This has to be on of the best hotels I’ve ever visited! Christian’s hotel is modern, bright, scrupulously clean and with all the mod cons you could ask for, but their real claim to fame has to be the staff. Many hotels claim their staff are there to give guests a good experience - but at this hotel they really are! At every level, staff went out of their way to check everything was OK for me, put right any issues, and actively look for ways to please me. Examples are: 1) when I dropped coffee at breakfast the girl who came to help wouldn’t start cleaning the mess until she’d made sure I hadn’t been scalded or stained my clothes, 2) my toothpaste was near it’s end - I returned to find a ‘tube squeezer’ to help empty it, 3) I travel with medication and returned to find a very useful pill box put next to the packets! All fairly small gestures, but they demonstrate how the staff go out of their way for their guests. The food at breakfast was of top quality, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. My only disappointment was that I had to move on to another city - I would have preferred to stay at Christian’s for longer!!

Je voyagerai plusieurs fois par mois dans le port de Hangzhou et je resterai à l'hôtel Wanxia chaque fois. À la station de métro de Duishu Lake, je vais bientôt aller à l'hôtel. Les belles femmes qui sont à la réception du 1er étage sont toujours si gentilles et si gentilles. Les chambres qui m'ont été organisées sont très satisfaites chaque fois. L'environnement de l'hôtel est bon, les installations sont complètes, le transport est pratique, l'hygiène propre, le service est superbe!!

Je suis venu ici pour réserver un forfait avec billets. C'est idéal pour les forces spéciales en voyage d'affaires. Il se trouve à l'ouest, à 500 m du poste d'entrée. Bien qu'il soit situé dans les grottes de Longmen, il ne se trouve pas dans la zone panoramique payante. Il est donc impossible de se lever tôt ou d'y aller la nuit pour admirer la vue nocturne. La zone de circulation n'est pas visible à l'intérieur du poste de contrôle. Seule la vue nocturne des grottes est visible dans la partie nord. La section du Grand Bouddha se trouve dans la partie sud. Il est recommandé de prendre un taxi et de laisser la navette vous conduire directement à la communauté de Hedong. Ce sera plus proche que de vous rendre à l'hôtel Dongshan, et vous n'aurez pas à emprunter la route de montagne sinueuse. Service : Un thé glacé à l'eau citronnée est servi à votre arrivée, ce qui est plus adapté en été que de boire un thé chaud. Le petit-déjeuner est trop court. Le petit-déjeuner se termine à 9h30 et vous manquerez le petit-déjeuner à 10h à votre réveil. Équipements : La chambre est spacieuse et neuve.

I especially appreciated the dry and wet separation in the bathroom—a small detail that makes a big difference in daily convenience. Service: The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming. Skvelý Excellent stay with amazing atmosphere, highly recommended! Room: Very spacious. Firm beds, great pillows, and duvets. Perfect for a good night's sleep. Hotel: Elegant interior design. Delicious and excellent breakfast choices. Location: Right next to the lake with a pedestrian zone. Great evening atmosphere with street singers. Staff: Highly professional, kind, and helpful. Great English speakers, used a translator when needed. Negative: Requested a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke despite the ”No Smoking” sign on the table. Overall a fantastic experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

先説基本條件，本人先後僅僅兩次前往新縣，巧合的是兩次都在同一酒店，同一房間，推開窗户，傲視潢河，一覽無窮！出門漫步河岸，春風徐來，是難有的愜意！有過小橋，是新縣廣場，全縣中心！忙完了，可以驅車西河，感受那裡人少景美好風水，也可以騎行鄂豫皖蘇區首府，仰視英雄，迴歸初心！

Équipements : Ascenseur, espace public de loisirs et de divertissement, et possibilité de se restaurer et de profiter de la vue au cinquième étage, très animé le soir. Chambre : Propre, calme et confortable. Services spéciaux : Parking gratuit, navette gratuite pour le temple Shaolin et bornes de recharge dans la boutique. Séjour recommandé !

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Stayed for 6 nights. I do not usually give poor reviews as I know competition amongst hotels is tough but I do want to share my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. Overall, my stay was alright but not outstanding (probably subpar for China’s hospitality standards). An aspect I enjoyed was the location. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Yanzhuang metro station. As this hotel is located in residential area, food/lifestyle options are largely catered to locals - not too worry as they are mostly modern and suitable for the younger crowds too. For the negative aspects: 1. I felt that the service provided by hotel staffs were mediocre at best. The vibes I got was that they hated their job and being there. Basic things was not done on check-in day. For eg. introducing the hotel and its facilities, establishing communications, and informing me of my entitlements - free afternoon tea on day of check-in, check-out timing, daily coffee etc. When I returned to the hotel to rest, they would stare at me coldly which made me fairly uncomfortable. 2. Daily housekeeping was done properly and thoroughly, although there was an incident where housekeeping entered the room at 10.30am when I was still asleep. I do feel its quite inappropriate to enter the room that early, especially on a Saturday. The hotel should strongly consider fixing the housekeeping indicator or implementing a mechanism so that housekeeping knows when to enter the room. 3. Maintenance of the room could be improved. For example, the toilet flush was barely working (required multiple flushes after each use) and the water temperature fluctuates a lot when showering. The light switches were not intuitive to use and some were spoilt too. In summary, I was taken aback by the subpar standard as other branches from this hotel chain has been excellent. While I enjoy the convenient location, I will probably not stay here again the next time I visit Zhengzhou. Please feel free to contact me if you require further information. Thanks.

Globalement, c'est une grande option à Zhengzhou, surtout pour les voyageurs solitaires ou les voyages d'affaires, offrant une très bonne valeur pour l'argent avec quelques zones pour l'amélioration.
