Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Santa Catarina, Brésil

Ma déception a été avec la réception. la gestion doit former et mieux forger l'équipe de la réception.L'air conditionné n'était pas en bonne santé et la seconde nuit a rompu de matin.J'ai été hébergée pendant 7 jours et je ne m'attendais pas à passer Donc, dans un hôtel 4 étoiles encore payant un tarif élevé sur Réveillon. La piscine est un délicieux et le petit-déjeuner est très bon et l'academie est petite plus donné à utiliser.

Le signal TV ne fonctionnait pas correctement. J'ai appelé un technicien qui est venu le réparer, mais le problème est réapparu peu après (j'ai fini par abandonner). L'accueil au bar était désagréable. La cabine de douche faisait un bruit infernal, visiblement sans huile, et la ventilation de la chambre laissait à désirer. Voilà mon avis.

Excellent location, mais nous sommes restés dans une chambre qui donne le pied et le bruit de la nuit était très inquiétant. Les fenêtres ne séparent pas le bruit. Tout le reste, bien.

My room was on the second floor of the building. It was noisy because apparently there is an event location beneath it and people laying at the pool had direct visability into my room.  I requested a king bed but got instead two single beds. Breakfast was ok but highly frequented. So not exactly a calm place. Coffee was not my sense of taste and quality. No questions had been asked during checkout about any feedback.

I cannot stress how DECEPTIVE this hotel listing is so I made sure to include pictures. The hotel is made to look much better than it is in reality. We got no room service when we were there, our bed was broken, the drain still had hair on it and the person who handed us the key took the bedding out of the spare bed as we went in. It is a massive disrespect to the consumer to have paid so much on this hotel that is of such inferior quality. I have stayed at other hotels that were a fraction of the price and had immense lu better quality. I have attached pictures so that no one else gets scammed.

Great communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi. The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

I learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.

The hotel is in a very good location. I stayed there 3 different times and the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is pretty standard and the rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were good. I would stay there again, it is comfortable and convenient. Wish all room categories would have robes and slippers available.

La chambre est spacieuse, le petit-déjeuner est bon et l'hôtel est situé en plein centre-ville, au calme, à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques. Il y a parfois la queue pour le petit-déjeuner aux heures de pointe.

Hotel de fácil acesso, bem localizado, recepção muito atenciosa, atendimento excelente, quartos super limpos, café incrível, o bar nem se fala, várias opções de bebidas e drinks , vale a pena
