It is ok for budget conscious and light travellers. Otherwise one has to carry the luggage through a very narrow lane with concrete wall on both sides and then up a narrow flight of steps. It has a slanting ceiling which is less than 1.5m high in my room. I banged my head on to it several times whenever I walked further from my bed. Only children can sleep on that bed. Amenities are as expected of a guest house- no slipper, basic toiletries , no kettle and tea/coffee making. However, this is provided in the shared kitchen. Breakfast is very much local with coffee bread tomato fruits local biscuits and cheese. Location is off the main road and generally taxi is needed to get to city centre. The host should provide a door bell or intercom and a sign for arriving guest. Not able to communicate in English but the host tried very best to accommodate guest's request and used oral google translate to communicate.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel this weekend. First of all, Dilijan is very nice and small, and this hotel overlooks the cityscape from the hill. The way up is not very steep. It took us 10-15 minutes walk from the city center. The rooms are clean and nice, and the windows are lit with natural sunlight. I was especially fond of the bed, which was a massive wooden one, very stylish and comfortable. The bed is fluffy and warm. Everything is ok in the room, and it has a private bathroom, which is super comfortable too. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. They promptly answered all of my questions, and also let me leave my rucksack after checkout until my taxi arrived. I am very happy with my time there. This place is very nice, but I believe it will be nicer in summer because the hotel has a beautiful yard, and it was too cold now to sit there and enjoy the scenery.

Le restaurant est un hôtel de qualité très confortable et très confortable. Merci beaucoup à chacun d'eux, en particulier à Mme Hermine, qui est allée au-dessus et au-delà pour nous faire sentir partie d'une grande famille. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre familiale. La chambre était propre. Nous avons une vue magnifique sur la piscine. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Les gâteaux doivent être essayés. Nous avons apprécié le dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel et l'aimons absolument. C'est un peu coûteux mais il vaut la peine. Les activités de loisirs (baignoire, jacuzzi, sauna, gym et tennis de table) sont des activités aérobies et yoga à cet hôtel! Globalement, très recommandé !

We decided spontaneously to stay one night at Dilitown Resort Spa Hotel. The thermal area is very impressive, especially the whirlpool and the outdoor pool with wave function and counter-current system. It offers very good value for money. There was one slightly uncomfortable situation in the pool area, as a woman was livestreaming and filming herself, which felt a bit inappropriate. Apart from that, the hotel and the room were very good. The TV was great as well. The only downside was that the air conditioning was not working properly, and the room was very, very warm. Overall, it was an interesting and positive experience.

Everything is beyond our expectations! We had a quiet room with a beautiful view of the snowy mountains beyond the rooftop of the opposite building. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of high quality food items. The staff are attentive and helpful which made our morning meals very enjoyable. We highly recommend Dilijani Tun Hotel to anyone who is planning a trip here.

Отель просто как из сказки, оправдал все наши ожидания! Очень необычные, но продуманные до мелочей дома, ухоженная зеленая территория, по территории течет горная река. В доме очень чисто, белоснежное постельное белье, полотенца с эмблемой-круглой дверью домиков из Шира, капсульная кофе-машина, чайник и чайные пакетики, растворимый кофе, чабрец и мята для чая. Завтрак также очень большой и разнообразный. Пожалуй единственный непринципиальный минус-то, что отель не в центре Дилижана, а в самом его начале и до супермаркета нужно ехать минут 5-7, но можно заказывать доставку еды из ресторанов, такси также очень недорогое. Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Теперь все наши знакомые хотят в этот отель!

Чудесный отель. Свежее, чистое белье, чистота в домиках. Сами домики двухэтажные - на первом этаже кухня, гостиная, санузел. На втором этаже-две спальни и санузел с душевой. Есть свой выход на задний двор с мангалом и креслами-мешками. Есть балкончик из спальни с чудесным видом. Не секрет , что в Армении беда с центральным отоплением и мы ехали продрогнув, уже не ожидая тепла. Но на удивление , в доме было тепло. Мы еще попросили растопить нам камин. Очень уютно, тепло, красиво и тихо. Уголок тишины и спокойствия. А какие чудесные люди на ресепшене и работники- радушие одно

Были в отеле в июне 2026 г., вчетвером, бронировали два номера. Отель -скорее не отель, а дом отдыха, как называет своё детище сам хозяин - чисто семейное дело. Бронировали по отзывам, ехали с небольшими опасениями - в деревню, к тётке, в глушь, в Саратов - всё дальше от цивилизации. Но - все сомнения улетучились, как только подъехали к воротам) Встретил сам хозяин, всё подробно рассказал, показал, объяснил и провёл экскурсию по всей территории, она не очень большая но очень уж красива и уютна. То же самое и с номерами - небольшие, но в них есть всё, что только нужно, даже мини-бар с какими -то волшебными ценами). Из номеров шикарнейшие виды на горы, с территории виден монастырь, за отелем одиноко с гордым видом бродит соседский ослик, тишина, спокойствие, благодать самая настоящая). Каждый вечер мастер приглашает в гости хозяин приглашает всех гостей на посиделки у костра - вино, коньяк, чай, маршмеллоу, беседы обо всём на свете (не хватало только гитары для полноты картины из далёкого советского детства) и, как финальный аккорд - жарится на костре картошка)) Как описать весь кайф происходящего - не знаю, таланта литературного не хватает. Русские у костра были только мы вчетвером, разговоры велись на русском и на армянском и к концу вечера я ощущал себя уже немножко армянином и , как мне казалось, начал понимать армянский язык)) Отдельная песня - это еда. нет, ЕДА. Свежие продукты, заботливые и умелые руки - и вот уже наворачиваются слёзы от полной идентичности оладушек тем, что готовили наши бабушки. Вкусно - абсолютно всё, лучших завтраков не было за всё наше путешествие (у нас были включены только завтраки, но - можно за доплату (совершенно безболезненную) заказать и обед и ужин, что мы и делали). Из развлекательной программы - есть баня (не успели сходить) и через хозяина заведения поездки к различным локациям - мы съездили на гору Димац ( ехать туда просто необходимо, это стоит и времени, и денег, ибо восторг - невероятный). Резюмируя - однозначно рекомендуется к проживанию, очень хочется вернуться и на подольше.

C'est un hôtel de vacances écologique, mais il faut conduire 1.6 kilomètres comme la figure 6 pour atteindre cette maison comme dans la forêt. La route n'est pas très plate pour un SUV. Le personnel de l'hôtel est enthousiaste et très aide. Le paquet ne commence pas avant neuf heures du matin. Il y a trois chiens à l'hôtel, dont un berger noir est très intelligent et est âgé de sept mois et agréable.
