المكان جميل بكل تفاصيله .. الشالية تبعد بضع خطوات من البحر حيث يمكنك النوم على اصوات الموج بكل وضح اثناء الليل .. المرافق نظيفة وهنالك اهتمام يومي بتنظيف المرافق لراحة النزلاء.. الشاطىء يتم تنظيفة حرفياً بشكل يومي من الاعشاب ويتم تقليب الرمل لجعله نظيف ومتألق كل يوم والموظفين يقدمون لك مياه بارده في حافظات الثلج ودروس لتمدد لجعل استمتاعك يصل لاعلى الدرجات… كما يوجد ملعب بادل برسوم اضافية لعشاق البادل.. تنوع المطاعم الكفيهات داخل الفندق يغنيك كثير من الاحيان عن الذهاب للمارينا حيث يوجد العديد من الخيارات سواءاً مطاعم او مقاهي او سوبرماركت وبعض محلات الازياء.. كل شيء رائع ويفوق الوصف.. اخيراً وليس اخراً اشكر جميع العاملين في الفندق على حسن الضيافة وخصوصاً الاخت كارولين

L'hôtel est très bien, le personnel est bon, il fait des concessions, mais le seul ne peut résoudre le problème avec l'entrée dans le KPP, 20 minutes à l'heure de mon approbation, montrant ma réservation. Et ainsi, en ce qui concerne les aliments et l'hébergement 10/10

Hotel Marina 1 – an absolutely wonderful place to stay!
We stayed here recently and were truly impressed. First of all, I have to highlight the impeccable cleanliness – our room was spotless every single day, with fresh towels and meticulous housekeeping. The whole hotel feels so cozy and welcoming, making it a real home away from home.
A huge shout-out to the kitchen team – the food is outstanding! Breakfasts are an absolute delight: incredibly tasty, hearty, and wonderfully varied. Every morning there was a great selection, so even the pickiest eaters would find something to enjoy.
The only minor downside was some nighttime noise, but it's totally understandable – the FIFA World Cup is currently taking place, and there were big-screen live match broadcasts outside that went on until the early morning hours. For football fans, it's actually a huge bonus! And honestly, it didn't ruin our experience at all.
We would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, delicious food, and spotless cleanliness!

La position de l'hôtel est très bonne, la sortie est la plage blanche, très proche du casino de l'Egypte, il est pratique de voyager, il est plus pratique de venir ici pour garer, c'est que l'été est un grand nombre de personnes locales en Égypte. Mais il n'y a personne instantanément après l'école, l'environnement est encore bon

I opted for the sea view room this time, and the scenery is truly indescribable; the beauty of the view is something you have to experience in person. The service remains top-notch across the board. I would like to specifically commend Moataz at the front desk for his professionalism and class. Additionally, Another Moataz at the outdoor lounge was exceptional. He is the epitome of authentic service and creates a magnificent atmosphere for every guest. His ability to connect with people while maintaining a high standard of hospitality is impressive, and he clearly possesses the leadership qualities of a manager. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect stay.

IInvitéStaff service attitude is very enthusiastic and friendly, I forgot to inform the front desk staff need two beds, after entering the room, the staff immediately called the front desk to notify the change, he sent us directly to the new room, another staff gave us the room card, very high responsiveness, saved a lot of time.
The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, the toilets are well-equipped, and it was the first of the seven hotels I stayed in during my travels in Egypt that had slippers available and the bathing equipment was branded ELLE, which enhanced the image of the hotel.
The inquiry desk colleagues across from the front desk were very professional, and I answered questions about transportation times to the city center and restaurants, etc., and the answers were clear and accurate.
The breakfast restaurant is also the richest I have encountered, whether it is the variety of juices, the variety of bread and cheese, beyond my imagination.
As for the swimming pool and beach, since I spent all my time exploring the nearby tourist attractions, I didn’t have time to experience it in person, I could only watch it from the balcony of the room, but I felt that the beach part should be good.
The ATM machine in the hotel lobby is a good facility, which is very convenient for guests.
Only some shops are missing.
The hotel as a whole has been comparable to many international brand hotels.

AAhmad Adel HassanOverall way a lovely relaxing stay. The resort is generally clean and well maintained. The rooms we booked were spacious and have a nice view on the beach. The breakfast is good but the quality and the cooking could be better.
The beach is not large but there were always spots available. The water is calm and warm (in September) as it is an artificial bay not the open sea water making it very suitable for families with small kids. This is a plus since the many days the mediterranean can be high and unswimmable. The sea bed has some black sand underneath with faul odour but generally it is covered and not directly noticeable.
The main downside is the location. It is about 30 minutes drive from the city center, with virtually no services around. One has to order either a taxi or have a car to move around. But there are delivery services if you need food if you ask the reception, as it might require an arabic speaker.
Lastly, the staff are very friendly and were always eager to help.

• My reservation did not appear in their system, and they seemed surprised that I had booked through Trip.
• I had to wait for more than an hour.
• Honestly, I was hoping that when Ms. Sarah requested a chalet near the pool and water games, it would be a warm welcome, but unfortunately, my request was not fulfilled.
• Children under 12 stay for free.
• The hotel’s activities are weak, but there are water games for children.
• The beach is beautiful.
• The hotel’s location is far from the main attractions.
• Suitable for a stay of only two to three days.

MMarawanGood luxury hotel, about 2 hours away from main city Alexandria. Was quite empty when we visted (1st week of October). The room was very clean and comfy, beach was great and the staff are very pleasant. We didn't get to try the pools but they seemed good too. Selection for breakfast and dinner was good, if not exquisite.
My only small remark is that at this price range, I have stayed in more luxurious hotels in Hurghada, with all-inclusive access and better reataurants. It's a small nitpick, but I had to say it, since most hotels at this price range are quite close in quality and only the small details differ. I do understand the closeness advantage for north coast hotels vs Hurghada so that must be factored into the price.

La première fois, il y a un sentiment de retour à l'extérieur. La chambre est écrite manuellement avec cartes de bienvenue, très chaleureuse. La chambre est équipée d'une machine à café Nespresso et offre 6 cannes de café gratuites (3 cannes d'altitude, 3 cannes de moyenne); Le minibar offre gratuitement 11 boissons, 8 sacs de sacs et au moins 4 cafés à café rapides (au moins 4 dans l'impression). Le service de 24 heures du restaurant a été validé et les enfants ont demandé des produits de chocolat, des sauces à wafer et des pancakes. En résumé, l'expérience de l'hôtel est très bonne, en particulier l'attitude de service, qui est l'un des meilleurs hôtels en Égypte. Marassi est un groupe d'hôtels et de communautés. Un hôtel pour les personnes qui séjournent dans ce système peut aller dans le golf en voiture vers la plage ou le restaurant d'autres hôtels, et étendre le champ d'activité.
