Le service est moyen, l'hygiène est engourdie et le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas la peine d'être mentionné. Heureusement, l'emplacement est correct. C'est un endroit calme dans un endroit très fréquenté, à proximité d'une zone densément peuplée.
J'ai réservé une chambre twin. Je n'ai pas fait attention à la réservation et c'était pour une seule personne, j'ai donc donné un prétexte à l'hôtel pour facturer 110 euros supplémentaires. Je vous rappelle de faire attention la prochaine fois lors de la réservation d'une chambre.

La réception de l'hôtel est très intime. Bien qu'il soit un hôtel rapide, il est très propre, très nouveau, je me sens bien d'avoir un peu de goût de décoration.
Le petit déjeuner est aussi rationnel, pas riche, mais très délicieux et très nutritif.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall.
Location: The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy local dining options. Everything I wanted to see was within walking distance, which was a huge plus.
Breakfast: The breakfast variety was impressive! There were plenty of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries, which provided a great start to my day.
Bar:The hotel bar was another highlight of my stay. It had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The cocktail selection was creative, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making it a great spot to relax and socialize.

Austria Trend Hotel Congress Innsbruck is conveniently located about ten minutes from the bustling Altstadt. Bus stops are situated just outside the hotel, and the funicular station is right at the doorstep, making it very easy to get around. There is also a supermarket next to the hotel, which is convenient for picking up snacks or drinks.
We arrived at around one in the afternoon, before the official check in time. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage, which gave us the freedom to head out and explore. When we returned later in the evening, the check in process was smooth and efficient, and we were assigned a room on level two.
The room was large and spacious, with ample space to relax. There were chairs and a table, which made it comfortable for resting after a long day out. The bathroom was equally spacious and came with a bathtub. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a little too soft for our preference. Also, the footsteps from the room above could be heard but remained quiet during silent hours. Housekeeping and towel changes were done daily.
Overall, the hotel offered great comfort and excellent value for money. It was a very pleasant stay and a solid choice for anyone visiting Innsbruck.

prix-performance est ok. Vous ne devriez pas attendre trop. Les chambres sont très petites mais propres. Les lits sont bons. La tête de douche était malheureusement cassé. L'eau s'injecte partout. Pas de savon, pas de shampooing, Fion vous pouvez emprunter, réception a pu le jour de checkout seulement anglais, très basic breakfast, rien extraordinaire mais totalement OK

Je dois remercier Ctrip.
Il y a eu une forte tempête de neige à Munich le 2 et la circulation a été perturbée. Le service client de Ctrip a travaillé dur pour prolonger la chambre jusqu'au 3 (normalement aucun remboursement ne sera effectué le même jour).
En ce qui concerne Innsbruck, les meilleurs hôtels se trouvent tous dans les montagnes, car ce sont tous des personnes autonomes en vacances au ski, et la gare est préparée pour les touristes de courte durée. Malgré cela, il est difficile de trouver une chambre, alors ne vous attendez pas à un bon rapport qualité-prix.
Cet hôtel est très proche de la gare, à 300 mètres et prend moins de 5 minutes. En face de l'hôtel se trouve un chantier de construction. Il n'y a pas de bruit mais il y a des ouvriers et les rideaux ne s'ouvrent pas.
La chambre était très petite, juste la taille de deux lits, mais le lit était très confortable et les draps étaient bons, mais les oreillers étaient trop mous et je n'ai pas demandé de chambre supplémentaire si je suis arrivé trop tard.
Il est compréhensible que l'Europe ne dispose pas de 7 petits articles de toilette, mais cet hôtel coûte 1 700 yuans la nuit et c'est dommage qu'il ne fournisse même pas de café instantané normal et de thé en sachet.

Alpenpark Seefeld is, from an architectural and spa perspective, a high-quality hotel.
The materials, interior design and spa facilities show that a lot of investment and effort went into the physical space.
What failed completely during my stay was human communication.
A small misunderstanding regarding food turned into a deeply uncomfortable experience, not because of the rules themselves, but because of how rigidly and mechanically they were enforced.
Instead of clarifying expectations or simply explaining the system calmly, the staff reacted in a defensive, automated way, as if they were protecting a conveyor belt rather than speaking to a person.
At no point did anyone try to understand what I actually meant.
Instead, the situation was subtly reframed so that I appeared as someone “demanding something for free”, which was never the case. This role reversal felt humiliating and unnecessary — and it happened solely because no one paused for a moment to communicate as a human being.
The same pattern appeared again when I addressed the fact that my room heating was not working for two nights (later confirmed by technicians).
The response was not concern or responsibility, but a procedural answer: “You should have said something earlier, now nothing can be done.”
What connects these situations is not bad luck, but a systemic mindset:
rules over people, procedures over reality, defense over understanding.
This hotel does not have a problem with facilities.
It has a problem with conveyor-style perception of guests, where the goal seems to be closing interactions quickly rather than actually resolving them.
I am writing this not out of anger, but in the hope that the team pauses and reflects:
How did a paying guest end up feeling diminished, unheard, and mislabeled — in a hotel of this level?
With a shift toward real communication and accountability, Alpenpark Seefeld could be excellent.
Without it, even beautiful interiors cannot compensate for the emotional damage caused by robotic service.

I was transferred to this hotel, i booked *junior suite* room with double sized bed. Sounds good right ? But it’s so, so.
Prior to check in, their policy is 2:30 pm. on the app is 2 pm. I arrived 1:36 and the reception want to charged me 15 euros, Instead I wait. She is rude, it reminds me the reviews, she is No customer service background.
The view from window is amazing, room is clean, bed is comfortable. However, shower is too short from the corner, I’m small but still not able to stand. Toiletries is on place, no room sleeper for cold floor. No mini bar, no tea or coffee (available in reception with charge), no pen and paper on desk and other basics on 4 star categories. The room is on attic, limited low ceiling.
Breakfast was basic, by the way the 2 young ladies are friendly, could be the trainees. What nice from selection is fresh orange juice from the machine, and freshly slice cured meat. The same lady from the reception is touching food with bare hand. Thanks I’m done of breakfast.
Sauna is stated as part of hotel facilities however it’s not functional on my 2 days stay. Reception said you have to wait 1.5 hours or to have notice ahead of time.
Overall, my first visit in Innsbruck was great however with this hotel was the last. Not guests service oriented.

UUtilisateur anonymeThe location is very good, right in the old town, you can walk around every day. It's near the Marktplaz bus stop, making it convenient to take the bus to go sightseeing. The day I arrived at the hotel at 10:00, I was able to check in right away, but I got a room on the 1st floor, on the hotel parking lot side, which made it noisy and smelled of cigarettes all the time. I couldn't open the window, but luckily the hotel had air conditioning. Overall, I was impressed. The front desk staff provided very good service. If you stay at the hotel for 2 nights or more, you also get a welcome card.

Nous avons une vue magnifique au coin de notre séjour et tous les autres amis ont une grande vue sur la montagne ainsi que de leur chambre. Tout le monde était surpris par la vue et nous avons fini par rester à dîner au lieu de sortir.

IInvitéLe prix que nous avons payé (€350/night) nous attendions plus. L'hôtel nous a facturé 200+ euros supplémentaires pour ajouter nos enfants à nos deux suites royales. Les toilettes étaient minces et écrasantes et ne sont que plus grandes que les vêtements de table. Quel hôtel «4-star» n'offre pas à ses clients une option de repas quand ils savent qu'ils sont au moins a20-min à pied de tous les plats voisins? Nous sommes très déçus de ce séjour et ne pouvons pas le recommander en bonne conscience.

I had a great experience staying at a hotel right in the center of Innsbruck. The location was perfect — close to the old town, shops, and public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very calm. One of the highlights was the breakfast in the morning — a good variety of fresh options to start the day. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Innsbruck!
