This is my second time staying at this property, and it continues to exceed my expectations. I opted for the sea view room this time, and the scenery is truly indescribable; the beauty of the view is something you have to experience in person. The service remains top-notch across the board. I would like to specifically commend Moataz at the front desk for his professionalism and class. Additionally, Another Moataz at the outdoor lounge was exceptional. He is the epitome of authentic service and creates a magnificent atmosphere for every guest. His ability to connect with people while maintaining a high standard of hospitality is impressive, and he clearly possesses the leadership qualities of a manager. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect stay.

Staff service attitude is very enthusiastic and friendly, I forgot to inform the front desk staff need two beds, after entering the room, the staff immediately called the front desk to notify the change, he sent us directly to the new room, another staff gave us the room card, very high responsiveness, saved a lot of time. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, the toilets are well-equipped, and it was the first of the seven hotels I stayed in during my travels in Egypt that had slippers available and the bathing equipment was branded ELLE, which enhanced the image of the hotel. The inquiry desk colleagues across from the front desk were very professional, and I answered questions about transportation times to the city center and restaurants, etc., and the answers were clear and accurate. The breakfast restaurant is also the richest I have encountered, whether it is the variety of juices, the variety of bread and cheese, beyond my imagination. As for the swimming pool and beach, since I spent all my time exploring the nearby tourist attractions, I didn’t have time to experience it in person, I could only watch it from the balcony of the room, but I felt that the beach part should be good. The ATM machine in the hotel lobby is a good facility, which is very convenient for guests. Only some shops are missing. The hotel as a whole has been comparable to many international brand hotels.

Hotel Marina 1 – an absolutely wonderful place to stay! We stayed here recently and were truly impressed. First of all, I have to highlight the impeccable cleanliness – our room was spotless every single day, with fresh towels and meticulous housekeeping. The whole hotel feels so cozy and welcoming, making it a real home away from home. A huge shout-out to the kitchen team – the food is outstanding! Breakfasts are an absolute delight: incredibly tasty, hearty, and wonderfully varied. Every morning there was a great selection, so even the pickiest eaters would find something to enjoy. The only minor downside was some nighttime noise, but it's totally understandable – the FIFA World Cup is currently taking place, and there were big-screen live match broadcasts outside that went on until the early morning hours. For football fans, it's actually a huge bonus! And honestly, it didn't ruin our experience at all. We would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, delicious food, and spotless cleanliness!

The hotel in general is very good, we enjoyed our 4 days stay there. There were some comments to be considered: 1) the WIFI network is very week their network passwords are always not working due to max. limit of users reached. 2) the food quality is very good, but the variety is limited, refill is done. 3) My reservation was Halve Board (Breakfast & Dinner) but during the dinner and Lunch all drinks were not included, and you have to pay for them 4) it is better if you have sea shoes, the sea sand has some small stones and some plants, but it is accepted.

Points négatifs : • Ma réservation n'apparaissait pas dans leur système et ils ont semblé surpris que j'aie réservé via Trip. • J'ai dû attendre plus d'une heure. • J'espérais sincèrement être bien accueillie lorsque Mme Sarah a demandé un chalet près de la piscine et des jeux aquatiques, mais malheureusement, sa demande n'a pas été satisfaite. • Les enfants de moins de 12 ans séjournent gratuitement. • Les activités proposées par l'hôtel sont peu nombreuses, mais il y a des jeux aquatiques pour les enfants. • La plage est magnifique. • L'hôtel est situé loin des principales attractions touristiques. • Convient pour un séjour de deux à trois jours seulement.

L’hôtel est juste magnifique. L’emplacement est stratégique. Les facilités sont au top. À la réception, le meilleur est M. oussama Selim, il est serviable et généreux. Il nous a assuré notre réservation même avant notre arrivée. Un grand merci à monsieur Faramawy the room division and all the stuff Amira Essa et Abdallah Mohamed. Good luxury hotel, about 2 hours away from main city Alexandria. Was quite empty when we visted (1st week of October). The room was very clean and comfy, beach was great and the staff are very pleasant. We didn't get to try the pools but they seemed good too. Selection for breakfast and dinner was good, if not exquisite. My only small remark is that at this price range, I have stayed in more luxurious hotels in Hurghada, with all-inclusive access and better reataurants. It's a small nitpick, but I had to say it, since most hotels at this price range are quite close in quality and only the small details differ. I do understand the closeness advantage for north coast hotels vs Hurghada so that must be factored into the price.

Very good hotel, we stayed their for 3 nights bed and breakfast. The hotel is fairly new, the administration is new and still learning but the rooms were awesome. New TVs with good internet, beach access was also great. It was not crowded and you always find a place to sit right on the beach. The food on the breakfast and dinner was always different each day. One small thing is that desserts were not always fresh nor the bakeries. I think with more load on the hotel this can be fixed but because the amount of residents is small they were taking less attention to these details. Overall it is a great place to stay with awesome beach. Definitely recommend

المكان جميل بكل تفاصيله .. الشالية تبعد بضع خطوات من البحر حيث يمكنك النوم على اصوات الموج بكل وضح اثناء الليل .. المرافق نظيفة وهنالك اهتمام يومي بتنظيف المرافق لراحة النزلاء.. الشاطىء يتم تنظيفة حرفياً بشكل يومي من الاعشاب ويتم تقليب الرمل لجعله نظيف ومتألق كل يوم والموظفين يقدمون لك مياه بارده في حافظات الثلج ودروس لتمدد لجعل استمتاعك يصل لاعلى الدرجات… كما يوجد ملعب بادل برسوم اضافية لعشاق البادل.. تنوع المطاعم الكفيهات داخل الفندق يغنيك كثير من الاحيان عن الذهاب للمارينا حيث يوجد العديد من الخيارات سواءاً مطاعم او مقاهي او سوبرماركت وبعض محلات الازياء.. كل شيء رائع ويفوق الوصف.. اخيراً وليس اخراً اشكر جميع العاملين في الفندق على حسن الضيافة وخصوصاً الاخت كارولين

The hotel is very nice, clean, and well maintained. Its location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, which made it very convenient. However, the beach is quite small, and the water sports activities operate very close to the swimming area. They take up a large portion of the beach, making it noisy and less enjoyable for guests who simply want to relax and swim. The staff were generally friendly, but I found the reception team to be less helpful than expected. Overall, I have mixed feelings about this hotel. While I enjoyed many aspects of my stay, I don't think I would choose to stay here again.
