IInvitéI would like to share my wonderful experience staying at Mercure Pangkalan Bun. The hotel is excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. The food was also delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
After a long 6–7 hour business trip through off-road conditions, I did not regret choosing this hotel as a place to rest and relax. It was truly a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Had been staying with Swiss Bel-Hotel whenever I visit Palangkaraya. The room has always been well maintained and cleaned making the stay great. Food has always been delicious and in the recent stay there is a change of menu. The only feedback is due the high popularity, the traffic whenever drive towards carpark can get complicated whenever there is an event held at the hotel. Else I will definitely recommend to book a room with them and I will visit again!

IInvitéBeautiful and clean hotel with a very friendly staff. The tvs in the room are a bit small and the wifi needs a little boost. The food is delicious whether ordering room service or eating in the dinning area. Have stayed at this hotel several times and plan to use again in the future.

IInvitéHotel yang benar-benar ramah buat anak anak.. Menu sarapannya pun beragam dan ada banyak pilihan yang disukai anak-anak serta posisi kolam renang yang membuat kami mudah megawasi anak anak berenang. Lokasinya strategis, dekat dengan masjid.. Pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan bagi seluruh keluarga. Untuk harga kamar sangat terjangkau… next time balik lagi ke hotel ini bila ada kesempatan ke Palangkaraya..
