Cet hôtel boutique est confortablement situé dans le vieux City. The hotel staff are very friendly and even picked us from the train station. Hotel room is spacious and comfortable. I accidentally dropped an ring in the lobby and the staff picked up and returned to me. Very pleasant staff and highly recommended.

Pour notre voyage à Shanxi, nous avons choisi l'Académie Xihe et notre séjour a été excellent. Le chauffeur qui est venu nous chercher nous a accueillis avec un grand sourire et nous a aidés avec nos bagages. L'enregistrement s'est déroulé sans accroc. On nous a attribué une charmante cour intérieure, à la fois élégante et authentique, très photogénique ! Le petit-déjeuner, servi sous forme de neuf compartiments, était très soigné et esthétique. Toute la famille a été enchantée. Nous espérons avoir l'occasion d'y retourner une prochaine fois !

Très bel accueil ! Helen nous a tout de suite proposé une eau chaude à notre arrivée et nous a indiqué les plus beaux endroits à visiter. Elle nous a même aidés à acheter le ticket qui permet de découvrir la ville. La chambre était superbe : très propre, calme et lumineuse. Le personnel est vraiment au top ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Wow, I loved this homestay! The lively and kind lady who runs Yishui homestay is a good English speaker and very patient, so foreigners as well as Chinese will feel at ease staying here. It is a very hospitable atmosphere! Location is in the pedestrianized part of the old city, very near the Drum Tower. Therefore, there is lots to see/do/eat while walking nearby. But the location is also not far from the driving road, so it was an easy, short walk to meet my driver when going out to the hanging temple, the grottos, and the train station. The facility is an old-style courtyard home, with a beautiful wood-beam ceiling. The interior rooms are completely renovated and modernized, with great water pressure, all necessary toiletries, an excellent quality hair dryer, slippers, and super air-con/heating! (It was -3 one night during my stay, but I was warm and comfy in that room!) Clean towels are brought daily. Breakfast was included in my stay and I was very happy with the food. It is an ample Chinese-style breakfast, and you can inform the cook if there is some food you don't/can't eat. Although the breakfast was plenty of food for me, I saw a guest ask for more baozi, and he was kindly given 2 more. Fresh fruit was also offered for free several times during my stay. Within a 5 minute radius (walking), there are many eating places for lunch, dinner, snacks, and tea/coffee. There are also numerous historical sites (dragon wall, temples, ”mansions”, the Catholic Church, etc.) in easy walking distance. In fact, there was so much to see nearby that I was not able to see everything! The homestay looks very charming, and many, many people were often seen stopping to take photos in front of the homestay, as well as on the back wall of the homestay, which is next to a Chinese Opera stage--it is especially lovely at night! It is a 10-15 minute walk to the ancient city wall, where you can climb up and enjoy the sights, or visit a (Chinese) bookstore within the city wall, under one of the arches. My Beijing friends, who stayed at a nearby hotel, were equally impressed when they came to visit me in Yishui homestay, and they got the WeChat contact so that they can return to stay at Yishui homestay on a return trip--so easy to get there by fast train from Beijing!

Un endroit idéal pour se sentir comme chez soi dans un quartier très agréable de la vieille ville. Une chambre spacieuse et agréable, confortable et chaleureuse. Et pour finir, le plus, pour moi, c'est le personnel accueillant et très serviable. J'y suis déjà allé deux fois et je reviendrai sans hésiter lorsque d'autres amis viendront en Chine et souhaiteront visiter les grottes incroyables et l'atmosphère agréable de la vieille ville. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. 🙂🙂👍👍👏👏

Avant les vacances de la Fête nationale, j'appréhendais la foule et j'ai failli renoncer. Mais le voyage s'est déroulé à merveille et j'ai passé un séjour formidable ! L'accueil à Datong a été particulièrement chaleureux. Le majordome nous a gentiment indiqué le chemin, nous a recommandé des restaurants (une expérience fantastique) et avait même préparé des cadeaux pour les deux enfants – une attention adorable ! « Vous êtes enfin arrivés ! » (Comme nous avons passé un peu trop de temps à Hengshan, le majordome nous a informés des restrictions de circulation dans la vieille ville à notre arrivée à Datong.) Le majordome était incroyablement accueillant et attentionné. L'arrivée dans la chambre fut une agréable surprise ! J'ai adoré le style, le mobilier était confortable et la propreté impeccable (la bouilloire avait un filtre jetable – 👍). Les fruits étaient délicieusement sucrés et le petit-déjeuner du lendemain exquis. Mon seul regret est d'avoir réservé par erreur l'excursion aux grottes de Yungang et d'avoir dû quitter l'hôtel précipitamment ! Je recommande de rester deux nuits pour explorer la vieille ville et profiter d'un séjour reposant. ❤

L'hôtel est flambant neuf, avec un design et une décoration uniques. Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses et très confortables. Le service est chaleureux et attentionné ; nous avions beaucoup de bagages et le personnel nous a aidés avec enthousiasme. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux. Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été excellent et a dépassé nos attentes. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si l'occasion se présente.

Location: near LinFenXi High Speed Rail Station 临汾西站(10mins drive/ 20mins by local public transport to LuoGuQiaoTou 锣鼓桥头站). Best is that they provide pick-up and drop-off at HSR station, just make a call 3 hours in advance. I dont have local number, so I email them in advance before my trip, they replied my email and provide me their WeChat number so I can make reservation for the pick-up service at the station. Many local tours have pick-up and drop-off service near the hotel (junction outside the hotel), easy and convenient. Services: warm and welcoming services. Tea and drinks in the lobby, luggage storage as well. Room: clean big room, big screen TV, mini bar fridge, bathrobe and comfy king bed. Lavender shower shampoo, hand soap and body lotion, make me feel so so much relax. Laundry: laundry machine are free of charge (washer and dryer). Laundry room provide ironing equipment, books, drink as well. Definitely not get bored. Otherwise, can use phone connect their website to make a reminder while the laundry have done (so convenient). Gym Room: just opposite and same level of laundry room. Treadmill are so new. Breakfast: varieties of choice. Before that I already crave for coffee since it is not so common to find espresso in the local breakfast restaurant. Salad bar, local meatball soup, noodles, dumplings, wantons, boiled egg, fried egg, fried tomato with egg and local cooked food. So many choice and so satisfying. However they dont have egg omelette, it is fine for me. I found that even though not staying at LinFen city centre, it is still fine to stay here as the traffic here is convenient. And here is more quiet and more relax👍 The only thing I dont like is, some customer smoking in the lift and hotel lobby (even though there is a sign in the lift to advice not to smoke), definitely affecting those unlike smoking smell and sick of cigarette smell like me.

Installations : Un peu vieillottes, mais l'ensemble donne une impression de grande classe. Propreté : Propre et ordonné. Environnement : Le parking est très grand, avec des bornes de recharge lente. Rien que pour ça, nous y retournerons. Service : Tout le personnel est très aimable, y compris un monsieur âgé portant des lunettes au parking, qui était également très gentil. Collation de nuit réconfortante (21h30-24h00) : Vraiment réconfortant. Si vous demandez de l'eau, ils vous en donnent beaucoup, c'est super.

Un superbe salon de séjour tranquille dans le coffre-fort, depuis le début du parking jusqu'à la fin du magasin, n'est pas un peu désagréable, plein de soin, enthousiasme et soigneusement. L'environnement de l'hôtel est élégant, propre et propre. Le personnel de service est gentil, patient et responsable. Le petit déjeuner chinois-ouest est fait chaque jour, bien que peu de types, mais chaque bouche est satisfaisante, en particulier la viande de vache, surtout merveilleuse! La chambre est conçue dans une atmosphère simple et est très compatible avec le style de la ville antique, peu importe combien de fatiguée, retourner à la coalition peut être vraiment relaxé et tranquille. En résumé, c'est une très bonne expérience de voyage de deux jours. Je voudrais remercier particulièrement Mme Dong Zheng (comme le nom) pour le service qu'elle a fourni avec soin, et laisser une belle mémoire avec sa famille pendant cette vacances!
