeeping were very responsive when we needed new batteries for the smoke detector and a trash pickup. I took away one star because I felt like the shower floor wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction and there wasn’t anywhere to place soap and shampoo inside the shower. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

L'alarme de feu s'est évacuée à environ 230m. L'intercom était disant évacuation. Ma famille a pris des escaliers pour évacuer mais c'était un faux alarme, craignant mon 7 ans si mauvais parce qu'il pensait qu'il était un feu parce que nous avions un mauvais feu de maison dans le passé. Je ne pouvais pas me reposer.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Mount Pleasant, Charleston. The facilities were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the gym and pool. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my visit even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great experience in Charleston.

La position géographique n'est pas à dire, c'est trop pratique, donc le restaurant rouge de cartes de base n'a pas besoin de se faire la file, il est très pratique de marcher. Les installations sont un peu vieilles et l'assainissement est bien.

today my id was expired and I had already booked my room for next night. my boyfriend was kicked out of my room with less than an hours notice and locked out of room, with not even all of our belongings while I was at work!!! no one at this hotel had the decency to inform me of their decision that they wouldn't except my expired ID and I needed to leave ASAP. and I had to get my refund from 3rd party sales Trips.com which said this booking would not be offering any refunds!! still waiting to hear back from them on refund!I will never go back there and would never recommend them to anyone after the rude people I had to deal with today!!!

We stayed as a family of five — three children and two adults — and overall everything was good. The only downside was that the sofa was a bit uncomfortable, but it was fine for the kids. One small issue: we found a tiny baby cockroach in the bathroom/toilet at night, probably came from somewhere. The staff were friendly and smiling. Our room wasn’t cleaned during the stay, but that was because we didn’t request it. The balcony was nice, and it’s clear the place was renovated not long ago — everything felt clean and pleasant. The heated pool and jacuzzi were a big plus, especially on the cold and windy days.
