This hotel delivered top-level courtesy service during my recent 2-night stay. I had injured my leg badly while seeing a local exhibit and the hotel provided me with a change of clothes, a walking cane and dry cleaned my damaged pants to be like new overnight. They checked in on me and made sure I was comfortable. They provided some bandages and medicines without me asking. Upon check-out they helped with my luggage and provided me with a gift bag of fruits, drinks and treats. I can honestly say it was one of the most impressive services I have ever received from a hotel and I am very grateful. Also, great central location and clean and modern rooms. Delicious food at the top floor restaurant. Highly recommend.

Je voyagerai plusieurs fois par mois dans le port de Hangzhou et je resterai à l'hôtel Wanxia chaque fois. À la station de métro de Duishu Lake, je vais bientôt aller à l'hôtel. Les belles femmes qui sont à la réception du 1er étage sont toujours si gentilles et si gentilles. Les chambres qui m'ont été organisées sont très satisfaites chaque fois. L'environnement de l'hôtel est bon, les installations sont complètes, le transport est pratique, l'hygiène propre, le service est superbe!!

Je suis venu ici pour réserver un forfait avec billets. C'est idéal pour les forces spéciales en voyage d'affaires. Il se trouve à l'ouest, à 500 m du poste d'entrée. Bien qu'il soit situé dans les grottes de Longmen, il ne se trouve pas dans la zone panoramique payante. Il est donc impossible de se lever tôt ou d'y aller la nuit pour admirer la vue nocturne. La zone de circulation n'est pas visible à l'intérieur du poste de contrôle. Seule la vue nocturne des grottes est visible dans la partie nord. La section du Grand Bouddha se trouve dans la partie sud. Il est recommandé de prendre un taxi et de laisser la navette vous conduire directement à la communauté de Hedong. Ce sera plus proche que de vous rendre à l'hôtel Dongshan, et vous n'aurez pas à emprunter la route de montagne sinueuse. Service : Un thé glacé à l'eau citronnée est servi à votre arrivée, ce qui est plus adapté en été que de boire un thé chaud. Le petit-déjeuner est trop court. Le petit-déjeuner se termine à 9h30 et vous manquerez le petit-déjeuner à 10h à votre réveil. Équipements : La chambre est spacieuse et neuve.

Skvelý Excellent stay with amazing atmosphere, highly recommended! Room: Very spacious. Firm beds, great pillows, and duvets. Perfect for a good night's sleep. Hotel: Elegant interior design. Delicious and excellent breakfast choices. Location: Right next to the lake with a pedestrian zone. Great evening atmosphere with street singers. Staff: Highly professional, kind, and helpful. Great English speakers, used a translator when needed. Negative: Requested a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke despite the ”No Smoking” sign on the table. Overall a fantastic experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Équipements : Ascenseur, espace public de loisirs et de divertissement, et possibilité de se restaurer et de profiter de la vue au cinquième étage, très animé le soir. Chambre : Propre, calme et confortable. Services spéciaux : Parking gratuit, navette gratuite pour le temple Shaolin et bornes de recharge dans la boutique. Séjour recommandé !

Le personnel était très serviable et patient, malgré mes faibles compétences en chinois. La chambre était vieille et assez usée, mais les draps et les serviettes étaient propres, la climatisation fonctionnait et il n'y avait aucune mauvaise odeur. J'avais initialement réservé trois nuits, mais j'ai prolongé mon séjour de trois nuits supplémentaires. Globalement, le rapport qualité-prix était donc excellent, compte tenu du prix bas.

En arrivant à Kaifeng, le premier mot qui me venait à l'esprit était « embouteillages partout ». Pour rejoindre l'hôtel, il fallait appeler à l'avance pour savoir où se garer. La cour voisine, à une centaine de mètres, était assez grande et semblait pouvoir accueillir une centaine de voitures. En arrivant dans le hall de l'hôtel au troisième étage, j'ai enfin ressenti un soulagement. L'hôtel occupe en fait tout le troisième étage d'un centre commercial, avec un hall et un salon très spacieux. Le design et la décoration étaient très accueillants, avec une laverie, une salle de sport, un coin thé en libre-service et un espace détente. Ma chambre avait une fenêtre dans le couloir, alors que je m'attendais à une chambre sans fenêtre, mais il y en avait une, et en l'ouvrant, on découvrait un couloir pittoresque – une attention délicate. Comme la climatisation était allumée de toute façon par ce temps, cela n'avait pas vraiment d'importance. La salle de bain disposait d'une douche et de toilettes séparées. Tout dans ce nouvel hôtel était d'une propreté et d'une hygiène irréprochables. Le lit était très confortable ; le personnel m'a dit que c'était un lit « zéro pression », ce qui était effectivement très relaxant. Plus important encore, tout le personnel de la réception a fourni un service exceptionnel, de l'arrivée au départ.

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.
