Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

The breakfast buffet was really good. There wasn't too many selection but everything was good. The location is the best, it's connected to Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square , so it was perfect for Black Friday. Although there were 2 days where they missed the housekeeping, but after we called they came the next day. But overall it is good.

L'expérience n'a pas été grande, car elle ne sera pas une expérience mémorable et je vais probablement essayer un autre hôtel/hôtel la prochaine fois. Ce qui m'étonne vraiment, c'est que j'ai été à un cou de 3 hôtels de 3 étoiles dans le spokane qui étaient de la façon suivante et le double arbre est censé être une 4 étoiles. La chambre était assez propre mais il y avait quelques mises à jour peu chers, pas ce que je m'attendais à un hôtel 4 étoiles.

La position géographique de l'hôtel est excellente et très pratique au centre-ville. Le petit déjeuner est bon dans le restaurant de l'hôtel, les employés de l'hôtel sont enthousiastes et amis 😊

C'est bien au-delà des attentes.
