La chambre est très propre et très confortable. Belle douche et salle de bain de marbre table. Personnel amiable, petit déjeuner a beaucoup d'options, du pain à 3 types de yogurt et 4 types de céréales. Pine, kiwi et banane pour fruits et même un peu de fromage. La télévision est aussi très belle, sans problèmes de vidéos.
Recommander très pour le prix.

Superbe vue, l'attitude de service est très bonne!
Le petit frère de la réception est très heureux d'aider.
La chambre est très spéciale, il y a une plate-forme de spectacle à 200 mètres de la maison pour voir la montagne de neige!

Fantastic location for our shopping trip, as the hotel is just above the largest shopping mall, and really close to the city centre, good for restaurants and so on. We parked the car on arrival and didn't need to use it until we left.
We had a spacious room on the 6th floor, with a big balcony and sea view, two great king-sized beds and a giant TV.
There was a large desk, and a relaxing area with a comfy armchair and coffee table.This would have needed a lamp for reading or having a drink. The bathroom looked slightly jaded but was fine. Instead of a proper wardrobe, there was an open clothes-hanging rail area opposite the washbasin part of the bathroom, something I've never understood. I dislike not having a proper wardrobe with doors. Fortunately there are some large drawers in the TV table, which helped keep our things tidy.
Breakfast was good, except for the juices. The breakfast room is on the top floor, along with reception, a slightly unusual arrangement but which has a lovely view of the sea.
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

Las fotos de la publicación son demasiado lindas para lo que es el hotel realmente, sobre todo las fotos de las habitaciones, nada que ver con la realidad. El tipo de construcción hace que se escuche todo de una habitación a la otra. Es un hotel antiguo remodelado. No nos gustó, lo que sí destacamos el desayuno, muy bueno (se abona a parte no está incluido con el costo de la habitación). El wi-fi es malísimo. El frigobar estaba sucio y con hielo. El costo de la habitación es elevado para lo que es el hotel.

5 étoiles. Chambre grande handicapée. Dans la chambre frigo était froide. Le lit était ferme. Pression d'eau de douche sur chaud ******. Le froid était agréable si vous aimez une douche froide ... Le petit déjeuner était excellent et varié chaque jour. Parking gratuit. Grands ascenseurs. Grand AC. L'hôtel vous donne un passeport quotidien au club de fitness si vous le demandez.

IInvitéEn general, ningún punto débil, la comida muy buena en el restaurante, la simpatía de todo el personal sobresaliente, la piscina temperada muy agradable, el gimnasio de ultima generación invitaba a seguir la práctica sin cansancio...El Desayuno maravilloso, las habitaciones con hermosa vista, y completamente acústicas...Volveremos al Marriott de Puerto Montt, Chile. Lo recomendaría sin duda.

IInvitéThe hotel is in a spectacularly wonderful location, overlooking the lake. The only drawbacks for us were the beds (which were single beds), and the restaurant.
The buffet breakfast was fine, but that's where it came to a grinding halt was., unfortunately. Items on the menus were not available, and the quality of the food
was below par.
It's a shame because a hotel with wonderful views like that should have a good chef and a bustling restaurant. I don't know, but I don't think it got any external guests while we were there and if so, that would be the reason. I hasten to add that we did not eat any of the Chilean dishes on the menu, just the standard Western fare of pizzas or toasted sandwiches.
But the staff were wonderful - particularly Martin in the restaurant. Very friendly and helpful.

IInvitéTo be honest, Puerto Montt is not a great place to stay - it's a port city with not a lot going for it, other than it's close to the lakes district, and there's a ferry service that continues the road south to Patagonia. The hotel is similarly lack luster. The best bet is to move on to the lakes when you arrive at the airport, if that's where you're headed, and avoid Puerto Montt altogether. But if you're getting the ferry and need to stop overnight then the hotel is fine.

IInvitéAn excellent place to spend time in Puerto Varas. Clean and comfortable, with amazing views into the lake and volcanoes. Its location allows to use public transportation to move along the lake and city's downtown, allowing a good connection to many different touristic points and different towns along the lake (namely Ensenada, Petrohué, Frutillar, Puerto Montt, among others).

IInvitéThe hotel itself was lovely and very warm and comfy. The restaurant isn't in the same building, but not a drama, but for our supper we got charged nearly 100 thousand pesos, ny partners had eaten his food before I got my steak, out potatoes and chips were cold, and by time my steak finally arrived my chips were totally cold. Breakfast was fine and plentiful.

GGeorge OttHotel is modern. Has one handicapped room. No air conditioning. Great water pressure on shower. Firm bed. Great big flat-screen TV. OK Breakfast. Free parking. Pool was a bit cloudy, thought it might need some more chemicals so we stayed out... Road noise at night is horrible. Need screens on windows to keep bugs out.
