Discovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

La réception était assez gentille pour me laisser check-in même si j'ai atteint à 12h! La chambre est grande et propre. Il a même un lavabo de pièces, qui est un plus important. Le café à côté de l'hôtel dispose de bons et abordables. Cependant, la preuve du son peut être améliorée, puisque je peux entendre les gens marcher dans ma chambre.

We had a great stay. We were able to check in early for a $25 fee. Which was great. Disappointed that it costs $50 to use the pool during this time. That’s just my opinion, it is stated on the website. So we weren’t surprised. But just a huge charge for a pool. Our room did have a lot of river gnat, as the front desk called it and lady bugs. They sprayed our room but it didn’t help. Great views. Easy walk to multiple locations. Front desk was amazing.

Comme nous avions un vol tôt le lendemain, la réception a soigneusement déplacé notre chambre dans un bâtiment plus proche du hall afin que nous puissions être récupérés directement en voiture (bien sûr, il y a un supplément). ” Les équipements de la chambre sont un peu vieux, mais ils sont propres. Le balcon principal est presque en face de l'aéroport. C'est très pratique. Peut-être que je choisirai cet hôtel la prochaine fois.

It's a direct shot from the airport, and then just a 14-minute walk from the station (which also connects to the mono rail to space needle. Je devrais avoir. La zone dans laquelle se trouvait l’hôtel semblait en grande partie sûre à proximité. Des listes d'informations ont été données. Points négatifs Je suis arrivé à Thanksgiving et j'ai demandé à la réception s'il y avait des offres de nourriture disponibles à proximité de l'hôtel et j'ai reçu des non-réponses…. Je me suis promené partout pour réaliser que la plupart des magasins étaient fermés. J'ai senti que la réception pourrait être plus utile. A été enfermé hors de la pièce lorsque la batterie de la porte est morte. J'ai dû monter et descendre et demander à la réception de m'accompagner pour m'assurer que la porte pouvait être rapidement réparée. J'avais l'impression qu'il pourrait y avoir plus d'initiative de la part de la réception, en particulier dans des situations comme celles-ci, ce qui, je le sais, n'est pas de leur faute, mais plutôt d'un problème de propriété. Mais une petite initiative peut faire beaucoup de chemin. La couverture était très fine et ne ressemblait pas à une véritable literie. Mais dans l’ensemble, j’ai apprécié mon séjour.

La chambre était de 1 pour la toilette et une autre pour la douche, ce qui ne serait pas trop mauvais, mais les portes sont des portes opaques qui ne sont pas fermées complètement, ne sont pas munies d'un latch et ne sont pas fermées. J'ai dû lier quelque chose entre le chemin de fer du douche et la porte de sorte que ma fille ne l'ouvrirait pas. Mais tout ce qui a fait de cet hôtel un livre facile pour la prochaine fois, nous avons besoin d'une chambre. 10/10 réservera à nouveau.
