The reason I gave lower score on service was that I booked this room specifically because it was “1 King POOLSIDE ROOM - DIRECT POOL ACCESS” And I got there late, like minutes before 11PM but booked room around 7PM. The man at front desk was kind and quick and gave me my cards for suite saying 3rd floor. When I got into suite I gave my son a bath and then went to look out window and saw the parking lot. I was like ***. So I called front desk and lady answered and I was like *** and explained it and she apologized and said that the suite I was supposed to get had plumbing issues so they ‘upgraded’ my suite instead. Saying it’s the executive suite which is much bigger (online cost $5-$10 more than one with poolside/pool access). I asked if it was really an upgrade if it didn’t have access to pool? Again she apologized, and I said well I think I should have been called or emailed stating that after booking and given the option to have a refund or choice of ‘upgrade’, or at the least those offers when I came to front desk! Not go to suite without telling me and me getting settled bathing my son before noticing ***. Was not impressed by that at all as I would’ve asked for refund instead since I booked it for that specific purpose, direct pool access. Aside from that upset the suite was incredibly nice, could’ve used a box of Kleenex for each room, but everything was clean and they let me do a 12pm check out (not free obviously). Breakfast was included and it was buffet/continental that was so much better than expected and really great with many many options. All the staff were nice and friendly. Aside from not being told about my suite being unavailable and not given option for upgrade or refund both at time of booking AND at front desk when checking in, I would’ve given 5star rating. The location would be ideal if I was travelling to Winnipeg given how close it is to airport, but I live here so it not being closer to home is not ideal, which any hotel around the airport would’ve rated that the same. Photos of room I should’ve got though layout was the same, but the view was not.

L'hôtel est situé dans le centre-ville, dans le centre de la conférence de proximité, avec un parking à domicile facile pour les conducteurs, les services et attitudes des employés sont très présents et polis. Le petit déjeuner est toujours choisi et vous serez à nouveau la prochaine fois.

L'hôtel est un peu daté, mais le personnel a fait un grand travail pour le garder à l'aise et propre. Contrôlez-vous rapidement sans ennuis. Le personnel est sympa et utile. Une chose à signaler est que l'hôtel n'a pas d'ascenseur. Nous avons dû porter nos sacs sur les escaliers.

La seule raison pour laquelle la propreté est estimée à 3 est que notre chambre a eu un odeur (pas mauvais, il ne pouvait être que les produits de nettoyage), mais qu'elle était propre. Le service était magnifique, tous les travailleurs à ceux qui restaient amis, c'est un environnement très bienvenu et chaud. Le petit déjeuner qui vient avec l'hôtel a vraiment dépassé nos attentes, les œufs REAL, les meilleurs brouillards de hash, et le toast était bacon était aussi bon. Ils ont un pantry/peu de magasin de confort dans le lobby, et je dirais que les prix sont raisonnables, je les attendrais certainement plus. Les lits sont sur le côté du plus rigide, mais les pillows sont de bonne qualité.

C' est un bon séjour , personne de bureau frontal et les chauffeurs de navette aéroport sont tous très agréables et amicals

La chambre est très propre et confortable avec toutes les cons mod - plus spacieux que la plupart dans cette position centrale dans une ville capitale et le prix était très raisonnable pour tous à votre disposition. Le personnel était très utile, organisant notre taxi et nous permettant de rester dans la chambre après avoir vérifié le temps, afin que nous puissions refroidir avant de partir pour l'aéroport. Le bar est un hôtel qui se trouve dans une zone proche de restaurants et bars à repas rapides. Le matin suivant, les bin hommes nous ont réveillés à 5 h. Rien ne peut faire de cela, mais si vous envisagez cet hôtel et ne partez pas jusqu'à ce que vous vous demandez une chambre sur un étage haut de la rue.

Location is good. It's central to Winnipeg downtown and within walking distance to many attractions. Room was fine but our requests were not fulfilled. We asked for a quiet room away from the lift but our room was right by the lift and the room next door had a dog. Housekeeping was every other day, and some amenities were low on day 1 such as tissue paper and towels. We had to go to the front desk to request extra supplies. Breakfast was good. The hot water dispenser had a coffee aftertaste which did not mix well with my tea. Additional fruit options would have been nice, only apples and limited bananas. Overall, the stay was fine.

Our bedroom seemed like it was cleaned until we spent time in the room during the evening. Our bed sheets were dirty, and the jets in the jacuzzi had weird foam in them. When we called the desk, they quickly came with clean bedding. The following day, they cleaned our room perfectly without us asking. The lady who checked us in went above and beyond her job. She was accommodating, super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We even got an amazing deal on the show because we were staying at the hotel. She definitely made up for the gross room we walked into.

Booked using trip.com app. Third stay at this location. Great location. Good parking. Efficient check-in. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower had great power and wall mounted shampoos and washes were a nice touch. Buffet breakfast including various fruit, hot and cold cereals, yogurts, bacon, turkey sausage (and more) was tasty. Service at breakfast by several young ladies was friendly and attentive. We loved speaking to Ruby who is a wonderful ambassador of hospitality for the Inn. Check out was fast and easy. Thank you to all! Will be back soon!
